2) The domestic sewage treatment upgrading process adopts high-efficiency stirring to eliminate the chance of floating oil on the surface of sewage, so that oil can penetrate into the sewage to widely contact microorganisms, and the oil degrading capability of the system is greatly improved.
3) The domestic sewage treatment upgrading process of the invention adds a sintered metal microporous filter element for filtration after the aerobic section. The sintered metal microporous filter element can provide the following advantages for the process compared with an MBR membrane:
◆ the filtration pore size is already as small as 0.5 microns and the filtration capacity is already very close to the conventional MBR membrane pore size order;
◆ the engineering operation pressure is as low as 0.2 MPa;
◆ the water yield per unit pressure far exceeds that of MBR membranes;
◆ the investment cost of the relative film can be reduced by more than 60%;
◆ eliminates the need for chemical cleaning of the filter membrane, avoiding the risk and cost of management of users in exchange for hazardous chemicals;
◆ the service life can reach more than decades, and the total operation cost is reduced by more than 90%.
4) The invention adopts a filter press to treat sludge nearby and output sludge cakes. The secondary slurry conveying of the traditional process is omitted, and a slurry tank for evaporation is omitted for small-sized sewage treatment projects.
5) The process system solves the technical support problem of sewage treatment upgrading transformation, especially the standard-reaching discharge of ammonia nitrogen in rural domestic sewage treatment.

1. after the regeneration of the filter holes is finished, closing a filter hole regeneration fluid pipeline valve B, opening a reclaimed water output valve A again, and entering a normal flow;
the reflux pump sucks sludge from a sludge concentration area and conveys aged sludge slurry to the anaerobic/anoxic tank for reflux;
another pipeline is opened behind the reflux pump and communicated with the pressure filter through a valve C; opening a valve C according to a set time interval, allowing the filter press to receive slurry, closing an incoming path valve C after the bin is full, performing pressure filtration on slurry in the filter press by using air pressure, or repeatedly allowing slurry to be received for multiple times until slurry cakes are accumulated, discharging the air pressure, and discharging the slurry cakes; treating the excess sludge in batches according to the sequence;
further preferably, the filter press is a vertical single-bin filter press tank with an inner interlayer formed by metal microporous filter membranes, and the tank bottom is discharged by a valve;
the intermittent stirring of the sewage in the anaerobic/anoxic tank is realized by the following method:

the oscillating fluid stirring device receives the pressurized slurry from the reflux pump; the slurry passes through the flexible pipe, and is combined with the irregular bending of the flexible pipe by means of the internal pressure fluctuation to push the pipeline to shake and swing, and the slurry outlet of the flexible pipe randomly jumps in a certain area under the rotation and swing limitation of the pendulum bob, so that sludge slurry is distributed to the predetermined area of the reactor to push the slurry in the reactor to be disturbed and flow upwards;
and controlling the operation of the reflux pump by a program, stopping stirring after the oscillating fluid stirring device continuously stirs for a certain time, and repeatedly starting the reflux pump after the serous fluid in the anaerobic/anoxic tank is calmed for a certain time to enter the next stirring cycle.

the end disc is a circular plate, the middle of the end disc is provided with a shaft hole, the periphery of the end disc is also provided with uniform distribution holes, and at least 2 end discs are strung on the central shaft; the periphery of the end disc radially extends out of the radial arm plate; one end of the radiation arm plate is fixed on the end disc through a bolt, and a shaft shoulder orthogonally extends out of one end of the radiation arm plate; the end disc and the radiation arm plate can be combined into a whole;
