Background
The container is fixed by the corner fittings at each corner of the container and the corner fitting locking mechanism on the container fixing frame. The corner fitting is generally a rectangular cuboid structure with a hollow interior, and a through hole in a generally oval shape is formed in the corner fitting. The corner fitting locking mechanism has a rotatable locking head which is substantially flat hemispherical. When the container is fixed, the lock head can be smoothly inserted into the corner piece through the through hole, and then the lock head is rotated, so that the lock head can not be moved out from the through hole, and the container is fixed on the container fixing frame.

However, in the present embodiment, after the lock head 41 is inserted into the corner fitting 9, the connecting shaft 42 is driven to rotate by the rotation power source 51, and the lock head 41 is also rotated by a certain angle so that it cannot move from the corner fitting 9 to the outside of the corner fitting 9. Then the lock 41 is tensioned towards the direction of the vertical power source 62 by the vertical power source 62, so that the distance between the lock 41 and the bottom wall 91 of the corner fitting 9 can be shortened, the lock 41 is prevented from loosening, the bottom wall 91 of the corner fitting 9 can also be firmly fixed between the lock 41 and the frame body 1, the shearing force caused by the falling of the container 90 in the process of overturning the container 90 is also avoided, and the operation process is safer and more reliable.
A locking hole (not shown) is formed through the frame body 1, and the connecting shaft 42 passes through the locking hole. The lock head 41 is arranged above the lock hole and is used for being connected and fixed with the corner piece 9, and the connecting rod, the pulling piece 61 and the like are arranged below the lock hole.
The base body 3 comprises two first fixing portions 31 fixed on the frame body 1 and a second fixing portion 32 fixed between the two first fixing portions 31, and the two first fixing portions 31 extend from one side of the frame body 1 departing from the corner fitting 9. The seat body 3 is used for protecting the connecting shaft 42, the pulling part 61 and the like so as to prevent external objects from directly colliding with the connecting shaft 42, the pulling part 61 and the like. Of course, the seat body 3 is not limited to the above structure, the seat body 3 plays a role of stability and protection, and if the seat body 3 is of other structures, the conditions of the present invention can be satisfied as long as the above purpose can be achieved.
In the present embodiment, the pulling member 61 is movably connected to the connecting shaft 42, but the pulling member 61 can still pull the connecting shaft 42, so that the rotation of the connecting shaft 42 will not drive the rotation of the pulling member 61 and the vertical power source 62.
Of course, if other methods are adopted, the pulling element 61 is fixed to the connecting shaft 42, and when the connecting shaft 42 is driven and rotated, the pulling element 61 is also driven to rotate, so as to achieve the purpose of the present invention. The vertical power source 62 is also fixed to the pulling member 61, and when the pulling member 61 is driven to rotate, the vertical power source 62 is also driven to rotate correspondingly.
As shown in fig. 4, the corner fitting locking mechanism 2 further includes a vertical limiting member 63, and the vertical limiting member 63 is fixed on the base 3 and located between the pulling member 61 and the locking head 41 to limit the displacement of the pulling member 61. As shown in fig. 4, in the rotary driving member 5, the connecting rod includes a first rod 511 and a second rod 512 movably connected, and the first rod 511 and the second rod 512 are connected by a shaft pin, so that both the first rod 511 and the second rod 512 can rotate along the shaft pin. The first rod 511 is fixed to the radial outer side of the connecting shaft 42 in a sleeved manner and can rotate around the axis of the connecting shaft 42, and the rotary power source 51 is connected with the second rod 512 and can drive the second rod 512 to move along the axial direction of the second rod 512. Therefore, in the process of the axial movement, the second rod 512 can drive the first rod 511 to rotate around the axis of the connecting shaft 42, so as to drive the connecting shaft 42 to rotate.
An angle X is formed between the first rod 511 and the second rod 512, wherein X is more than or equal to 0 degrees and less than or equal to 90 degrees, so that the first rod 511 can be pulled by the second rod 512. Moreover, the angle X formed between the first rod 511 and the second rod 512 is an acute angle, 0 or a right angle, and if the angle X is too large, the length of the second rod 512 extending outward is too long, which is not favorable for the structure to be tight.
Since the rotation of the locking head 41 only needs to be within 180 ° to prevent the locking head 41 from falling out of the corner fitting 9, the rotation angle of the first lever 511 is also within 180 °. Typically, the angle of rotation of the locking head 41 and the first lever 511 is about 90 °.
The rotary power source 51 is any one of an oil cylinder, an air cylinder or an electric push rod, and the rotary power source 51 is converted into the rotary motion of the first rod 511 by controlling the linear motion of the second rod 512, so as to drive the connecting shaft 42 to rotate.
