After the reservation is completed, the guest may query the reservation information through WeChat.
The predetermined times of the driving of a certain field on a certain day are assumed as shown in the following table 1:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002360991550000051
Taking the current tee point of 10:00 as an example, before 10:00 arrives, for example, at 9:30, the system processing module 20 may generate an inquiry message, and send the inquiry message to the user terminal of the corresponding guest "liu star" through the sending module 30, for example, send the inquiry message in the form of a WeChat message or a short message. To remind guests to arrive on time.
Referring to fig. 2, for example, "go right again 30 minutes away from the time you reserved," after receiving the query message, if you confirm that you go right, you can click the "confirm right time to go" button to return to the system the query result that the guest will go right time to go right; if the guest hopes to cancel the playing of the game for some subjective or objective reasons, the guest can click a button for canceling the playing of the game to return to the system, and the query result of canceling the playing of the game is obtained; if the guest wishes to adjust the tee shot for reasons such as scheduling, the "delay tee" button can be clicked to return to the system the results of the inquiry that the guest wishes to reschedule the tee shot and delay the tee shot. Of course, the guest may not be processed, and the system defaults that the guest will arrive on time.
If the guest "liu will click" to cancel the ball-out, the receiving module 10 receives the inquiry result, and the processing module 20 will cancel the predetermined ball-out times of the guest "liu will" and settle the amount of the consumption according to the set discount, for example, 20% of the fee will be charged. Meanwhile, the processing module 20 is further configured to adjust the tee-off time of an authorized guest (i.e., a guest to be adjusted) whose tee-off time is ranked 10:00, specifically, to a time corresponding to a previous tee-off time adjacent to the guest, so as to reduce the waiting time of the guest. See table 2 below:
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002360991550000061
Figure BDA0002360991550000071
Optionally, the number N of guests to be adjusted may be selected from all authorized guests subscribed on the same day, or may be selected according to a set value. With continued reference to table 1, the authorized guests with initial ball opening times after 10:00 include 4 individuals, assuming that the value of N is set to 3, the ball opening times of the three individuals "li x", "jiang x", "invar x" can be adjusted, and the ball opening time of the guest "roc" remains unchanged. See table 3 below:
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0002360991550000072
If the guest "liu star" clicks the "delay tee" button, the receiving module 10 receives the inquiry result, and the processing module 20 may adjust the tee-off time of the nearest 3 authorized guests behind according to the number N (assumed to be 3) of the guest to be adjusted, please continue to refer to table 3, and the idle tee-off time point and the tee-off time point of the currently unadjusted authorized guest may be used as the selectable time point for the guest to delay tee-off; here, the idle tee time point is 14:30, the tee time of an unadjusted authorized guest ("ro") on the day is 15:30, and the two tee time points are sent to the guest for selection through the sending module 30.
The processing module 20 schedules a new tee time point for the guest according to the selection of "liu. The time points 14:30 of the starting are in an idle state, so that the starting can be directly arranged; if the guest selects the time point of 15:30 for starting the tee, the processing module 20 may advance the tee opening time of the guest to 14:30, and satisfy the requirement of the delayed tee opening of the guest while satisfying the requirement of the advance tee opening.
If the guest "liu × clicks" confirm on-time on-arrival "button, the receiving module 10 receives the query result, and the processing module 20 may send another query message, for example," you will start playing, please confirm whether to go off the court "to the guest user end through the sending module 30 when the time for starting the football is close to, for example, 9: 57.
If the guest clicks a 'confirmation' button (indicating that the guest plays the ball on time) or the guest does not process the ball, and when the time point of playing the ball is reached, the ball child in charge of reception also confirms that the guest plays the ball on time, the ball child is processed according to a normal flow; at this time, the processing can be according to the full settlement; in order to encourage the guests to respond to the message positively, corresponding point incentive policies can be set, and the processing module 20 can award points to the guests who respond; and guests who do not have a reply to the relevant message are not rewarded with points. The points can be used for discounting the ball or exchanging prizes.
If the guest clicks the "confirm" button (indicating that the guest plays the ball on time) or does not process the shot, and after the time point of the shot is reached, the ball child in charge of reception confirms that the guest does not play the ball, the processing module 20 may cancel the current shot of the guest, and update the shot time of the guest to be adjusted so as to utilize the shot time of the cancelled shot. Alternatively, the processing module 20 may settle the account in full amount due to the temporary variation of guests.
If the guest clicks "cancel" (indicating that the shot will not be played), the processing module 20 may immediately arrange to adjust the time for the guest to launch the shot. Alternatively, since the guest temporarily cancels, the settlement may be required at a discount set for a slightly higher discount than at 9:30, such as a half-price settlement, although the ball is not played.
It should be understood that the present embodiment is not limited to setting information such as reminders, time of inquiry, settlement price, discount, etc., and may be flexibly set according to the actual requirements of the ball game.
If the guest to be adjusted is an authorized guest whose initial tee time is closest to the current tee time, the processing module 20 may update the tee time of the guest to be adjusted (here, "jiang star") to the time corresponding to the current tee time, i.e., 10: 00. See table 4 below, when session 3 is idle for a time of 11:00 to open the ball:
TABLE 4
Figure BDA0002360991550000081
Figure BDA0002360991550000091
If the number N of guests to be adjusted is a fixed value, for example, N is set to 2, then the adjusted number is as shown in table 5 below, and at this time, the tee-off time 13:30 corresponding to tee-off time of tee-off time 5 is in an idle state:
TABLE 5
Figure BDA0002360991550000092
If the number N of the guests to be adjusted is the number of all authorized guests at the current day after the current time of opening the ball, where N is equal to 4, the time of opening the ball of the authorized guests (including "li x", "jiang x", "invar" and roc ") after 10:00 needs to be adjusted to the time corresponding to the previous time of opening the ball next to the authorized guests, respectively. See table 6 below:
TABLE 6
Figure BDA0002360991550000101
At this time, the tee shot 9 corresponds to the tee shot time 15:30 are in an idle state.
It should be understood that, for the guests whose tee shot time is adjusted, if there is a situation that the guests have not played the game, the tee shot time of the guests to be adjusted in the subsequent game can still be continuously adjusted. That is, the same guest may not play the ball in the front, so that the ball-starting time of the guest is more and more advanced.
For the idle state, the scheduled operation of a new guest can be accepted, so as to fully utilize the starting time point and improve the ball income level.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the processing module 20 may send the time schedule of the tee shot schedule to a large screen of the venue for display, so that the guests can check the tee shot time and update the status of the guests at any time, and the guests can play the tee shot on time.
For guests who are not authorized to adjust the initial tee-off time, the system always keeps the initial tee-off time constant.
In the golf tee-off time management system provided by this embodiment, the receiving module 10 receives the confirmation message sent by the caddie end, and the processing module 20 obtains the initial tee-off time information of the guest to be adjusted when the analyzed and obtained confirmation result is that the guest does not play a golf ball, and updates the initial tee-off time of the guest to be adjusted so as to play the golf ball by using the current tee-off time; wherein the guests to be adjusted comprise at least part of the guests whose initial tee time is ranked after the current tee; to the problem that the current guests who play the ball without leaving the court need to occupy one tee time point, the automatic tee time adjusting and updating function is designed, the guests who do not play the ball after the ball meeting is registered are converted into temporarily registered guests, the tee time points occupied by the guests are released to other guests for use, the normal consumption of the guests at other places of the ball meeting is not influenced, and the tee time of the ball meeting is maximally utilized.
