The air purifying unit 121 is used for purifying air, and may be an acidic disinfectant (alcohol, 84 disinfectant, etc.), an alkaline disinfectant (other disinfectant, etc.), a non-dusting impregnated activated carbon (no PM2.5 or PM3.0 inhalable particles and maintaining adsorption efficacy, and air resistance is low because no filter layer is needed), an electrolyte activated water adsorption solution, a desiccant, etc., and may be contained inside the box body 120.
The bottom of the interior of the box body 120 may be provided with a gas distribution plate 124 with an airtight edge, the other end of the first gas inlet pipe 130 extends into the gas distribution plate 124 with the airtight edge, and the gas distribution plate 124 with the airtight edge may better bubble the gas sucked by the first gas inlet pipe 130, so that the air purification unit 121 further purifies the gas more thoroughly.
A check valve 131 may be further disposed inside the first inlet tube 130 or at one end of the first outlet tube 140 to prevent the liquid in the case 120 from flowing into the first inlet tube 130 or the first outlet tube 140.
Baffles 113 can be arranged at the front end, the rear end and the upper parts of the other two sides of the bottom plate 111 and are vertically connected with the bottom plate 111 to prevent the components arranged at the upper part of the bottom plate 111 from shaking.
The case 120, the vacuum suction type air pump 150, and the terminal block 180 may be detachably connected to the base plate 111, for example, by a snap connection.
The top of the box body 120 may be a cover body, and the cover body may open the box body 120 to replace the air purifying unit 121 or the gas distribution plate 124 at the airtight edge.
The vacuum air pump 150 may further include a switch (not shown) for controlling the on/off of the vacuum air pump 150.
Although the present invention has been described by taking the case that the first air inlet hole 122 and the first air outlet hole 123 are respectively disposed at the front side and the rear side of the upper portion of the box body 120, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the first air inlet hole 122 and the first air outlet hole 123 may be disposed at the top of the box body 120, and a user may select them as desired.
Example two
The negative pressure suction type air cleaner 100 according to the present embodiment has substantially the same structural features as those of the first embodiment, and the same reference numerals are given to the same components and structures.
Referring to fig. 2, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the air purification unit 121 is an ultraviolet lamp (a closed high-energy ultraviolet germicidal lamp, which is used for medical purposes and shields radiation burns) and is disposed on the top wall or the side wall inside the box body 120.
The invention also provides an air purification method, which comprises the following steps:
step S1: judging the indoor environment, and selecting a negative pressure air suction type air purifier provided with different air purification units according to the indoor environment;
step S2: the negative pressure air suction type air purifier enters a space needing air purification;
step S3: air enters the negative pressure air suction type air purifier in a negative pressure air suction mode;
step S4: the sucked air is purified by the air purifying unit;
step S5: the purified air is discharged out of the negative pressure air suction type air purifier, so that the air purification is completed.
The method of using the negative pressure suction type air cleaner 100 according to the present invention will be described below.
Firstly, the negative pressure air suction type air purifier provided with different air purification units is judged and selected according to the indoor environment, the wiring board 180 is connected with an indoor socket, a switch of the negative pressure air suction type air pump 150 is turned on, through a negative pressure air suction mode, indoor air enters the box body 120 through the first air inlet pipe 130 and is purified by the air purification unit 121, for example, alcohol and disinfectant can purify viruses, an ultraviolet lamp can purify bacteria, activated carbon can filter or adsorb dust and the like, then purified air is discharged by the first air outlet pipe 140 and is discharged indoors through the second air outlet pipe 170 of the negative pressure air suction type air pump 150, and air purification is realized.
The advantageous effects of the negative pressure suction type air cleaner and the air cleaning method according to the present invention will be described below.
The invention provides a negative pressure air suction type air purifier and an air purification method, which can be used for: 1) removing airborne bacteria and viruses (including but not limited to bacteria and novel coronaviruses, destroying their protein structure and ribonucleic acids making them inactive and transmissible); 2) removal of harmful chemicals (disinfectant aerosols and other: such as formaldehyde, benzene, xylene, etc.); 3) the method can remove inhalable particles (PM2.5, PM3.0 and the like) generated in the air and purifier equipment; 4) can effectively adsorb six eleven toxic agents aiming at chemical weapons; 5) removal of off-flavor (VOC: household odors, tobacco, body odors of humans and laboratory animals, etc.); 6) secondary dust pollution is not generated (the adsorption efficiency of the active carbon is ensured to be 100% and no dust is ensured in the working process); 7) no secondary chemical contamination is produced (aerosol of disinfectant is adsorbed: purification of the purification). In a word, harmful substances such as bacteria, viruses, chemical substance aerosol and inhalable particles generated by the outside and purifier equipment can be simultaneously and efficiently removed until the harmful substances are thoroughly removed, the air transmission path of the viruses and the harmful chemical substances is effectively cut off, and secondary dust and chemical pollution are not generated simultaneously.
