The barbell bench press of claim 6, wherein: a second engagement ball (79) is fixed to the upper section (731); the diameter of the second clamping ball (79) is larger than that of the limiting hole (741); when the first engagement ball (76) abuts against the lower fall-preventing plate (74) on the lower side, the second engagement ball (79) abuts against the upper fall-preventing plate (75).
