a. pushing the push rod 8 to the front end of the guide groove (the front end is the end closest to the tool bit 2), so that the distance between the V-shaped bracket 1 and the tool bit 2 is set, closing the locking mechanism 6, locking the position of the elastic connecting rod 7, and enabling the V-shaped bracket 1 to be in a non-retractable state;
b. then, a switch of the temperature control table is turned on, the heating component 10 is controlled to heat, and the cutter head 2 is heated;
c. after the temperature of the cutter head 2 is raised to a set value, a wire to be stripped passes through the hexagonal mounting frame of the V-shaped bracket 1 and is tightly attached to two side plates of a V-shaped support of the V-shaped bracket 1, and the axis of the wire is parallel to the length direction of the V-shaped bracket 1;
d. after the stripping starting position is aligned with the tool bit 2, the locking mechanism 6 is opened, the tool bit 2 and the V-shaped support of the V-shaped bracket 1 are tightly attached to two sides of the wire, the hot stripping tool is moved along the axial direction of the wire, the tool bit 2 is enabled to cut the outer layer insulating sheath of the wire along the axial direction of the wire until the stripping ending position is reached, and axial cutting is completed;
e. and finally, repeating the step a to enable the distance between the V-shaped bracket 1 and the tool bit 2 to be set, and taking out the lead.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, when radial circular cutting is performed:
a. pushing the push rod 8 to the front end of the guide groove (the front end is the end closest to the tool bit 2), so that the distance between the V-shaped bracket 1 and the tool bit 2 is set, closing the locking mechanism 6, locking the position of the elastic connecting rod 7, and enabling the V-shaped bracket 1 to be in a non-retractable state;
b. then, a switch of the temperature control table is turned on, the heating component 10 is controlled to heat, and the cutter head 2 is heated;
c. after the temperature of the cutter head 2 rises to a set value, a wire is placed in the arc-shaped groove of the V-shaped bracket 1, and the axis of the wire is vertical to the length direction of the V-shaped bracket 1;
d. after the stripping ending position of the axial cutting of the lead is aligned with the cutter head 2, the locking mechanism 6 is opened to enable the concave blade of the cutter head 2 to be in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the lead; rotating the hot peeling tool for a circle around the axis of the lead, so that the tool bit 2 cuts the outer insulating sheath of the lead along the circumferential direction of the lead to complete radial circular cutting;
e. and finally, repeating the step a to enable the distance between the V-shaped bracket 1 and the tool bit 2 to be set, and taking out the lead.

Claims (7)

1. A V-shaped bracket type elastic clamp hot peeling tool is characterized by comprising: the device comprises a V-shaped bracket (1), a tool bit (2), a sleeve (3), a tool handle (5), an elastic connecting rod (7), a power line (9), a heating component (10), a spring (11) and a temperature control table;
the V-shaped bracket (1) comprises a connecting rod, a polygonal mounting rack and a V-shaped bracket; the V-shaped bracket is of a strip structure with a V-shaped cross section, arc-shaped grooves are formed in two side plates of the V-shaped bracket, and the two arc-shaped grooves are opposite; the tip end of the V-shaped support is connected with one end of the polygonal mounting rack, and the opening end of the V-shaped support is positioned in the polygonal mounting rack; the opposite end of the connecting end of the polygonal mounting frame and the V-shaped bracket is connected with one end of a connecting rod, and the other end of the connecting rod is used for being connected with an elastic connecting rod (7); the connecting rod is positioned outside the polygonal mounting rack;
the cutting edge of the cutter head (2) is processed into an S shape; a heating pipe is fixed on the opposite side of the cutting edge of the cutter head (2);
a mounting groove A for passing a power cord, a mounting groove B for passing an elastic connecting rod (7) and a rectangular groove for mounting a spring are processed in the cutter handle (5);
a limiting table is processed at the end part of the elastic connecting rod (7);
the overall connection relationship is as follows: the end of the limiting table of the elastic connecting rod (7) is arranged in the rectangular groove of the cutter handle (5), and the other end of the elastic connecting rod is fixedly connected with the connecting rod of the V-shaped bracket (1) in a butt joint mode after sequentially penetrating through the end face of the rectangular groove and the end part of the cutter handle (5);
the spring (11) is positioned in the rectangular groove of the cutter handle (5), the spring (11) is arranged outside the elastic connecting rod (7), one end of the spring is abutted against the end surface of the rectangular groove, and the other end of the spring is abutted against the limiting table of the elastic connecting rod (7);
