Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following examples do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of devices consistent with certain aspects of the present application, as detailed in the appended claims.
At present, with the acceleration of personnel's flow, the time that personnel stayed in public place is more and more. In consideration of actual requirements, a washing room is often arranged in a public place to meet various requirements of people. For example, in public places, sanitary wares are arranged, and due to the complexity of personnel, a large amount of bacteria, viruses and the like are attached to the sanitary wares, so that the health of subsequent users is affected.
In order to solve the technical problem, an embodiment of the present application provides a sanitary ware, fig. 1 is a block diagram of a sanitary ware according to an exemplary embodiment, and fig. 2 is an installation diagram of a sanitary ware according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a plumbing fixture includes a fixture body 10, a sensing module 20, and a disinfection module 30. Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the sensing module 20 is arranged on the sanitary appliance body 10 and used for sensing a human body in a preset range around the sanitary appliance body 10 and sending a control instruction to the disinfection module 30 after sensing the human body in the preset range;
the disinfection module 30 is disposed on the sanitary appliance body 10 and is used for starting disinfection when receiving a control command so as to disinfect a designated area on the sanitary appliance body 10.
In this embodiment, the sanitary ware may be at least one of: toilet, counter basin, bath, bathtub. The technician may determine the type of plumbing fixture based on the particular scenario, and is not limited herein.
It can be understood that the sanitary ware body 1 can be modified correspondingly with the type of the sanitary ware, and the scheme is described by taking the sanitary ware as a basin in the following embodiments.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the sensing module 20 may include an infrared detector 21 and a signal processing circuit 22. The infrared detector 21 is configured to release charges outwards in response to infrared light emitted by a human body within the preset range. The infrared detector 21 may be a passive infrared sensor (e.g., a pyroelectric infrared sensor) or an active infrared sensor. Taking the infrared detector 21 as an example of a pyroelectric infrared sensor, when no human body moves within a preset range, the pyroelectric infrared sensor senses the background temperature, and when the human body enters the preset range, the pyroelectric infrared sensor senses infrared light emitted by the human body, so as to sense a difference signal between the human body temperature and the background temperature and output an electric signal corresponding to the difference signal.
In an embodiment, the light inlet of the infrared detector 21 is further provided with a light filter for filtering out external light so as to ensure that only infrared light with a wavelength of 8-12 microns enters the infrared detector 21, which is beneficial to improving the sensing efficiency. In one example, the filter may be implemented using an infrared fresnel lens.
And a signal processing circuit 22 for processing the output signal into a control instruction. In practical applications, the signal processing circuit 22 may include an amplifying circuit unit and an analog-to-digital conversion unit, and the amplifying circuit unit may be provided with at least one stage of amplifying circuit, and may amplify the output signal to an electrical signal with a preset amplitude. Then the analog-to-digital conversion unit can convert the electric signal into a digital signal, and the digital signal can be used as a control instruction; alternatively, the analog-to-digital conversion unit may convert the analog electrical signal into a digital signal, and output the digital signal when the digital signal exceeds a set threshold, and use the output signal as the control command. The skilled person can select the circuit configuration of the signal processing circuit according to the specific scenario, and the corresponding circuit falls into the scope of protection of the present application in the case of being able to implement the signal amplification and signal conversion functions.
In an embodiment, the sensing module 20 further includes a sensitivity adjuster, which is connected to the signal processing circuit and is configured to adjust an amplification gain of the signal processing circuit, so as to ensure that the analog-to-digital conversion unit outputs the same control instruction by increasing the amplification gain when the electrical signal output by the infrared detector 21 is weak, and ensure that the sensing module 20 can adapt to more usage scenarios.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiments, the sensing module 20 is implemented by using an infrared detector. Of course, the technician may select a corresponding mode for positioning the human body according to a specific scene, for example, the sensing module 20 may also be implemented in an ultrasonic mode, calculate the position of the user by using the return time of the ultrasonic wave, and send a control instruction when the position of the human body is within a preset range; for another example, the sensing module 20 may adopt a mode of acquiring an image by using a camera, and may identify a height, a shape, or a distance change of a human body in the image to locate a position of the human body, and send a control instruction when the position of the human body is within a preset range. The above solutions all fall within the scope of protection of the present application.
In one embodiment, referring to FIG. 4, the sterilization module 30 includes a controller 31 and an ultraviolet light source 32. The controller 31 is connected to the signal processing circuit 22 in the sensing module 20, and is configured to receive a control instruction, turn on the ultraviolet light source 32 when receiving the control instruction, and turn off the ultraviolet light source after a preset time period is reached. That is, when the controller 31 determines that disinfection is required, the ultraviolet light source 32 is turned on for a preset time period, and the specified area of the sanitary appliance body 10 can be disinfected by ultraviolet light within the preset time period. The preset period of time may be a fixed value, i.e. the minimum time that bacteria or viruses can be killed. In practical application, the preset duration can also be a dynamic value, the control instruction can include the position of the human body, the controller can calculate the real-time position of the human body according to at least two positions from the time when the human body enters the preset range to the critical position where the user can use the sanitary ware, so that the size of the preset duration is determined, the preset duration is ensured to be long enough, the starting duration of the ultraviolet light source 32 is ensured to be long enough, and the killing effect is ensured.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 5, disinfection module 30 may further include a disinfectant fluid spray apparatus 33. The disinfectant spraying device 33 comprises an air pump and a nozzle, and the controller is connected with a switch of the nozzle. The controller can start the switch after receiving the control instruction, so that the air of the air pump is sprayed out through the spray head, and the disinfectant is uniformly sprayed to the designated area of the sanitary ware in the spraying process, thereby further ensuring the disinfection effect.
Other embodiments of the present application will be apparent to those skilled in the art from consideration of the specification and practice of the embodiments disclosed herein. This application is intended to cover any variations, uses, or adaptations of the invention following, in general, the principles of the application and including such departures from the present disclosure as come within known or customary practice within the art to which the invention pertains. It is intended that the specification and examples be considered as exemplary only, with a true scope and spirit of the application being indicated by the following claims.
It will be understood that the present application is not limited to the precise arrangements described above and shown in the drawings and that various modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope thereof. The scope of the application is limited only by the appended claims.
