Abstract
The invention discloses a uniform distributing device for sorting household garbage, which comprises an eccentric assembly, a rotary cylinder, a perforated rod, a telescopic rod and a lantern ring, wherein the eccentric assembly comprises a fixed main shaft, an eccentric shaft and a connecting rod; the rotating cylinder is arranged on the fixed main shaft through a bearing and is driven to rotate through an external power mechanism; the rotating cylinder is provided with a circumferential cylinder wall, and a plurality of strip holes are formed in the circumferential cylinder wall; each long strip hole is fixedly provided with one perforating rod; the eccentric shaft is provided with a plurality of lantern rings in a penetrating mode, and each lantern ring is fixedly connected with one end of one telescopic rod. The telescopic rod is driven to rotate by the rotation of the rotary cylinder and simultaneously moves along the central line of the through hole on the perforated rod, so that the telescopic rod can extend out and retract on the rotary cylinder, and discontinuous materials poured by a forklift can be uniformly distributed by shifting and driving the telescopic rod to move when passing through the chain plate conveyor.

the eccentric assembly comprises a fixed main shaft, an eccentric shaft and a connecting rod, one end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected to the fixed main shaft, the other end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected to the eccentric shaft, and the eccentric shaft is parallel to the fixed main shaft;
the rotating cylinder is mounted on the fixed main shaft through a bearing and is driven to rotate through an external power mechanism, and the center line of the rotating cylinder is collinear with the center line of the fixed main shaft;
the rotating cylinder is provided with a circumferential cylinder wall, and a plurality of strip holes are formed in the circumferential cylinder wall;
each long strip hole is fixedly provided with one perforation rod, and each perforation rod is provided with a plurality of through holes;
the eccentric shaft is rotatably provided with a plurality of lantern rings and penetrates through the lantern rings, one end of each telescopic rod is fixedly connected to each lantern ring, one end, far away from the lantern rings, of each telescopic rod extends into one through hole and can move along the longitudinal direction of the through hole, and therefore the telescopic rods extend out of or retract into the through holes when the rotary drum rotates.
Preferably, the number of the fixed main shafts is two, and both ends of the rotary cylinder are respectively mounted on the two fixed main shafts through bearings.
Preferably, the elongated holes are uniformly arranged circumferentially along the circumferential wall of the rotary drum.
Preferably, the rotating cylinder is further provided with two end covers, the circumferential cylinder wall comprises a plurality of arc-shaped walls, each end of each arc-shaped wall is connected to one end cover, and the long hole is formed between two adjacent arc-shaped walls.
Preferably, each of the arc-shaped walls is further provided with a support beam on an inner surface thereof, and each end of each support beam is connected to one of the end covers.
Preferably, each of the strip holes in the circumferential cylinder wall is arranged in a through manner.
Preferably, the elongated holes are uniformly arranged along the circumference of the circumferential cylinder wall.
Preferably, the through holes on each of said perforated rods are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the perforated rod.
Preferably, a longitudinal direction of each of the elongated holes coincides with an axial direction of the rotary cylinder.
In general, compared with the prior art, the above technical solution contemplated by the present invention can achieve the following beneficial effects: the telescopic rod is driven to rotate by the rotation of the rotary cylinder and simultaneously moves along the central line of the through hole on the perforated rod, so that the telescopic rod can extend out and retract on the rotary cylinder, garbage can be stirred to be dispersed and inserted with some garbage when extending out, the inserted garbage is driven to move together, and the garbage can fall to another position when retracting, so that discontinuous materials dumped by a forklift can be uniformly distributed when passing through a chain plate conveyor by stirring and driving the scraper to move, and stable working conditions are provided for a subsequent crusher.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, an even distribution device for sorting domestic garbage comprises an eccentric assembly 1, a rotary drum 5, a perforated rod 4, a telescopic rod 2 and a lantern ring 6, wherein:
the eccentric assembly 1 comprises a fixed main shaft 8, an eccentric shaft 9 and a connecting rod 10, one end of the connecting rod 10 is fixedly connected to the fixed main shaft 8, the other end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected to the eccentric shaft 9, the eccentric shaft 9 is parallel to the fixed main shaft 8, namely the eccentric shaft 9 is not collinear with the central line of the fixed main shaft 8, and a space exists between the eccentric shaft 9 and the fixed main shaft 8 (the eccentric shaft 9 is eccentrically arranged relative to the fixed main shaft 8); the eccentric assembly 1 of the present invention acts as a support unit, with the stationary main shaft 8, connecting rod 10 and eccentric shaft 9 all being stationary.
The rotating cylinder 5 is mounted on the fixed main shaft 8 through a bearing and is driven to rotate through an external power mechanism, and the central line of the rotating cylinder 5 is collinear with the central line of the fixed main shaft 8; preferably, a chain wheel concentric with the rotary drum 5 is arranged on the rotary drum 5, and an external power mechanism drives the rotary drum 5 to rotate through the chain and the chain wheel;
the rotating drum 5 has a circumferential drum wall 11, the circumferential drum wall 11 is provided with a plurality of elongated holes 13, the longitudinal direction of each elongated hole 13 is preferably consistent with the axial direction of the rotating drum 5, and the elongated holes 13 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential drum wall 11 of the rotating drum 5 in the circumferential direction; in addition, each of the elongated holes 13 in the circumferential cylinder wall 11 is disposed to be through long, so that the circumferential cylinder wall 11 of the rotary cylinder 5 is divided into a plurality of arc-shaped walls 12, the rotary cylinder 5 further has two end covers 3, each end of each arc-shaped wall 12 is connected to one end cover 3, and the elongated hole 13 is formed between two adjacent arc-shaped walls 12.
Each of the strip holes 13 is fixedly provided with one of the perforated rods 4, each of the perforated rods 4 is provided with a plurality of through holes, the through holes of each of the perforated rods 4 are longitudinally arranged along the perforated rod 4, and the telescopic rod 2 can freely extend and retract along the central line of the through hole in the through hole of the perforated rod 4 to extend or retract into the through hole of the telescopic rod 2.

