A fourth embodiment of the present invention relates to a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program. The computer program realizes the above-described method embodiments when executed by a processor.
That is, as can be understood by those skilled in the art, all or part of the steps in the method for implementing the embodiments described above may be implemented by a program instructing related hardware, where the program is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions to enable a device (which may be a single chip, a chip, or the like) or a processor (processor) to execute all or part of the steps of the method described in the embodiments of the present application. Claims (10)

1. A method for managing a teleconference, comprising:
receiving conference setting of the teleconference, wherein the conference setting comprises a participant list;
acquiring an instant face image shot by a terminal, and judging whether the instant face image is matched with face data of each participant in the participant list;
and after the instant face image is successfully matched with the face data of any participant in the participant list, adding the terminal into the teleconference.
2. The method for managing a teleconference according to claim 1, further comprising, after receiving the conference setting of the teleconference:
judging whether each participant in the participant list is online or not;
sending a meeting reminder to the online participants;
and after the confirmation information responding to the conference prompt is acquired, executing the instant face image shot by the acquisition terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the meeting settings further include phone numbers of participants in the participant list, and wherein after receiving the meeting settings for the teleconference, the method further comprises:
judging whether each participant in the participant list is online or not;
sending notification information to the telephone numbers of the offline participants;
after the confirmation information responding to the notification information is acquired, executing the instant face image shot by the acquisition terminal, and judging whether the instant face image is matched with the face data of each participant in the participant list or not;
after the instant face image is successfully matched with the face data of any participant in the participant list, the method further comprises the following steps:
allowing the terminal to log in the teleconference management system;
and if the remote conference in the remote conference management system is in progress, adding the terminal into the remote conference.
4. The method for managing teleconference according to claim 1, wherein the conference setting further includes a conference type, and after receiving the conference setting of the teleconference, the method further includes:
judging whether the remote conference is a private conference or not;
when the remote conference is a private conference, executing the instant face image shot by the acquisition terminal;
and when the remote conference is a non-private conference, jumping to the remote conference added with the terminal.
5. The method for managing a teleconference according to claim 1, wherein before the receiving the conference setting of the teleconference, the method further comprises:
receiving employee information sent by an administrator account, wherein the employee information comprises face data of a plurality of employees, and the plurality of employees comprise all participants in the participant list;
after receiving an APP opening signal which is sent by a terminal and used for participating in a teleconference, acquiring an instant face image shot by the terminal;
and if the instant face image shot by the terminal is successfully matched with the face data of any one of the employees, allowing the terminal to log in a teleconference management system.
6. The management method of the teleconference according to claim 5, wherein the employee information further includes telephone numbers of the employees, and if the matching between the instant face image taken by the terminal and any one of the face data of the employees fails, the telephone number sent by the terminal is acquired, and whether the telephone number is the telephone number of any one of the employees is judged;
if so, sending a verification code to the terminal, and allowing the terminal to log in a teleconference management system after the terminal passes the verification of the verification code;
and if not, sending login failure information to the terminal.
7. The method for managing teleconference according to any one of claims 5 and 6, wherein the conference setting further includes conference profile information, and after the allowing the terminal to log in to the teleconference management system, the method further includes:
and sending the conference brief introduction information to the terminal for displaying.
8. The method for managing a teleconference according to claim 1, wherein the conference setting further includes a conference period, and after receiving the conference setting of the teleconference, the method further includes:
transmitting available meeting room information within the meeting time period;
inactive meeting room information selected from the available meeting room information is received.
9. A server, comprising:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform a method of managing a teleconference as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the method of managing a teleconference according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
