Abstract
The invention relates to a rubber coating composition for steel wire carcass cords of an all-steel radial tire. The composition comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of cis-1, 4-polyisoprene, 20-60 parts of epoxidized natural rubber ENR, 0.5-3 parts of terpene resin, 10-20 parts of silicon-aluminum carbon black, 5-10 parts of carbon black, 10-30 parts of white carbon black, 1-3 parts of cobalt salt and 0.8-1.2 parts of accelerator NS. According to the invention, the white carbon black, the epoxidized natural rubber ENR, the white carbon black and the cobalt salt are matched, so that the adhesive property of the cord thread and the rubber is improved while the performance of the rubber material is satisfied. The terpene resin can improve the adhesive force and improve the mechanical property and the aging resistance of the rubber bonding layer.

The rubber coating composition for the steel wire carcass cord of the all-steel radial tire comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 70 parts of cis-1, 4-polyisoprene, 60 parts of epoxidized natural rubber ENR, 3 parts of terpene resin, 20 parts of silicon-aluminum carbon black, 10 parts of carbon black, 30 parts of white carbon black, 0.5 part of cobalt boracylate, 2.5 parts of cobalt naphthenate and 0.8-1.2 parts of accelerator NS.
