1. because the plastic film is required to be processed and formed at one time, in order to ensure that each cutting is successful, the force for pressing the cutter is required to be extremely large, so that the weight of the moving part of the cutter is also large, and the volume of the moving part of the cutter is also large due to the reasons that the whole cutter is long, the parallelism between the cutter and the bearing seat is kept and the like, the moving is inconvenient and dangerous due to the increase of the weight and the volume of the moving part, and the cutter or the bearing seat is damaged due to the fact that the cutter is abutted to the bearing seat with high rigidity after being cut off;
2. because the lower pressure of the cutter is larger, the rigidity requirement of the lower bearing seat is very high, otherwise, the loss of the bearing seat and the deformation of an impact point can be caused after several times of impact, the unevenness of a film is caused, the cutting difficulty is increased, and the defective rate is increased.
3. When the cutter is used for passive cutting, the moving part pushes the workpiece to the cutter for passive cutting, and after cutting, the workpiece can not effectively fall off due to reasons of electrostatic adsorption, workpiece burrs and the like, so that the follow-up procedures are influenced.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and provides a cutting device for a bag making machine, which can effectively remove a workpiece without damaging the cutting tool and the table by hard force during cutting.

2. According to the invention, the cutting point of the workpiece is lifted in a negative pressure adsorption mode, so that the cutting position of the workpiece is slightly tight, the cutter can cut easily, the success rate of cutting is ensured, and the whole device is more stable and reliable.
3. According to the invention, through the conversion of positive and negative pressures of the air pump, the workpiece is effectively separated from the cutter, and the workpiece is prevented from being adsorbed on the cutter.

as shown in fig. 2, the cutter 3 is arranged in the middle section of the inside of the air guide cover 2, the bottom of the cutter is lower than the bottom of the air guide cover 2, air is pumped out at a high speed by the air pump 4 to form negative pressure, and a workpiece is lifted to abut against the cutting edge of the cutter 3 and penetrate through the cutting edge to form a small notch;
as shown in fig. 3, the adjacent sides between the wind scoops 2 are connection portions 22, and after the workpiece passes through the cutting edge of the cutter 3, the fan of the air pump 4 is reversed to suck external air and blow the air toward the workpiece inserted into the cutting edge, so that the workpiece is returned to the original position.
As shown in fig. 3, preferably, as an implementation mode, the bottom side 21 of the wind scooper 2 is in a shape of a round corner, which aims to make the air flow faster along the arc-shaped wall surface, and the formed lifting force is stronger, so that the cutting is more stable and reliable.
Preferably, as an embodiment, the connecting portion 22 is provided with a through hole in a vertical horizontal plane, which is aimed at sucking more air from the middle portion, making the supporting point of the middle portion uniformly stressed when lifted, and making the cutting more stable.
Preferably, as an implementation mode, the tip of the cutting knife 3 is slightly higher than the top surface of the workpiece, and the purpose is to move closer to the workpiece as far as possible without blocking the workpiece, so that the cutting efficiency is faster, the lifting force requirement is smaller, and certain internal consumption is saved.
Preferably, as an implementation mode, the shape of the wind scooper 2 is consistent with that of the cutter 3, and the wind scooper is better attached to the arc-shaped structure of the cutter 3, so that the lifted point can be better cut.

6. The cutting apparatus of a bag machine as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the bottom of the wind scooper (2) is positioned at the maximum lifting height of a workpiece.
7. The cutting apparatus of a bag machine as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the wind guide cover (2) is internally provided with a wind guide plate which inclines to the knife tip.
