a third connecting rod is fixedly arranged at the inner end of the power chain, a center block is fixedly arranged between the third connecting rods, a first gear is rotatably arranged on the center block, a fourth connecting rod is fixedly arranged on the upper end surface of the first gear, a material conveying block is fixedly arranged on the upper end surface of the fourth connecting rod, a material conveying groove is arranged in the material conveying block, a fifth connecting rod is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the center block, a balancing weight is fixedly arranged on the lower section of the fifth connecting rod, an intermediate block is fixedly arranged at the lower side of the working cavity, a rack which can be meshed with the first gear is arranged on the front end surface of the intermediate block, a material taking plate is fixedly arranged on the left end wall of the working cavity at the rear side of the material placing plate, a curve chute is arranged in the material taking plate, a curve sliding block is slidably arranged in the curve chute, a shifting block is fixedly arranged on the front end surface of the curve slider, and a push rod capable of sliding in the curve sliding block is fixedly arranged on the first rotating shaft.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the device disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the structure is simple, the operation is simple and convenient, the traditional Chinese medicine can be quickly dried by the device, the moisture in the traditional Chinese medicine is taken out by the device through twice airflow drying, the storage and the transportation are convenient, the device is tightly matched with all parts of the device, the integration degree is higher, the automation degree of the device is higher, and the working efficiency is higher.

The working state is as follows:
putting the medicinal materials to be dried into the material placing cavity 12, turning on the motor 27 and the heater 35, the motor 27 rotates to drive the fifth rotating shaft 47 to rotate, the fifth rotating shaft 47 rotates to drive the fifth gear 44 to rotate, the fifth gear 44 rotates to drive the second chain 43 to rotate, the second chain 43 rotates to drive the fourth gear 59 to rotate, the fourth gear 59 rotates to drive the second rotating shaft 15 to rotate, the second rotating shaft 15 rotates to drive the material conveying wheel 14 to rotate, the material conveying wheel 14 rotates to drive the material conveying belt 17 to rotate, the material conveying belt 17 rotates to convey the medicinal materials onto the material placing plate 20, the motor 27 turns on to drive the fourth rotating shaft 48 to rotate, the counterweight cam 36 rotates at the moment, the counterweight cam 36 rotates to drive the material placing plate 20 to vibrate, the medicinal materials on the material placing plate 20 scatter and vibrate along with the material placing plate 20 at the moment and move forwards, the heater 35 is opened to release hot air to dry the medicinal materials through the air holes 21, the medicinal materials fall into the material conveying groove 29 when moving to the right end of the material discharging plate 20, the second gear 49 rotates to drive the third gear 58 to rotate through the first chain 50, the third gear 58 rotates to drive the sector gear 52 to rotate through the sixth rotating shaft 57, the sector gear 52 rotates to drive the material conveying block 28 to slowly move through the power chain 53, when the first gear 31 moves to be meshed with the rack 37, the rack 37 rotates the first gear 31 to change the direction of the material conveying block 28, when the material conveying block 28 moves to the lower side of the material taking plate 60, the sixth gear 45 rotates to drive the seventh gear 65 to rotate through the third chain 46, and the seventh gear 65 rotates to drive the first rotating shaft 66 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 66 rotates to drive the curved sliding block 62 to slide in the curved sliding groove 61 through the pushing rod 67, and the material conveying block 28 slides along the curved sliding groove 61, so that the toggle plate 64 can throw the medicinal materials in the material conveying groove 29 to the rear side of the material discharging plate 20 again, and the medicinal materials are dried again and conveyed out through the material conveying belt 17 on the right side.
