Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of networks, in particular to a method for automatically identifying alarm of a terminal management platform, which is characterized in that a gateway device sends heartbeat messages through an SNMP channel in a set time interval, and the terminal management platform positions the position information of a specific gateway device through an SN (service number) code of the device contained in the reported heartbeat messages; the gateway equipment automatically sends alarm information to the terminal management platform at the same time, and the alarm information reported by each gateway equipment is analyzed and compared on the terminal management platform to judge the line fault of the gateway equipment. The method can reduce the processing time of the broadband line fault to the minimum, thereby achieving the purposes of repairing the fault under the condition that the broadband user does not find the fault, reducing the influence on the use of the user and improving the satisfaction degree of the user.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of networks, and particularly relates to a method for automatically identifying an alarm of a terminal management platform.
Background
At present, in daily use, if a broadband line has a fault, a bandwidth user needs to autonomously report the fault, an operator records the fault in a comprehensive service system and generates a fault list, and the fault list can be dispatched to a relevant fault handler to begin to process the fault. In view of the above, the failure processing procedure is long, which results in that the broadband user cannot use the broadband line for a period of time, and the experience of the user is reduced.
The patent with publication number 104320288A discloses a broadband network fault detection method, in which a broadband client terminal device sends a detection request to a local side device; the local side equipment generates a detection instruction according to the received detection request, and respectively detects the ports of the local side equipment and the broadband client terminal according to the detection instruction; after the detection is finished, the detection result of the local terminal equipment and the detection result of the port of the broadband client terminal are fed back to the broadband client terminal equipment; and when the detection result shows that the equipment is in fault, prompting a user to make a maintenance call, and when the detection result shows that the equipment is in fault, prompting the user to start an automatic maintenance function. The method can only alarm for the fault of the terminal equipment, and the reason of the fault of the broadband line still cannot be known.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problem that the existing line fault needs to be reported by a user independently, the invention provides a method for automatically identifying the alarm of a terminal management platform.
The invention relates to a method for automatically identifying an alarm of an intelligent terminal management platform, which is characterized in that a gateway device sends heartbeat messages through an SNMP channel in a set time interval, and the terminal management platform positions the position information of a specific gateway device through an SN (service number) code of the device contained in the reported heartbeat messages;
the gateway equipment automatically sends alarm information to the terminal management platform at the same time, wherein the alarm information comprises but is not limited to an online alarm, a power failure alarm, a cold restart alarm, a hot restart alarm, an online alarm or a power failure alarm;
and analyzing and comparing the alarm information reported by each gateway device on the terminal management platform, and judging the line fault of the gateway device so as to dispatch the fault list.
Specifically, the specific method for determining the line fault of the gateway device is as follows:
the gateway equipment reports a cold restart alarm to the platform under the condition of cold restart;
the gateway equipment reports a hot restart alarm to the platform under the condition of hot restart;
reporting an online alarm to a platform under the condition that the gateway equipment is online;
under the conditions of normal shutdown and abnormal shutdown of the gateway equipment, the gateway equipment reports a power failure alarm to the platform through the register;
if the intelligent terminal management platform does not continuously receive the SNMP heartbeat information reported by the gateway equipment and does not receive the alarm information such as power failure alarm, hot restart alarm, cold restart alarm and the like sent by the equipment, the intelligent terminal management platform judges that the equipment line or the equipment has a fault and generates fault information, and the intelligent terminal management platform automatically sends a fault order and performs intervention processing by maintenance personnel; after the maintenance personnel processes the fault, the equipment is on-line, namely, a PPPOE dialing on-line alarm is reported, and a heartbeat message is sent; and after receiving the PPPOE dial-up on-line alarm and the heartbeat message, the platform indicates that the fault is repaired.
Specifically, the alarm information further includes an SNMP authentication failure alarm, a LinkUp alarm, a LinkDown alarm, a memory super-threshold alarm, and a CPU super-threshold alarm.
The automatic alarm identification method analyzes whether each gateway device has a fault or not through the collected alarm information, finally generates a fault dispatch list according to the fault information and sends the dispatch list to maintenance personnel of the corresponding area. The processing method of the invention can reduce the processing time of the broadband line fault to the minimum, thereby achieving the purposes of repairing the fault under the condition that the broadband user does not find the fault, reducing the influence on the use of the user and improving the satisfaction degree of the user.
