Abstract

本发明提供一种发光机构、背光模块及其显示设备。该发光机构,包括发光二极管、设置于该发光二极管上的导光板,及设置于该导光板上的调光单元。该导光板具有上表面及下表面,该下表面具有凹槽,该导光板以该凹槽覆盖于该发光二极管上,且该发光二极管不与该导光板接触。该调光单元设置于该导光板的上表面,且对应位于该发光二极管的正上方,其中,该调光单元包括一片遮光组件,该遮光组件具有至少一个贯穿孔,以使下方的发光二极管的光线能由该贯穿孔向上出光。

发光机构、背光模块及其显示设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种光学设备,特别是涉及一种发光机构、背光模块及其显示设备。
背景技术
传统的液晶显示器的背光模块配置于液晶面板背面,以提供液晶面板所需的显示光源。背光模块依光源位置可分为“侧光式”及“直下式”设计,其中“直下式”设计的背光模块渐渐地采用多个发光二极管作为光源,以取代传统的白热灯管或荧光灯管。当发光二极管作为光源时,通常是在上方预留一段展光距离后设置扩散板或导光板,再设置于液晶面板的下方,以提供液晶面板均匀的出光源。
但实作上,发光二极管的光线的强度在正视角方向(也就是发光二极管发光面的法线方向)上会最强,所以在发光二极管直接贴合导光板位置的正投影区域,仍然会形成一个亮点,造成面光源表面亮度不均匀。
发明内容
因此,本发明目的是提供一种能提升匀度的发光机构。
本发明的发光机构包括发光二极管、设置于该发光二极管上的导光板,及设置于该导光板上的调光单元。该导光板具有上表面及下表面,该下表面具有凹槽,该导光板以该凹槽覆盖于该发光二极管上,且该发光二极管不与该导光板接触。该调光单元设置于该导光板的上表面,且对应位于该发光二极管的正上方,其中,该调光单元包括一片遮光组件,该遮光组件具有至少一个贯穿孔,以使下方的发光二极管的光线能由该贯穿孔向上出光。
本发明的另一技术手段,是在于该遮光组件具有位于该发光二极管正上方的中心,及复数间隔排列的贯穿孔,其中,所述贯穿孔围绕于该中心呈环状排列。
本发明的又一技术手段,是在于该遮光组件具有位于该发光二极管正上方的中心,其中,所述贯穿孔位于该中心位置。
本发明的再一技术手段,是在于该调光单元还包括设置于该遮光组件上方且覆盖该贯穿孔的透光组件,且该透光组件的光线穿透效率大于该遮光组件的光线穿透效率。
本发明的另一技术手段,是在于该导光板的上表面及下表面形成有微结构。
本发明的又一技术手段,是在于所述微结构以该发光二极管为中心呈同心圆排列,且所述微结构于邻近该发光二极管的分布较疏,而远离该发光二极管的分布较密。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种包括上述发光机构的背光模块。
该背光模块包括复数发光二极管、复数彼此不接触的导光板、设置于所述导光板的上表面的上方的扩散板,及复数分别设置于所述导光板与该扩散板之间的调光单元。其中,每一个导光板具有上表面及下表面,该下表面具有凹槽,所述导光板以该凹槽覆盖于相对应的发光二极管上,且该发光二极管不与该导光板接触。所述调光单元分别对应位于所述发光二极管的正上方,其中,每一个调光单元包括一片遮光组件,该遮光组件具有至少一个贯穿孔,以使下方的发光二极管的光线能由该贯穿孔向上出光。
本发明的再一技术手段,是在于该背光模块还包括电路板,及设置于该电路板上的反射片,该反射片具有复数间隔的贯穿槽,所述发光二极管经由所述贯穿槽而呈矩阵式排列于该电路板上,所述导光板呈矩阵式排列于该反射片上。
本发明的另一技术手段,是在于该遮光组件具有位于该发光二极管正上方的中心,及复数间隔排列的贯穿孔,其中,所述贯穿孔围绕于该中心呈环状排列。
本发明的又一技术手段,是在于该遮光组件具有位于该发光二极管正上方的中心,其中,所述贯穿孔位于该中心位置。
本发明的再一技术手段,是在于每一个调光单元还包括设置于该遮光组件上方且覆盖该贯穿孔的透光组件,且该透光组件的光线穿透效率大于该遮光组件的光线穿透效率。
本发明的另一技术手段,是在于每一个导光板的上表面及下表面皆形成有微结构。
本发明的又一技术手段,是在于所述微结构以该发光二极管为中心呈同心圆排列,且所述微结构于邻近该发光二极管的分布较疏,而远离该发光二极管的分布较密。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种显示设备,包括如前述背光模块,及设置于该背光模块上的显示面板。
本发明的有益功效在于,借由上述结构设计,可以有效改善面光源亮度不均匀的问题。

