Abstract

Provided is a marking aid for an elevator rope, which can replace the elevator rope in a short time. Embodiment 1.
Fig. 1 is a configuration diagram of an elevator to which a marking aid for a rope of the elevator in embodiment 1 is applied.
The elevator system of fig. 1 is an elevator system without machine room. In this elevator system, a hoistway 1 penetrates each floor of a building. A plurality of landings, not shown, are provided on each floor of the building. Each of the plurality of landings faces the hoistway 1.
The hoisting machine 2 is provided at an upper portion of the hoistway 1. The sheave 3 is attached to a rotating shaft of the hoisting machine 2. The main ropes 4 are wound around the sheave 3.
A pair of car-side guide rails, not shown, is provided in the hoistway 1. A pair of counterweight-side guide rails, not shown, are provided in the hoistway 1.
The car 5 is installed inside the hoistway 1. The car 5 is guided by a pair of car-side guide rails. The car 5 is supported by one side of the main rope 4. The counterweight 6 is disposed inside the hoistway 1. The counterweight 6 is guided by a pair of counterweight-side guide rails. The counterweight 6 is supported on the other side of the main rope 4.
When replacing the main ropes 4, the operator performs a pretreatment of the existing main ropes 4 and the newly installed main ropes 4 using a marking aid not shown in fig. 1. Then, the operator connects the end of the existing main rope 4 and the end of the newly installed main rope 4, which is not shown. In this state, the operator unloads the installed main rope 4. At this time, the newly installed main rope 4 moves following the movement of the existing main rope 4. As a result, the newly installed main ropes 4 are arranged at predetermined positions.
Next, a method of using the marking aid will be described with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view for explaining a method of using a marking aid for an elevator rope in embodiment 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the marking aid includes a holding body 7.
For example, the holding body 7 is formed in a cylindrical shape. The holding body 7 holds the main rope 4 in a state where the main rope 4 is linearly formed.
The holding body 7 has a first hole 7 a. The first hole 7a exposes the outer circumferential surface of the main rope 4 at a position separated from the end of the main rope 4 by a first distance.
The holding body 7 has a second hole 7 b. The second hole 7b exposes the outer peripheral surface of the main rope 4 at a position separated from the end of the main rope 4 by a second distance shorter than the first distance.
The operator marks the installed main rope 4 with a first mark using a pen or the like through the first hole 7 a. The operator marks the second mark on the existing main rope 4 with a pen or the like through the second hole 7 b.
The operator marks the newly installed main rope 4 with a first mark using a pen or the like through the first hole 7 a. The operator marks the second mark on the existing main rope 4 with a pen or the like through the second hole 7 b.
Next, a method of connecting the existing main ropes 4 and the newly installed main ropes 4 will be described with reference to fig. 3.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of an existing main rope and a newly installed main rope to which a marking aid for an elevator rope in embodiment 1 is applied.
In the existing main rope 4, the strands of the strand are unwound to the position of the first mark. The cord is severed at the location of the second marking.

In addition, the chance of contact between the end of the existing main rope 4 and the end of the newly installed main rope 4 can be reduced.
Embodiment 2.

The marking aid of embodiment 3 corresponds to a plurality of diameters of the main rope 4.
Specifically, the holding body 7 has a plurality of first holes 7a and a plurality of second holes 7 b.
The plurality of first holes 7a correspond to a plurality of diameters of the main ropes 4, respectively. The plurality of first holes 7a are formed at different positions on the outer peripheral surface of the holding body 7 as viewed from the axial direction of the holding body 7.
The plurality of second holes 7b correspond to a plurality of diameters of the main ropes 4, respectively. The plurality of second holes 7b are formed at different positions on the outer peripheral surface of the holding body 7 as viewed from the axial direction of the holding body 7. As shown in fig. 6, the marking aid further includes a shielding body 10.
The shielding body 10 has a slit 10 a. The shielding body 10 is fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the holding body 7 so as to be rotatable with respect to the holding body 7.
In detail, not shown, when the slit 10a is disposed so that the first hole 7a and the second hole 7b corresponding to a specific diameter of the main cord 4 are exposed, the shielding body 10 shields the first hole 7a and the second hole 7b corresponding to other diameters of the main cord 4.
According to embodiment 3 described above, when the first hole 7a and the second hole 7b corresponding to a specific diameter are exposed, the first hole 7a and the second hole 7b corresponding to the other diameters of the main rope 4 are shielded. Therefore, erroneous labeling can be suppressed.
Further, one end of the holding body 7 may be closed. In this case, the holding body 7 may be provided with a confirmation hole on the outer peripheral surface of one end portion thereof. In this case, it can be confirmed that the main rope 4 is arranged at an appropriate position by inserting the main rope 4 from the other end side of the holding body 7 and confirming the end of the main rope 4 from the confirmation hole.
In addition, a mark indicating the diameter of the main rope 4 may be marked so that the first hole 7a and the second hole 7b corresponding to the diameter are aligned. For example, a number corresponding to the diameter of the main rope 4 may also be displayed so that the first hole 7a and the second hole 7b corresponding to the diameter are aligned. In this case, erroneous labeling can be more reliably suppressed.

The marking aid of embodiment 4 further includes a pressing body 11. The pressing body 11 is formed in a plate shape. One side of the pressing body 11 is provided to be rotatable with respect to one end portion of the main body. The pressing body 11 presses the main rope 4 toward the bottom of the groove of the holding body 7.
According to embodiment 4 described above, the main rope 4 is pressed toward the bottom of the V-groove of the main body. At this time, the outer circumferential surfaces of the main ropes 4 are exposed at the first position and the second position. the marking aid for the elevator rope comprises a holding body, the holding body holds the elevator rope and comprises:
a first hole exposing an outer circumferential surface of the rope at a position spaced apart from an end of the rope by a first distance; and
and a second hole that exposes the outer peripheral surface of the rope at a position that is separated from an end of the rope by a second distance that is shorter than the first distance.
