本发明公开了一种软质电子宫腔镜,属于医疗技术领域。本发明包括向被检体的体内***的***部、通过刚性连接件连接于***部的操作部,***部包括***管和固定于所述***管前端的成像模组座,本发明中对***管及***管与操作部上的进水底座、出水底座、器械入嘴之间的关系进行了改进,将成像模组座的盖片设置于两个进水口与一个出水孔的中心位置,保证盖片的清洁,避免出现成像模组座的盖片由于被污物附着导致图像阴影、模糊的现象;并通过器械通道与出水通道采用统一通道,减小***管外部的直径,减少手术创口面积,进一步减轻患者的痛苦。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗技术领域,具体涉及一种软质电子宫腔镜。
背景技术
内窥镜已然成为了消化医师手中的诊断利器。它集合光学、机械、电控等多学科技术于一体,可直接观察人体体腔的医用电子光学仪器,其基本原理就是内镜先端电荷耦合器件CCD代替纤维内镜的导像束,直接把图像的光信号变成电信号经过图像处理后,在监视器上显示出受检脏器的实时高清图像。
内窥镜的先端弯曲部的常见故障有:(1)摄像头盖被污物附着导致图像阴影、模糊;(2)喷嘴堵塞,造成水气不畅;导致腔内观察和操作有死角。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种能够克服内窥镜先端弯曲部的常见故障的软质电子宫腔镜。
本发明的技术方案是:一种软质电子宫腔镜,该电子宫腔镜包括:向被检体的体内***的***部,***部包括***管和固定于所述***管前端的成像模组座,成像模组座内部设有光学成像装置和光源;操作部,操作部通过刚性连接件连接于所述***部的末端,操作部包括手柄和与手柄成一定角度的手把,手柄和所述手把固定连接且形成***状,手把上设有与光学成像装置电连接的信号接头;其中,所述手柄末端上设有器械入嘴,手把上设有进水底座和出水底座,***管的前端设有两个进水口和一个出水口,两个进水口与一个出水口形成三角形区域,成像模组座的盖片位于三角形区域内的中心位置,进水底座经由穿设于手把内部和所述***管内腔的进水通道连通于两个进水口,出水底座经由穿设于手把内部和***管内腔的出水通道连通于出水口,器械入嘴经由穿设于手柄内部和***管内腔的器械通道连通于出水口;器械通道靠近器械入嘴的一端设有液体止回阀。
进一步的技术方案,进水底座和所述出水底座均位于所述手把的底端。
进一步的技术方案,器械通道和所述出水通道共用一根管道,所述管道具有三通阀状的两根支管,所述两根支管分别连通所述器械入嘴和所述出水底座。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明中,成像模组座的盖片位于两个进水口与一个出水孔的中心位置,两个进水口的设置可大幅度提高进水量,有利于增加水流循环的频率,提高清洗的效率,节约清洗的时间;同时清洗过程中能够把成像模组座的盖片上附着的粘液可以洗干净,避免出现成像模组座的盖片由于被污物附着导致图像阴影、模糊的现象。
2、为了减轻对被捡体的负担,内窥镜设计时存在前端端头在内使***部细径化的要求。为了满足这一要求,现有技术中器械通道与进水通道公用一根管道,但是器械通道与进水通道公用一根管道存在以下缺点:进水量随之会减少,从而清洗效率则会降低;本发明中器械通道与出水通道采用统一通道,既能保证***管外部的直径尽可能小,减少手术创口面积,进一步减轻患者的痛苦,又能保证整体水流循环的频率,并且有效保证腔内有异物流出时出水通道也不易堵塞。

具体实施方式
下面通过非限制性实施例,进一步阐述本发明,理解本发明。
如图1-3所示,本发明为一种软质电子宫腔镜,该软质电子宫腔镜包括:向被检体的体内***的***部1,***部1包括***管和固定于所述***管前端的成像模组座、操作部,本发明中成像模组座、操作部为现有技术,成像模组座内部设有光学成像装置和光源;操作部,操作部通过刚性连接件连接于所述***部1的末端,操作部包括手柄2和与该手柄2成一定角度的手把3,手柄2和手把3固定连接且形成***状,其中,手柄2末端上设有器械入嘴21,手把3的底端设有进水底座31和出水底座32,进水底座31和出水底座32均与手把3固定连接,手把3上转动设置有旋钮,旋钮通过金属丝牵引***部1前端端头11,通过旋转旋钮可控制前端端头11的转动,可控制前端端头11与***管中心轴的夹角最小可达20°。