Each perforated rod 4 can be provided with a plurality of through holes, so that the telescopic rod 2 can conveniently penetrate through the telescopic rod 2 of the perforated rod 4 to receive garbage together. In addition, the end of the telescopic rod 2 far away from the lantern ring 6 can be provided with a tip part so as to facilitate the garbage to be inserted on the telescopic rod 2 to move with the telescopic rod.
Further, the number of the fixed main shafts 8 is two, the number of the connecting rods 10 is also two, each connecting rod 10 is connected with one end of the eccentric shaft 9, and two ends of the rotary cylinder 5 are mounted on the two fixed main shafts 8 through bearings respectively.

the invention can be arranged above a chain plate of a chain plate conveyor, when discontinuous garbage dumped by a forklift is conveyed on the chain plate conveyor, a power mechanism arranged outside drives a rotary cylinder 5 to rotate around the central line of the rotary cylinder 5 (also the central line of a fixed main shaft 8), because an eccentric component 1 is fixed, a circumferential cylinder wall 11 of the rotary cylinder 5 drives a perforated rod 4 to rotate around the central line of the rotary cylinder 5 in rotation, the rotation of the perforated rod 4 drives a telescopic rod 2 inserted therein to rotate around the central line of an eccentric shaft 9, when the telescopic rod 2 rotates around the central line of the eccentric shaft 9, because the central line of the telescopic rod 2 and the central line of the rotary cylinder 5 (or the central line of the fixed main shaft 8) have a certain distance (eccentricity), one end of the telescopic rod 2 extends outwards at a certain position and extends out of the through hole and the rotary cylinder 5, the garbage on the chain plate conveyor below the invention is stirred upwards, after the rotating cylinder 5 rotates for a certain angle, the telescopic rod 2 retracts inwards and retracts into the through hole again, and the garbage can fall back to the empty position of the chain plate conveyor, so that the garbage can be uniformly distributed.
