3. The internet of things-based user demand guide multimedia system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the projection unit switches projected features according to user identity.
4. The internet of things-based user demand guide multimedia system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the projection unit comprises a plurality of projectors, and a plurality of projections can be performed simultaneously.
5. The method as claimed in any one of claims 1-4, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
the characteristic identification unit acquires characteristic points of a user and stores the characteristic points of the user as identification characteristics;
The characteristic identification unit establishes a user identity and binds the user identity with the identification characteristic of the user;
the face recognition unit acquires the facial features of the user and stores the facial features of the user;
the face recognition unit establishes a user identity and binds the user identity with the facial features of the user;
the requirement input device receives a user requirement input by a user;
the demand input device outputs user demands to the central controller through the communication unit;
the central controller acquires the requirement guidance from the current position to the user target position according to the user requirement;
the central controller outputs the demand guidance to the projection unit through the communication unit;
the projection unit receives the demand direction and directs the demand direction to a ground projection in front of the user.
6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
the feature recognition unit and the face recognition unit integrate the user identity;
respectively binding identification features and facial features with the same user identity;
if the identification feature and/or the facial feature is identified, the feature identification unit and/or the facial identification unit can acquire the user identity of the user;
The feature recognition unit and the face recognition unit share a user identity with the central controller.
7. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
the user terminal is connected with the communication unit;
and the media guiding device receives the required guidance and then sends the required guidance to the corresponding user terminal through the communication unit.

the feature recognition unit and the face recognition unit recognize the identity of the user;
if the identified target location of the user's user demand is not the current location of the media guidance device;
then, the demand entry device of the media guidance device outputs the current position of the media guidance device and the user identity to the central controller through the communication unit;
the central controller acquires the user identity, extracts the user requirement of the user and receives the position of the media guidance device;
the central controller feeds back the demand for guidance according to the demand of the user and the position of the media guidance device;
the projection unit receives the demand direction and directs the demand direction to a ground projection in front of the user.
