The inner pot 111 is generally made of a metal material and has a circular opening on an upper surface, and the inner pot 111 may be configured as a body of revolution formed by a pot wall having an upper opening and an inner cavity. The capacity of the inner pot 111 is usually below 6L, for example, the capacity of the inner pot 111 may be 2L or 4L.
The cover body 120 includes a detachable cover 121 and an upper cover, and the detachable cover 121 is detachably coupled to the upper cover. The cover 120 may be pivotally connected to the pot body 110 by a pivot shaft for covering the pot body 110, and when the cover 120 is covered to the pot body 110, a cooking space is formed between the removable cover 121 and the inner pot 111. The cooking appliance 100 may further have a temperature sensing device (not shown).
In addition, the cooking appliance 100 may include a control device for implementing cooking control of the cooking appliance 100. For example, the Control device may be a Micro Control Unit (MCU). The cooking appliance 100 may further include a heating device (not shown) for heating the inner pan 111, the heating device being electrically connected with the control device. The temperature sensing device is connected to the control device of the cooking appliance 100 to feed back the sensed temperature signal to the control device after sensing the temperature of the inner pan 111, so that the control device can achieve more precise control of the cooking process based on the temperature signal.
The cooking appliance 100 in the present embodiment is a vacuum cooking appliance. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, an air pump 131 is provided in the cover 120 of the cooking appliance 100, an air inlet 132 of the air pump 131 passes through the detachable cover 121 to communicate with the cooking space, and an exhaust pipe 134 is connected to the air pump 131. While the cooking function is performed, the air pump 131 can pump air in the cooking space and discharge it to the outside through the exhaust pipe 134. In addition, a solenoid valve 133 is further provided at the air inlet 132 of the air pump 131, the solenoid valve 133 is electrically connected to the control means, and when it is detected that the pressure value in the cooking space reaches a predetermined value, the operation of the air pump 131 is stopped and the solenoid valve 133 is energized to seal the cooking space so as to perform a cooking function.
Further, a vent hole 122 communicating with the cooking space is further provided on the detachable cover 121, and the vent hole 122 may communicate the cooking space with the outside to reduce a pressure difference between the cooking space and the outside after the cooking function is completed, thereby facilitating the user to open the cover.
In addition, a first magnetic device and a sealing assembly are disposed in the cover 120. Wherein the first magnetic means is electrically connected to the control means and the sealing assembly comprises a second magnetic means and a seal 143 connected to the second magnetic means. The seal 143 may be used to seal or vent the vent hole 122. When the cooking appliance 100 performs a cooking function, the first magnetic device applies a first acting force to the second magnetic device under the control of the control device, so that the second magnetic device and the sealing member 143 move towards the sealing position for sealing the vent hole 122, so that the sealing member 143 seals the vent hole 122, and further the cooking space maintains a sealing state, so as to perform the cooking function. After the cooking function is finished, the first magnetic device applies a second acting force opposite to the first acting force to the second magnetic device under the control of the control device, so that the second magnetic device and the sealing member 143 move towards the conducting position far away from the vent hole 122, the cooking space is communicated with the outside, and the cover opening is further facilitated.
According to the cooking utensil 100 of the present invention, the first magnetic device applies different acting forces to the second magnetic device, and the vent hole 122 can be reliably sealed or conducted, so that the cooking space can be sealed when the cooking function is performed, and the cooking space can be conducted after the cooking function is completed, thereby ensuring the cooking effect, avoiding the situation that the lid cannot be opened due to pressure difference, and improving the user experience.

Wherein the sealing member 143 is provided at an end of the magnetic rod 142. The longitudinal direction of the magnetic rod 142 is substantially parallel to the axial direction of the vent hole 122 (i.e., the height direction of the cooking appliance). The magnetic rod 142 is moved substantially in the axial direction of the vent hole 122 by the driving of the energizing coil 141.
The second magnetic means is preferably made of a high temperature resistant magnet due to the high temperature in the cooking space. The number of turns and the number of wires of the energizing coil 141 may be set appropriately according to the strength, direction, etc. of the magnetic field to be generated, for example, the number of turns of the wires of the energizing coil 141 may be set to 100 to 1000 turns. Further, it is preferable that the length of the energized coil 141 in the length direction of the magnetic rod 142 is 12 to 16 mm. The magnetic rod 142 may partially protrude into the energized coil 141 as required, for example, the distance of the magnetic rod 142 protruding into the energized coil 141 is 1 to 20 mm. Preferably, the magnetic rod 142 extends to a midpoint of the electrified coil 141 in a length direction of the magnetic rod 142, for example, when the length of the electrified coil 141 in the length direction of the magnetic rod 142 is 14mm, the length of the magnetic rod 142 protruding into the electrified coil 141 is 7 mm. It will be appreciated that the thickness of the magnetic rod 142 is set to match the inner diameter of the energized coil 141 so that the magnetic rod 142 maximizes the use of the magnetic field generated by the energized coil 141.
Further, the sealing assembly further comprises an elastic member 144, the elastic member 144 is connected to the sealing member 143, and the sealing member 143 can move away from the vent hole 122 under the elastic force of the elastic member 144. When the cooking appliance 100 is in the non-operating state, the sealing member 143 is separated from the vent hole 122 by the elastic member 144 to conduct the vent hole 122.