one end of the sleeve (3) is fixed at the end part of the cutter handle (5) and is communicated with the mounting groove A in the cutter handle (5); the heating pipe of the cutter head (2) is coaxially arranged in the sleeve (3), and the heating pipe and the sleeve are in interference fit; the concave cutting edge of the cutter head (2) is opposite to the arc-shaped groove of the V-shaped bracket (1);
the heating component (10) is arranged in a heating pipe of the cutter head (2); the heating component (10) is electrically connected with the temperature control table through a power line (9), and the temperature control table is used for controlling the heating component (10) to heat the tool bit (2); wherein, the power cord (9) is positioned in the mounting groove A of the cutter handle (5), one end of the power cord penetrates through one end of the cutter handle (5) and then is connected with the heating component (10), and the other end of the power cord penetrates through the other end of the cutter handle (5) and then is connected with the temperature control table;
the power line (9) comprises a power supply wire and a signal wire;
the heating component (10) comprises a ceramic heating core and a temperature control induction cable; the temperature control induction cable changes the current of the temperature control induction cable according to the temperature of the ceramic heating core;
an adjustable reference voltage circuit, a temperature control circuit and a control chip are arranged in the temperature control table; the ceramic heating core of the heating component (10) is connected with the adjustable reference voltage circuit through the power supply wire of the power cord (9); the temperature control induction cable of the heating component (10) is connected with the temperature control circuit through a signal wire of the power wire (9); the temperature control circuit sends a current signal of the temperature control induction cable to the control chip; the control chip calculates the temperature of the ceramic heating core according to the received current signal of the temperature control induction cable, judges whether the temperature of the ceramic heating core is in a set range, if so, the heating power provided for the ceramic heating core is not required to be adjusted through the adjustable reference voltage circuit, and if not, the heating power provided for the ceramic heating core is adjusted through the adjustable reference voltage circuit to enable the heating power to be in line with the set range; the adjustable reference voltage circuit is provided with a switch for controlling whether to provide heating power for the ceramic heating core of the heating component (10).
2. The V-shaped bracket type elastic clamp hot peeling tool as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a push rod (8) and a locking mechanism (6);
a guide groove matched with the push rod (8) is formed in the surface of the cutter handle (5);
the push rod (8) is fixed on the elastic connecting rod (7), and the push rod (8) is in sliding fit with the guide groove of the cutter handle (5);
the locking mechanism (6) is arranged in the cutter handle (5) and used for locking the position of the elastic connecting rod (7); when the locking mechanism (6) is opened, under the action of the spring (11) in a compressed state, the elastic connecting rod (7) moves towards the direction of the spring (11) along the length direction of the elastic connecting rod, so that the tool bit (2) and the V-shaped bracket (1) are tightly attached to two sides of a wire to be stripped, and a set clamping force is provided between the tool bit (2) and the V-shaped bracket (1); meanwhile, the push rod (8) can be pushed to drive the elastic connecting rod (7) to move along the length direction of the elastic connecting rod, when the elastic connecting rod (7) moves to enable the cutter head (2) and the V-shaped bracket (1) to be separated by a set distance, the locking mechanism (6) is closed, and the position of the elastic connecting rod (7) is locked.
3. The V-shaped bracket type elastic clamp hot peeling tool as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polygonal mounting frame of the V-shaped bracket (1) is a quadrangular, hexagonal or octagonal mounting frame.
4. The V-shaped bracket type elastic clamp hot peeling tool as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the sleeve (3) is fixedly connected with the tool handle (5) through a connecting piece (4);
the connecting piece (4) comprises an inner cylinder made of stainless steel material and an outer cylinder made of high-temperature-resistant plastic; the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are coaxially fixed, an internal thread is processed on the inner cylinder, and an anti-skid groove is processed on the outer circumferential surface of the outer cylinder;
a connecting cylinder communicated with the mounting groove A is processed at the end part of the cutter handle (5); the connecting cylinder is provided with an external thread;
an external thread is processed at one end of the sleeve (3);
the internal threads at the two ends of the connecting piece (4) are respectively connected with the external threads of the sleeve (3) and the external threads of the connecting cylinder of the cutter handle (5).
