Description

Auxiliary introducer for urinary catheter
Technical Field
The invention relates to a catheter, in particular to an auxiliary introducer for a catheter.
Background
In clinical work, emergency patients who suffer from urine retention due to difficult urination often need to conduct catheterization urgently, however, in the process of specifically conducting catheterization, a part of patients cannot be smoothly inserted into a bladder due to the existence of prostatic hyperplasia, urethral stricture, calculus obstruction and the like, so that the catheterization operation fails, the state of the patient cannot be relieved in time, and a part of patients are forced to give up catheterization by adopting an alternative treatment scheme, for example: suprapubic cystostomy.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is: the auxiliary catheterization device for the urinary catheter is designed to assist the urinary catheter to be smoothly placed into the bladder and improve the success rate of catheterization operation, thereby achieving the treatment effect of catheterization.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows: the auxiliary introducer for the urinary catheter comprises an upper sheath and a lower sheath, wherein the upper sheath and the lower sheath are semicircular cylindrical columns, the length of the upper sheath is shorter than that of the lower sheath, two parallel guide rails are arranged on the column wall of the upper sheath, two parallel guide grooves are arranged on the column wall of the lower sheath, the upper sheath and the lower sheath are clamped together through the guide rails and the guide grooves which are matched with each other to form the integral introducer, and a sheath cavity enclosed by the upper sheath and the lower sheath is a sheath hole.
Furthermore, the head wall surface of the upper sheath is designed to be inclined at an angle of about 45 degrees.
Furthermore, two side walls of the head part of the upper sheath are designed to be inwards arc.
Furthermore, the head wall surface of the lower sheath is designed to conform to the curvature of the normal physiological curve of the urethra.
Further, the bottom of the inner wall surface of the proximal portion of the lower sheath is gradually raised from the flat bottom to form a slope of about 30 °.
Furthermore, the upper sheath and the lower sheath are clamped together through the guide rail and the guide groove which are matched with each other, and a handle is formed at the tail parts of the upper sheath and the lower sheath.
Furthermore, the handle is designed to be wide-surface arc.
The using process of the invention is as follows: firstly, inserting an upper sheath of an introducer into a lower sheath, and introducing the upper sheath and the lower sheath into a bladder; when urine flows out from the sheath hole of the introducer, the catheter is inserted into the introducer from the sheath hole; withdrawing the upper sheath of the introducer, injecting gas/water into the catheter air bag, lifting the head of the catheter by the expanded air bag to separate from the lower sheath, and fixing the catheter in the bladder; the lower sheath of the introducer is withdrawn, the catheter is detained in the bladder, and the operation is finished.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. the head of the upper sheath of the introducer is designed into an inclined slope surface with an angle of about 45 degrees, and the resistance of the upper sheath to the urethra is reduced after the introducer enters the urethra.
2. Two side walls of the head of the upper sheath of the introducer are designed in an arc shape, so that the injury of the introducer to the urethra is avoided.
3. The head of the lower sheath of the introducer is designed into a radian which accords with the normal physiological bending trend of the urethra, and the introducer is easy to introduce in the advancing path of the introducer introduced into the urethra; meanwhile, when the lower sheath exits from the urethra, the proper radian of the head cannot be influenced by the air bag of the catheter, so that the lower sheath can be conveniently exited.
4. The bottom of the inner wall surface of the lower sheath near the head part of the introducer is gradually raised from a flat bottom to form a slope of about 30 degrees, the slope changes the direction of the path of the catheter when the catheter passes through the slope after the introducer is inserted, so that the head part of the catheter is raised, the air bag part of the catheter is slightly higher than the plane of the inner wall of the lower sheath, and after the air bag is inflated/watered, the expanded air bag is not clamped in the sheath cavity due to the constraint of the side wall of the lower sheath, so that the head part of the catheter can be smoothly separated from the lower sheath.
5. The upper sheath and the lower sheath of the introducer are fixed by the guide rail and the guide groove and are tightly combined, so that the upper sheath of the introducer is convenient, stable and safe when entering and exiting the sheath.
6. The length of the combination of the upper sheath and the lower sheath of the introducer is determined by the lengths of the guide rail and the guide groove, the length of the upper sheath close to the head of the introducer is shorter than that of the lower sheath by about 2cm, so that the head of the catheter can conveniently pass through the gap after being lifted by the gradient of the sheath bottom.
7. The handle of the inserter adopts a wide-surface arc design, so that the operator has good holding degree and direction feeling, and the operator can conveniently control the inserter.
8. The invention has reasonable structure, simple operation and high safety factor, and a specialist doctor can get hands only through simple training and is served for clinic, and the urethra is not easy to cause side injury in actual operation.
9. The invention has wide application and can be applied to various fields of urology surgery, such as:
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
the prostatic hyperplasia causes the catheter to be difficult to intubate, and the introducer can play a role in assisting in catheterization;
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE004
urinary calculus slides into the urethra to cause urethral obstruction, the catheter is difficult to intubate, and the inserter can play a role in pushing the calculus back into the bladder to assist in indwelling the catheter;
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE006
in the minimally invasive/open prostate operation/postoperation, due to the reasons of the deletion of the urethra of the prostate part, the formation of a false passage in the operation and the like, the catheter is difficult to place, and the introducer can play a good guiding role and place the catheter in place;
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE008
the urethra is narrow due to the reasons of urethral injury, prostatectomy and the like, the introducer can play a role in urethral dilation and place the catheter in place;
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE010
when the ureteroscope is used for ureteroscope operation, the inserter can play a role of a sheath when the ureteroscope is placed into a bladder, protect the urethra when the ureteroscope repeatedly enters and exits the urethra, and avoid the damage of the ureteroscope to the urethra.