The negative pressure air suction type air purifier and the air purification method provided by the invention have wide application range, and can be flexibly applied to: 1) biological laboratories and other laboratories that require air purification safeguards; 2) an ICU ward; 3) respiratory and infectious departments; 4) waiting areas of hospitals and other medical public areas needing isolation measures; 5) public places such as buses, subways, malls, restaurants, movie theaters, and the like; 6) home renovation and daily life (new renovation, new furniture and sick members); 7) private car (second-hand smoke and state of health uncertain passengers); 8) other fixed enclosed spaces where people or living bodies exist; 9) a movable temporary safety house, rest room, workstation or waiting room; 10) mobile enclosed spaces such as airplanes and high-speed rails; 11) fire smoke, secondary harmful aerosol, inhalable particles and the like in fire fighting; 12) chemical industry fields, such as daily production, storage and active leakage protection; 13) industrial application and production environment purification, and safety critical of controlling environmental concentration; 14) epidemic prevention; 15) military applications (biochemical defense equipment: work, vehicles, submarines, and individual soldier protection); 16) national material reserve; 17) emergency shelters, and the like.
The negative pressure air suction type air purifier and the air purification method provided by the invention have the advantages that the raw materials are easy to obtain and simple to manufacture, and the production and popularization are easy; comprehensive purification and safe and reliable use; the whole device is convenient to carry and transport, simple to install and combine, easy to teach and skillfully use, efficient and thorough in function; the ineffective air purification unit and the box body can be recycled in a centralized way for harmless treatment, so that secondary pollution is avoided, the ineffective air purification unit and the box body can also be recycled, and the low-carbon energy-saving environment-friendly effect is realized.
The negative pressure suction type air purifier and the air purification method provided by the invention have the advantages that the negative pressure suction type design is safer and more effective than a disinfection sprayer: the air containing harmful aerosol components can be sucked into a kit (box body) for packaging high-concentration disinfectant, so that the transmissibility of bacteria and viruses can be effectively destroyed, and secondary damage to human bodies and the environment can be avoided. And relative to sprayers of the spraying function and other patents and technologies: the concentration of the disinfectant sprayed into the air is low, so that the sterilization and disinfection effects are poor; when the concentration of the sprayed disinfectant is high enough to sterilize, the human body is hard to bear aerosol or residue of the high-concentration disinfectant, and the human body is bound to be poisoned and continuously pollute the environment (the toxic injury in the human body is completely eliminated before bacteria and viruses).

the trolley body comprises a bottom plate, and rollers are arranged at the lower part of the bottom plate;
the box body is arranged on the front side of the upper part of the bottom plate, an air purification unit is arranged in the box body, a first air inlet hole and a first air outlet hole are respectively formed in the front side and the rear side of the box body, the box body further comprises a first air inlet pipe and a first air outlet pipe, one end of the first air inlet pipe is a free end, the other end of the first air inlet pipe extends into the bottom space in the box body from the first air inlet hole in the box body, one end of the first air outlet pipe is arranged in the top space in the box body, and the other end of the first air outlet pipe extends out from the first air outlet hole;
the negative pressure air suction type air pump is arranged adjacent to the box body and comprises a second air inlet pipe and a second air outlet pipe, one end of the second air inlet pipe is connected with the other end of the first air outlet pipe, the other end of the second air inlet pipe is connected with the negative pressure air suction type air pump, one end of the second air outlet pipe is connected with the negative pressure air suction type air pump, and the other end of the second air outlet pipe is a free end; and
and the wiring board is arranged adjacent to the negative pressure air suction type air pump and is electrically connected with the negative pressure air suction type air pump.
2. The negative pressure air-breathing air purifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air purifying unit is one or more of an acid disinfectant, an alkaline disinfectant, an ultraviolet lamp, activated carbon, an electrolyte-activated water adsorbing liquid and a drying agent.
3. The negative pressure air aspiration air purifier of claim 2, wherein the ultraviolet lamp is disposed at a top wall or a side wall of the interior of the case.
4. The negative pressure air suction type air purifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the interior of the box body is provided with a gas distribution plate with a gas-tight edge, and the other end of the first air inlet pipe extends into the gas distribution plate with the gas-tight edge.
5. The negative pressure suction type air cleaner according to claim 1, wherein the case body, the negative pressure suction type air pump, and the wiring board are detachably attached to an upper portion of the base plate.
6. The negative pressure suction type air cleaner according to claim 1, wherein a check valve is provided inside the first inlet pipe or at one end of the first outlet pipe.
7. The negative pressure air-breathing air purifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein baffles are provided at upper portions of the front and rear ends of the base plate to be vertically connected to the base plate.
8. An air purification method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S1: judging the indoor environment, and selecting a negative pressure air suction type air purifier provided with different air purification units according to the indoor environment;
step S2: the negative pressure air suction type air purifier enters a space needing air purification;
step S3: air enters the negative pressure air suction type air purifier in a negative pressure air suction mode;
step S4: the sucked air is purified by the air purifying unit;
step S5: the purified air is discharged out of the negative pressure air suction type air purifier, so that the air purification is completed.
