As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a tea leaf airing and drying device, which comprises: an underframe 1, wherein an electric cylinder 2 is fixedly arranged on one side of the top end of the underframe 1, the other side of the top end of the underframe 1 and the top of the piston end of the electric cylinder 2 are both fixedly connected with connecting rods 3, one end of each connecting rod 3 is rotatably connected with a connecting block 7 through a bearing, a drying plate 9 and an air bin 8 are fixedly connected between the two connecting blocks 7, a plurality of motors 10 are fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the air bin 8, the top end of the drying plate 9 is provided with a threaded rod 11, the motors 10 penetrate through the air bin 8 and the drying plate 9 to be fixedly connected with the threaded rod 11, the threaded rod 11 is driven to rotate through the motors 10 to play a tea leaf turning effect, the top end of one connecting block 7 is hinged with a cover plate 12 through supporting rods, the top end of the other connecting block 7 is fixedly provided with a baffle plate 14, the top end, one side of air heating device 6 is equipped with air inlet 21, and air heating device 6's inside is equipped with heating resistor silk 23, and one side on 6 tops of air heating device is equipped with gas outlet 22, and the end of giving vent to anger of air exhauster 5 passes through the pipeline to be connected with air inlet 21, and gas outlet 22 passes through pipeline and 8 intercommunications in gas storehouse, and the bottom of chassis 1 is equipped with gyro wheel 16, through utilizing hot-air to dry tealeaves, makes things convenient for overcast and rainy weather to dry tealeaves.
Preferably, one side fixed mounting of one of them connecting rod 3 has control panel 15, is equipped with a plurality of on & off switches on control panel 15, and electric cylinder 2, air exhauster 5, air heating device 6 and motor 10 are all through corresponding on & off switch and battery 4 electric connection, conveniently control each and use electrical apparatus work.
Preferably, the bottom end of the air bin 8 and the drying plate 9 are both provided with a plurality of motor through holes 17, a sealing gasket 18 is sleeved on the motor through holes at the bottom end of the air bin 8, and the sealing gasket 18 can ensure that hot air in the air bin 8 does not run off.
