本发明是一种主被动结合的新型光伏幕墙发电***,改变以往单一建筑技术的做法,本发明装置,通过空气对流与智能控制挡风板在适宜于不同季候的空气流动模式,通过自然风的对流,降低太阳能光伏组件表面温度,提高光伏抗PID性能,降低构件成本以及建筑对外界能源输入需求,达成净零能耗目标,实现绿色建筑。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及绿色建筑太阳能光伏幕墙领域,具体而言,是一种主被动结合的新型光伏幕墙发电***。
背景技术
随着全球气候的变暖,世界各国对建筑节能的关注程度正日益增加。人们越来越认识到,建筑使用能源所产生的CO2是造成气候变暖的主要来源,节能建筑成为建筑发展的必然趋势。在2012年财政部和住建部共同发布的《关于加快推动我国绿色建筑发展的实施意见》里指出力争到2020年,绿色建筑占新建建筑比重超过30%。
采用太阳能光伏建筑一体化设计的太阳能建筑已经成为我国绿色建筑发展的主流方向。光伏组件可以有效的利用围护结构表面,如屋顶或者墙面,无需额外用地或增建其设施,适用于人口密集的地区使用。
随着在建筑行业大规模的光伏***的应用,PID(电位诱发衰减)成为了行业极受关注的问题。受PID影响的太阳能电池会损失80%或更多的功率,而高温度是导致PID现象的最主要因素之一。
基于此,本发明设计了一种主被动结合的新型光伏幕墙发电***。
发明内容
为了改变以往研究单一建筑技术的做法,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种主被动结合的新型光伏幕墙发电***,通过空气对流与挡风板控制不同季候的空气流动模式,通过自然风的对流,降低太阳能光伏组件表面温度,提高光伏抗PID性能,降低构件成本以及建筑对外界能源输入需求,达成净零能耗目标。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种主被动结合的新型光伏幕墙发电***,该***包括光伏组件、室外侧面竖向带孔铝板、竖向连接件、墙体、防水板、连接件、龙骨、室内挡风板、室外挡风板组成的循环风腔体与智能控制开关。
光伏组件和室外侧面竖向带孔铝板是由竖向连接件、下横向连接件固定、竖向龙骨a固定。
室外进风口和室外出风口是由智能控制开关控制调节,竖向龙骨b、竖向龙骨a、上横向连接件、下横向连接件固定。
室内进风口处的室内进风挡板是有智能控制开关控制调节。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是光伏建筑一体化,集光伏发电、增加室内新风量,同时提高光伏抗PID性能,提升光伏组件发电效率。
本发明由自然风进入风腔,形成对流,实现自然通风,通过建筑智能控制开关调节室内挡风板室外挡风板的状态,根据不同季节气候变化,变换循环风对流模式,自然增加室内新风量,降低建筑对外界能源输入需求,达成净零能耗,实现绿色建筑。
本发明结构紧凑,降低构件成本,占用建筑室内面积极少,不但具有***护结构功能,增强建筑外观设计效果,且达到与建筑的完美结合。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
本发明装置结构组成如图1,具体实施方式如下:
1.在高辐照的夏季昼间时,由智能控制开关(6)控制室内挡风板(5)下推,室外挡风板(11)上拉,室内进风口(17)处于关闭状态,室外出风口(14)处于开启状态,室外空气通过进风口(15)经室外侧面竖向带孔铝板(2)进入循环风腔体,带走被光伏组件(1)发热时加热的空气,光伏组件(1)的热量被带走,温度降低,将提升光伏组件发电效率,提高光伏抗PID性能,在热压的作用下,热空气上升,通过室外出风口(14)排出腔体,腔体下方形成负压,促进室外冷空气进入腔体;夜间时,在昼夜温差大的区域,室内挡风板(5)上拉,室内进风口(17)处于开启状态,室外冷空气进入室内调节温度,减少建筑对外界能源输入需求;
2.在冬季时,由智能控制开关(6)控制室内挡风板(5)上拉,室外挡风板(11)下推,室内进风口(17)处于开启状态,室外出风口(14)处于关闭状态,室外冷空气经光伏组件(1)的热空气预热后经过室内进风口(17)进入室内,室内温度升高,光伏组件(1)的热量被带走,温度降低,将提升光伏组件发电效率,提高光伏抗PID性能,同时增加室内新风量。

Claims (3)

1.一种主被动结合的新型光伏幕墙发电***,其特征在于:光伏组件(1)依赖于上横向连接件(8)和下横向连接件(4)与楼板(13)、楼板(18)连接,室外侧面竖向带孔铝板(2)、竖向连接件(3)、墙体(10)、防水板(12)、光伏组件(1)、室内挡风板(5)、室外挡风板(11)组成的循环风腔体,还包括智能控制开关(6)、预埋件(7)、竖向龙骨a(9)和固定光伏组件(1)的竖向龙骨b(16),室内挡风板(5)和室外挡风板(11)在智能控制开关(6)的单独控制或者接入智能楼宇控制***的控制下进行统一控制,调节不同季节的自然通风方式,自然风从进风口(15)进入,由智能控制开关对室内挡风板(5)和室外挡风(11)进行开启或关闭控制,以提高光伏组件抗PID性能以及建筑对外界能源输入需求。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种主被动结合的新型光伏幕墙发电***,其特征在于:在高辐照的夏季昼间时,由智能控制开关(6)控制室内挡风板(5)下推,室外挡风板(11)上拉,室内进风口(17)处于关闭状态,室外出风口(14)处于开启状态,室外空气通过进风口(15)经室外侧面竖向带孔铝板(2)进入循环风腔体,带走被光伏组件(1)发热时加热的空气,光伏组件(1)的热量被带走,表面温度降低,将提升光伏组件发电效率,提高光伏抗PID性能,在热压的作用下,热空气上升,通过室外出风口(14)排出腔体,腔体下方形成负压,促进室外冷空气进入腔体;夜间时,在昼夜温差大的区域,室内挡风板(5)上拉,室内进风口(17)处于开启状态,室外冷空气进入室内调节温度,减少建筑对外界能源输入需求。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种主被动结合的新型光伏幕墙发电***,其特征在于:在冬季时,由智能控制开关(6)控制室内挡风板(5)上拉,室外挡风板(11)下推,室内进风口(17)处于开启状态,室外出风口(14)处于关闭状态,室外冷空气经光伏组件(1)的热空气预热后经过室内进风口(17)进入室内,室内温度升高,光伏组件(1)的热量被带走,表面温度降低,将提升光伏组件发电效率,提高光伏抗PID性能,同时增加室内新风量。
