and step six, inspecting the finished products, and storing the qualified products in a finished product warehouse.
The hand-free disinfection gel disclosed by the invention forms a film through hand skin, so that the disinfection time is prolonged, the step of using soap solution or clear water for absorption is avoided, a user can use the gel anywhere at any time, and no other condition is limited; the hand-washing-free disinfectant disclosed by the invention has the effects of moisturizing the skin and preserving the water, has no stimulation to the hand skin, and solves the defects that the hand skin is easy to dry, rough and chap after long-term use of the existing disinfectant.
The invention aims to improve the stimulation or other side effects of the disinfectant on hand skin, increase the skin-care and water-retention functions, and simultaneously use the gel formulation to avoid the step of rinsing with clear water after disinfection, so that the disinfection and sterilization effects can be kept for a longer time.
The main components of the disinfectant comprise Carbeth 940, polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, n-propanol, ethanol, triethanolamine, glycerol and essence, and the disinfectant is characterized in that the n-propanol belongs to an alcohol disinfectant, has a similar disinfection and sterilization effect to ethanol, can kill bacterial propagules and destroy most lipophilic viruses such as herpes simplex viruses, hepatitis B viruses, human immunodeficiency viruses and the like, can improve the effect of killing microorganisms by compounding, shortens the onset time, has more advantages particularly to the viruses, and depends on three effects on the disinfection mechanism: breaking peptide bonds of pathogenic microorganism proteins to denature the proteins; the water film on the surface of the protein is removed, so that the protein loses activity and causes the metabolism disorder of microorganisms; performing bacteriolysis; the Kaberkok 940 has the main function of a gel, is an excellent gel matrix and has the characteristic of thickening and suspending; the triethanolamine mainly acts as a pH regulator and a stabilizer, and a cream product emulsified by the triethanolamine has the characteristics of fine and bright cream and is the most common neutralizer of acidic polymer gel such as the kappa-formaldehyde resin and the like, and the triethanolamine neutralizes the carboxyl of the kappa-formaldehyde resin to form a stable polymer structure so as to achieve the effects of thickening and moisturizing; the action of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride is sterilization and disinfection, and the mechanism is as follows: (1) guanidine compounds have higher activity, polymers are electropositive, and various bacteria and viruses are easy to adsorb because of electronegativity, so that the bacteria and the viruses cannot divide and reproduce and lose activity; (2) the structure of the cell membrane is collapsed to form a transmembrane pore, the cell membrane is broken to destroy the energy metabolism of the microorganism, and the activity of the bacterial virus is lost; (3) the polymer can form a layer of film to seal the breathing channel of the microorganism, so that the microorganism is suffocated; the sterilization mechanism is independent of the form and the species of the microorganism, the effect of the microorganism cannot be influenced even if the microorganism is variant or variant, and the microorganism does not generate drug resistance to the polyhexamethylene guanidine salt; the main function of the ethanol is to enhance the sterilization capability, and simultaneously, the ethanol is used as a solvent and provides the quick-drying characteristic of the product; the main function of the glycerin is to moisten the skin and retain water; the essence has the main function of harmonizing and masking the bad smell of the ethanol, so that the smell of the product is more easily accepted, even pleasant; water is the solvent.
The alcohol disinfectant has the characteristics of quick action, stable property, no toxicity and no corrosiveness, can kill bacterial propagules and destroy most lipophilic viruses such as herpes simplex viruses, hepatitis B viruses, human immunodeficiency viruses and the like, can improve the action of killing microorganisms and shorten the effective action time by compounding, particularly has more advantages on viruses, and depends on three actions in a disinfection mechanism: breaking peptide bonds of pathogenic microorganism proteins to denature the proteins; the water film on the surface of the protein is removed, so that the protein loses activity and causes the metabolism disorder of microorganisms; and (4) bacteriolysis. Because the concentration of the alcohol is lower than the optimal sterilization concentration level, the sterilization and disinfection capacity is reduced, the polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride is compounded to form the compound disinfectant with synergistic sterilization and enhancement effects, and the two types of sterilization substances are environment-friendly and can not cause burden to human skin or natural environment. The proportion of the alcohol in the invention is still relatively heavy, so the smell of the product is easily unacceptable, and essence is needed to be added to adjust and mask the smell of the alcohol, thereby generating more acceptable or even pleasant smell.
According to the invention, the Carbeth 940 is added as a gel, so that the disinfectant is improved into a disinfectant gel, the disinfectant forms a film on the skin of the hand, the hand does not need to be washed by clear water, and the disinfection time is prolonged; by adding triethanolamine as a neutralizer of the kappa-formaldehyde resin, the high molecular structure is more stable, and the cream is more exquisite and bright white while thickening and moisturizing; by adding glycerin, the disinfection gel has the functions of moistening skin and retaining water.
The hand-free disinfection gel disclosed by the invention forms a film through the skin of a hand, so that the disinfection time is prolonged, the step of washing the hand by using soap solution or clear water is avoided, a user can use the gel anywhere at any time, and no other condition is limited; the hand-washing-free disinfectant disclosed by the invention has the effects of moisturizing the skin and retaining water, is quick to dry and non-sticky, has no stimulation to the hand skin, and solves the defects that the hand skin is easy to dry, rough and chap after long-term use of the existing disinfectant.