具体实施方式
有关本发明的相关申请专利特色与技术内容,在以下配合参考图式的较佳实施例的详细说明中,将可清楚的呈现。在进行详细说明前应注意的是,类似的组件以相同的编号来作表示。
参阅图1及图2,为本发明背光模块的较佳实施例,包括电路板2、设置于该电路板2上的反射片3、复数呈矩阵式排列的发光二极管4、复数呈矩阵式排列且彼此不接触的导光板5、设置于所述导光板5上方的扩散板6,及复数分别设置于所述导光板5与该扩散板6之间的调光单元7。该反射片3具有复数间隔的贯穿槽31,所述发光二极管4经由所述贯穿槽31而呈矩阵式排列于该电路板2上,所述导光板5呈矩阵式排列于该反射片3上。在其他实施例中,所述发光二极管4也可以不采用矩阵式排列,而是以灯条方式条状排列,所述导光板5也可以因应而同样以条状排列。
其中,每一个导光板5具有上表面51及下表面52,该下表面52具有凹槽521,所述导光板5以该凹槽521覆盖于相对应的发光二极管4上,且该发光二极管4不与该导光板5接触。每一个导光板5的上表面51及下表面52皆形成有微结构53,且所述微结构53以该发光二极管4为中心C呈同心圆排列,且所述微结构53于邻近该发光二极管4的分布较疏,而远离该发光二极管4的分布较密。要说明的是,位于该下表面52的微结构53用以破坏全反射,位于该上表面51的微结构53用以控制出光效果,两者互相配合能使出光效果更为均匀。另外,所述微结构53于邻近该发光二极管4的分布较疏,而远离该发光二极管4的分布较密,是因为在邻近该发光二极管4的位置光线较强,而远离该发光二极管4的位置光线相对较弱,前述设计将有助调整出光强度,进而达成整面出光强度均匀的目的。
参阅图1,所述调光单元7分别对应位于所述发光二极管4的正上方,其中,每一个调光单元7包括一片遮光组件71,及设置于该遮光组件71上方的透光组件72,且该透光组件72的光线穿透效率大于该遮光组件71的光线穿透效率。该遮光组件71具有至少一个贯穿孔711,以使下方的发光二极管4的光线能由该贯穿孔711向上发散,再穿过该透光组件72进行出光。
其中,该遮光组件71可以如图3所示,具有位于该发光二极管4正上方的中心C,而所述贯穿孔711位于该中心C。该遮光组件71也可以如图4至图6所示,具有位于该发光二极管4正上方的中心C,及复数间隔排列的贯穿孔711,而所述贯穿孔711围绕于该中心C呈环状排列。通过改变所述贯穿孔711的孔径大小、数量,及排列方式,能进行光线的调节。
参阅图7,于该背光模块上设置显示面板8,即成为显示设备。由于本发明为直下式背光模块的型态,而在整体结构薄型化的趋势下,该显示面板与发光二极管4之间的距离会缩小,因此在发光二极管4的正上方会有很高的能量密度,容易于该显示面板上产生亮点问题。本发明的发光二极管4为五面发光的发光二极管4,因此,在本较佳实施例中,将该调光单元7设置于每一个发光二极管4的上方出光面的正上方,每一个发光二极管4的侧边四个发光面所发散的光线会直接经由该导光板5出光,或者经由下方的反射片3进行反射之后再经由该导光板5出光。而经由每一个发光二极管4的上方出光面发散的光线利用该遮光组件71上的贯穿孔711形成几何图案的排列,使部分光线可以从图3的中心C位置的一个贯穿孔711出光,或是从图4围绕该中心C位置的多个贯穿孔711出光,且图3、4的贯穿孔711是相同大小,借此让所述发光二极管4的正上方仍有较高辉度,以搭配能量较低的发光二极管4。另外也可以使部分光线可以从图5、6围绕该中心C位置的多个贯穿孔711出光,且图5、6的贯穿孔711是小于图3、4的贯穿孔711,借此让所述发光二极管4的正上方降低辉度,以搭配能量较高的发光二极管4。
因此,该遮光组件71的不同区域可以分别具有反射或吸光功能,再配合该透光组件72的设置,借以调整所述发光二极管4上方的能量分布,以达到出光均匀,改善外观的功效。另外,所述导光板5之间存在有间距而彼此不接触,因此相邻导光板5之间的光线不会互相干援,且可以直接针对特定区域的光线进行调节。
综上所述,本发明通过所述于每一发光二极管4的上方出光面的正上方设置有该调光单元7,并配合所述导光板5之间互相间隔不接触,以及所述导光板5的上表面51与下表面52皆设置有微结构53的设计,以多种手段同时进行以达成最佳的出光调整效果,有效改善面光源亮度不均匀的问题,故确实可以达成本发明的目的。
惟以上所述者,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,当不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,即大凡依本发明申请专利范围及发明说明内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆仍属本发明的权利要求涵盖的范围内。

