Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further specifically described by the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings. In the specification, the same or similar reference numerals denote the same or similar components. The following description of the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings is intended to explain the general inventive concept of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
Referring to the drawings, a cap 10 of a lancet includes a needle outlet 11 for attaching and detaching a lancet 50 and allowing a lancet tip 53 to pass therethrough; and a spring limiting rib 12 which limits the circumferential displacement of the spring 40 through an accommodating space between the spring limiting rib and the inner wall of the pen cap. The end surface 14 contacts with a first limit surface 22 (see fig. 2-1) of the guide sleeve 20 to limit the axial position between the cap 10 and the guide sleeve 20.
Referring to fig. 3-1 to 3-2, the hub 30 of the lancet comprises: the hub groove 31 is used to mount the lancet 50. The third limiting surface 32 of the needle seat 30 is matched with the second limiting surface 23 of the guide sleeve 20 to abut against the needle seat 30 so as not to axially retreat.
The guide rib 34 of the needle holder 30 is inserted into the guide sleeve 20 along the guide groove 24 of the guide sleeve 20, and plays a role of guiding when the needle holder 30 is activated.
The pen cap 10 and the guide sleeve 20 are fixedly connected through the matching groove 13 of the pen cap and the matching rib 21 of the guide sleeve.
As shown in fig. 7, the spring 40 is axially controlled between the front end surface 15 of the pen cap 10 and the fourth limiting surface 33 of the needle seat 30; the spring 40 may be in a free state or a pre-stressed state as long as it is ensured that the needle holder 30 receives the elastic force of the spring 40 when not excited so that the lancet tip 53 is not exposed from the needle outlet 11.
The lancet 50 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 5 to 8.
As shown in fig. 5, the lancet 50 includes: a needle body; a needle handle 52 to which the needle body is fixed and from which a needle tip 53 is exposed at a first end (e.g., the left end in fig. 7) thereof, a second end of which is adapted to be inserted into the needle holder groove 31 of the needle holder 30; and a needle cap 51 which is removable to expose the needle tip 53.
As shown in fig. 5, the needle cap 51 is provided with a boss 54, one end of the boss 54 is provided with a blind hole 55 with the depth of 1mm, for example, when the blind hole wraps the needle tip of the blood taking needle, a part of the needle tip can be suspended, and the resistance when the needle tip is inserted into the needle cap is reduced. The needle cap 51 is also provided with a plurality of sections of cylinder shapes with different external diameters, wherein the matching parts 57 and the needle outlet have the same diameter and are used for preventing or reducing the shaking of the blood taking needle when the blood taking needle is inserted into the needle seat groove; the diameter of the flange part 56 is larger than that of the needle outlet, and the longitudinal position of the flange part just allows the blood taking needle to be placed in the needle seat groove, so that the effects of limiting and prompting the installation of the blood taking needle are achieved.
After the blood collection is completed, the boss 54 is pushed through the needle outlet 11, and the needle tip 53 of the blood collection needle is covered with the boss 54. Since the needle holder 30 is supported by the pressure of the spring 40 and the second stopper surface 23 of the guide sleeve 20 in any non-excited state, the distance from the needle point 53 of the lancet to the needle outlet 11 is constant, for example, in the range of 0.5mm to 1.5mm, for example, 0.5mm, 1mm and 1.5mm, the height of the boss 54 is in the range of 2.5mm to 3.5mm, for example, 2.5mm, 3mm and 3.5mm, and if the wall thickness of the front end of the cap 10 is neglected, if the distance from the needle point 53 of the lancet to the needle outlet 11 is 1mm, the height of the boss 54 is 3mm, the needle point 53 will be covered by 2 mm. And then, the blood taking needle is withdrawn through the needle withdrawing key and is abandoned, or the needle cap is designed into a special structure and is directly pulled to draw out the blood taking needle and is abandoned.
In the lancet shown in fig. 5 to 8, a boss 54 is provided, and the boss 54 has a predetermined height so as to be inserted into the needle outlet to cover the needle tip. The shape of the projection 54 is not particularly limited as long as it can be inserted into the needle outlet to cover the needle tip. However, in particular embodiments, the boss 54 may be a cylindrical or conical boss.
In the illustrated example, the boss 54 is provided with a blind hole 55, and the boss may not be provided with a blind hole as long as the needle tip can be inserted to cover the needle tip.
As shown in fig. 5, the needle cap 51 is provided with a large diameter portion 58 disposed substantially coaxially with the boss 54, the diameter of the large diameter portion 58 being larger than the diameter of the boss 54.
In the examples of fig. 5-8, the axis of the boss is perpendicular to the axis of the needle tip, but the invention is not so limited. As long as the boss is arranged on the needle cap, the boss can be inserted into the needle outlet to cover the needle point. The boss is specifically positioned and may be disposed at the first end of the needle cap as shown.
In the case where the fitting portion 57 is provided as described above, the diameter of the boss 54 should be not larger than the diameter of the fitting portion 57 so that the boss 54 is inserted into the needle outlet.
As shown in fig. 8, in the case where the boss 54 covers the needle tip 53, the radial distance between the flange portion and the needle tip is not smaller than the radial distance between the needle tip and the radially outer wall surface of the cap. In other words, in fig. 8, the flange portion 56 in fig. 5 may be located at a side surface of the cap instead of being abutted by an end surface of the cap.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the boss is not limited to a solid body (the needle tip is required to be inserted into the boss), but may be a barrel body (the barrel body is housed so that the needle tip is not exposed).
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the needle cap of the lancet is provided to be fitted to the needle handle again after the needle cap is removed from the needle body, taking the boss 54 as an example, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
See, for example, fig. 9-11, which illustrate embodiments in which a removed needle cap is re-attached to a needle body or needle handle in a telescoping fashion.
As shown in fig. 9-11, the needle cap 51 is provided with a socket 54, the wall of the socket 54 defining the receiving space S being elastic and provided with circumferentially distributed circumferential recesses 59a in the receiving space; the first end of the needle shaft is provided with a socket fitting portion 59b, said socket fitting portion 59b comprising circumferentially distributed radial protrusions adapted to fit into said circumferential recess, as shown in fig. 11.
In fig. 10, the socket 54 has a bottom wall into which the needle tip entering the receiving space may be adapted to be at least partially inserted.
The lancet shown in fig. 9-11 may be provided to a lancet as shown in fig. 6-8.
It should be noted that the connection between the socket part and the socket mating part is not limited to the examples shown in fig. 9-11, and the socket mating part is suitable for mating connection with the socket part so that the needle tip is located in the accommodating space. In the present invention, the sleeving means that one portion is contained by the other portion in a direction parallel to the axis of the lancet, and the other portion for containment may be an annular wall or a plurality of extension arms spaced in the circumferential direction and extending in the axial direction. For example, although not shown, the sidewall portion of the socket portion defining the receiving space has elasticity, and an end portion of the sidewall portion has a radially inward protrusion; the sleeve joint matching part is provided with a radial bulge, and the radial bulge is suitable for being in buckle connection with the protruding part. All of the above are within the scope of the present invention.
