Abstract
The invention provides a supply chain management system applied to the intelligent retail industry, which comprises inventory management equipment, purchase management equipment and financial management equipment, wherein the inventory management equipment comprises: the inventory management equipment sends purchase information to the purchase management equipment after receiving the inventory information of the out-of-stock; the purchasing management equipment sends payment information to the financial management equipment according to the content of the purchasing information after receiving the purchasing information sent by the inventory management equipment; and the financial management equipment performs payment according to the payment information after receiving the payment information sent by the purchase management equipment.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of intelligent retail equipment, in particular to a supply chain management method and system applied to the intelligent retail industry.
Background
With the development of science and technology, intelligent retail equipment is widely used, and many enterprises want to combine sales conditions of the intelligent retail equipment with inventory management and financial information to form a management supply chain, so that the work efficiency is improved. Although the prior art has mature sales management software, inventory management software and financial management software, the sales management software, the inventory management software and the financial management software are generally owned by the same job and are difficult to be compatible with each other. And (3) carrying out personalized design by enterprises, but the design and development cost is too high, and the small and medium-sized enterprises are generally incapable of bearing the design and development cost. Therefore, it is an urgent need to design a supply chain management system with low design cost and high work efficiency.

In view of the above, the present invention provides a supply chain management system applied in the intelligent retail industry, the system including an inventory management device, a purchase management device and a financial management device, wherein: the inventory management equipment sends purchase information to the purchase management equipment after receiving the inventory information of the out-of-stock; the purchasing management equipment sends payment information to the financial management equipment according to the content of the purchasing information after receiving the purchasing information sent by the inventory management equipment; and the financial management equipment performs payment according to the payment information after receiving the payment information sent by the purchase management equipment.
Further, the purchasing information comprises the name and the quantity of the product to be purchased; the system also comprises logistics management equipment which sends the freight information according to the preset information.
Further, the purchasing information comprises names and the number of the accessories needing to be purchased; the system further comprises a production management device and a logistics management device, wherein: the production management equipment sends production information for production work after the financial management equipment pays, and sends completion information to the logistics management equipment after the production work is completed; and the logistics management equipment sends the freight information after receiving the completion information sent by the production management equipment.
Furthermore, the system is connected with a plurality of management terminals and receives stock information of the out-of-stock sent by the management terminals; the management terminal comprises intelligent retail equipment and a warehouse.
Further, the shipment information includes a name, a quantity, and a destination of the goods; wherein the destination comprises an intelligent retail device and a warehouse, and the goods name is a product name or an accessory name.
The invention also provides a supply chain management method applied to the intelligent retail industry, which comprises the following steps: step A, after receiving stock information of the out-of-stock, sending purchasing information; step B, after the purchase information is received, payment information is sent according to the content of the purchase information; and step C, after the payment information is received, payment is carried out according to the payment information.
Further, the purchasing information comprises the name and the quantity of the product to be purchased; the method also comprises a step D of sending the freight information according to the preset information.
Further, the purchase information comprises names and numbers of accessories to be purchased; the method further comprises the following steps: step E, after the financial management equipment pays, sending production information for production work, and after the production work is finished, sending finished information; and F, after receiving the completion information, sending the shipping information.
Furthermore, the system is connected with a plurality of management terminals and receives stock information of the out-of-stock sent by the management terminals; the management terminal comprises intelligent retail equipment and a warehouse.

The technical scheme provided by the invention can effectively combine inventory management, purchase management, financial management, logistics management and production management, so that the working efficiency is higher, the intelligent retail equipment can be compatible, the development difficulty is low, and the cost is low.

Example one
The application provides a supply chain management system applied to the intelligent retail industry, and the system comprises an inventory management device, a purchase management device, a financial management device and a logistics management device, as shown in figure 1. The application also provides a supply chain management method applied to the intelligent retail industry, and the method is applied to the supply chain management system, and the specific flow is shown in fig. 2.
Step 101, after receiving stock information of out-of-stock, stock management equipment sends purchase information;
in general, an inventory management device in a supply chain management system is connected to a plurality of management terminals through a network, wherein the management terminals include various intelligent retail devices, warehouses and other position spaces for placing goods. When the intelligent retail equipment or the warehouse is out of stock, stock information of the out-of-stock is sent to the stock management equipment. After the inventory management device receives the inventory information of large backorders, the inventory management device sends purchase information to the purchase management device, wherein the purchase information contains names and the number of goods to be purchased.

The application also provides a supply chain management method applied to the intelligent retail industry, and the method is applied to the supply chain management system, and the specific flow is shown in fig. 4.

1. A supply chain management system for use in the smart retail industry, the system comprising an inventory management device, a procurement management device and a financial management device, wherein:
the inventory management equipment sends purchase information to the purchase management equipment after receiving the inventory information of the out-of-stock;
the purchasing management equipment sends payment information to the financial management equipment according to the content of the purchasing information after receiving the purchasing information sent by the inventory management equipment;
and the financial management equipment performs payment according to the payment information after receiving the payment information sent by the purchase management equipment.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the procurement information includes a name and quantity of the product to be procured;
the system also comprises logistics management equipment which sends the freight information according to the preset information.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the procurement information includes the name and quantity of the part to be procured;
the system further comprises a production management device and a logistics management device, wherein:
the production management equipment sends production information for production work after the financial management equipment pays, and sends completion information to the logistics management equipment after the production work is completed;
and the logistics management equipment sends the freight information after receiving the completion information sent by the production management equipment.
4. The system according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the system is connected with a plurality of management terminals and receives stock information of out-of-stock sent by the management terminals; the management terminal comprises intelligent retail equipment and a warehouse.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the shipping information includes a cargo name, quantity, and destination; wherein the destination comprises an intelligent retail device and a warehouse, and the goods name is a product name or an accessory name.
6. A supply chain management method for use in the smart retail industry, the method comprising:
step A, after receiving stock information of the out-of-stock, sending purchasing information;
step B, after the purchase information is received, payment information is sent according to the content of the purchase information;
and step C, after the payment information is received, payment is carried out according to the payment information.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the procurement information includes a name and quantity of the product to be procured;
the method also comprises a step D of sending the freight information according to the preset information.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the procurement information includes the name and quantity of the part to be procured;
the method further comprises the following steps:
step E, after the financial management equipment pays, sending production information for production work, and after the production work is finished, sending finished information;
and F, after receiving the completion information, sending the shipping information.