手把3上还固定安装有与光学成像装置电连接的信号接头33;信号接头33用于将光学成像装置与图像处理装置连接,图像处理装置将生成的图像数据显示在监视器上。
本发明中对***管及***管与进水底座31、出水底座32、器械入嘴21之间的关系进行了改进。***管包括前端端头11与后端不锈钢内管12,***管外层通过软皮包裹,不锈钢内管12和前端端头11固定在软皮内壁中。
***管的前端端头11为与患者的表面贴合度高,材质为较软的医疗级PVDF材质,该材质不会对患者造成伤害,也不会使患者感到不适。由于前端可进行随意转动且质感较软,其便于在腔体内观察各处,减少观察死角。不锈钢内管12方便进入患者体内。
***管的前端设有两个进水口4和一个出水口5,两个进水口4与一个出水口5形成三角形区域,成像模组座的盖片6位于三角形区域内的中心位置,即两个进水口4处于盖片6上方对称的位置,这时,盖片6处于进水口4液体喷射的喷射范围内,进水底座31经由穿设于手把3内部和***管内腔的进水通道连通于两个进水口4,两个进水口4的设置可大幅度提高进水量,有利于增加水流循环的频率,提高清洗的效率,节约清洗的时间;同时,进水口4在清洗过程中能够把成像模组座的盖片6上附着的粘液可以洗干净,避免出现成像模组座的盖片6由于被污物附着导致图像阴影、模糊的现象。
出水底座32经由穿设于所述手把3内部和所述***管内腔的出水通道8连通于出水口5,器械入嘴21经由穿设于手柄2内部和***管内腔的器械通道7连通于出水口5;器械通道7和出水通道8共用一根管道,管道具有三通阀状的两根支管,两根支管分别为第一支管、第二支管,第一支管连通至器械入嘴21,第二支管连通至出水底座32。第一支管靠近所述器械入嘴21的一端设有液体止回阀71,液体止回阀71保证手柄2后端的器械通道7与手把3下端的出口通道之间相互独立,互不影响。
由于本发明中器械通道7与出水通道8采用统一通道时,如果在保持现有技术中***管的外径不变的情况下,可以进一步增大器械出口和出水口5的最大内部直径。即该共用同一根管道的出口的最大内部直径可以扩大到2mm,在本发明中,该共用同一根管道的出口的最大内部直径优选为2mm,在不增大***管的外部直径的情况下将器械管及水管的内部直径最大化,从而配合两个进水口4的设计,方便各种不同尺寸的医疗器械***,也可扩大适用的医疗器械的范围。

1.一种软质电子宫腔镜,该电子宫腔镜包括:向被检体的体内***的***部,所述***部包括***管和固定于所述***管前端的成像模组座,所述成像模组座内部设有光学成像装置和光源;操作部,所述操作部通过刚性连接件连接于所述***部的末端,操作部包括手柄和与所述手柄成一定角度的手把,所述手柄和所述手把固定连接且形成***状,手把上设有与光学成像装置电连接的信号接头,所述手柄末端上设有器械入嘴,其特征在于:所述手把上设有进水底座和出水底座,所述***管的前端设有两个进水口和一个出水口,所述两个进水口与一个出水口形成三角形区域,所述成像模组座的盖片位于三角形区域内的中心位置,所述进水底座经由穿设于所述手把内部和所述***管内腔的进水通道连通于两个进水口,所述出水底座经由穿设于所述手把内部和所述***管内腔的出水通道连通于所述出水口,所述器械入嘴经由穿设于所述手柄内部和所述***管内腔的器械通道连通于所述出水口;所述器械通道靠近所述器械入嘴的一端设有液体止回阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种软质电子宫腔镜,其特征在于:所述进水底座和所述出水底座均位于所述手把的底端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种软质电子宫腔镜,其特征在于:所述器械通道和所述出水通道共用一根管道,所述管道具有三通阀状的两根支管,所述两根支管分别连通所述器械入嘴和所述出水底座。