Claims (14)

1.一种发光机构,其特征在于包括:
发光二极管;
导光板,具有上表面及下表面,所述下表面具有凹槽,所述导光板是以所述凹槽覆盖于所述发光二极管上,且所述发光二极管不与所述导光板接触;及
调光单元,设置于所述导光板的上表面,且对应位于所述发光二极管的正上方,其中,所述调光单元包括一片遮光组件,所述遮光组件具有至少一个贯穿孔,以使下方的发光二极管的光线能由所述贯穿孔向上出光。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光机构,其特征在于,所述遮光组件具有位于所述发光二极管正上方的中心,及复数间隔排列的贯穿孔,其中,所述贯穿孔围绕于所述中心呈环状排列。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发光机构,其特征在于,所述遮光组件具有位于所述发光二极管正上方的中心,其中,所述贯穿孔位于所述中心位置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的发光机构,其特征在于,所述调光单元还包括设置于所述遮光组件上方且覆盖所述贯穿孔的透光组件,且所述透光组件的光线穿透效率大于所述遮光组件的光线穿透效率。
5.根据权利要求1所述的发光机构,其特征在于,所述导光板的上表面及下表面形成有微结构。
6.根据权利要求5所述的发光机构,其特征在于,所述微结构以所述发光二极管为中心呈同心圆排列,且所述微结构于邻近所述发光二极管的分布较疏,而远离所述发光二极管的分布较密。
7.一种背光模块,其特征在于包括:
复数发光二极管;
复数导光板,彼此不接触,其中,每一个导光板具有上表面及下表面,所述下表面具有凹槽,所述导光板以所述凹槽覆盖于相对应的发光二极管上,且所述发光二极管不与所述导光板接触;
扩散板,位于所述导光板的上表面的上方;及
复数调光单元,分别设置于所述导光板与所述扩散板之间,且对应位于所述发光二极管的正上方,其中,每一个调光单元包括一片遮光组件,所述遮光组件具有至少一个贯穿孔,以使下方的发光二极管的光线能由所述贯穿孔向上出光。
8.根据权利要求7所述的背光模块,其特征在于还包括电路板,及设置于所述电路板上的反射片,所述反射片具有复数间隔的贯穿槽,所述发光二极管经由所述贯穿槽而呈矩阵式排列于所述电路板上,所述导光板呈矩阵式排列于所述反射片上。
9.根据权利要求7所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述遮光组件具有位于所述发光二极管正上方的中心,及复数间隔排列的贯穿孔,其中,所述贯穿孔围绕于所述中心呈环状排列。
10.根据权利要求7所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述遮光组件具有位于所述发光二极管正上方的中心,其中,所述贯穿孔位于所述中心位置。
11.根据权利要求7所述的背光模块,其特征在于,每一个调光单元还包括设置于所述遮光组件上方且覆盖所述贯穿孔的透光组件,且所述透光组件的光线穿透效率大于所述遮光组件的光线穿透效率。
12.根据权利要求7所述的背光模块,其特征在于,每一个导光板的上表面及下表面皆形成有微结构。
13.根据权利要求12所述的背光模块,其特征在于,所述微结构以所述发光二极管为中心呈同心圆排列,且所述微结构于邻近所述发光二极管的分布较疏,而远离所述发光二极管的分布较密。
14.一种显示装置,其特征在于包括根据权利要求7至13中任一项所述的背光模块,及设置在所述背光模块上的显示面板。
