A separately pumping and mixing out oil-submersible electric screw pump oil pumping device comprises a three-way joint, an upper oil pumping pipe, an upper screw pump, an upper connecting shaft assembly, an upper motor protector, an upper oil-submersible motor, a lower oil pumping joint, a packer, a lower screw pump, a lower connecting shaft assembly, a lower motor protector and a lower oil-submersible motor which are sequentially connected, wherein the lower end of a lower pump cable is connected with the lower oil-submersible motor, the lower end of the upper pump cable is connected with the upper oil-submersible motor, the lower end of the lower oil pumping pipe is connected with an eccentric oil outlet at the upper part of the lower oil pumping joint, the upper end of the lower oil pumping pipe is connected with an eccentric oil inlet at the lower part of the three-way joint, the components are assembled into a whole and connected into a lower part of the upper oil pumping pipe of a pump and a sleeve pipe, the packer is positioned between two oil layers to be pumped, the packer is expanded and then clung to the inner wall of the sleeve, the oil pump can separately pump on a small-displacement well, a thick oil well and a sand producing well with interlayer difference.

Background
At present, a plurality of oil layers are jetted on most oil wells, because the pressure and the water content of each oil layer are different, the oil layers interfere with each other during combined production, and the high-pressure layer laminates the low-pressure layer, so that the low-pressure layer can not play a role, even the problem that the high-pressure layer flows back to the low-pressure layer can occur, so that water channeling of the oil well is caused, and the production of the oil well is seriously influenced. The telescopic pipe is arranged on the lower pump oil outlet pipe, so that two ends of the lower pump oil outlet pipe are conveniently connected with the three-way joint and the lower oil outlet joint in place.
