The water supply and drainage device 300, the steam generation device 400, and the hot wind generation and circulation device 500 are installed in the equipment installation chamber 104, in which an electrical box 105 having a control circuit board is installed. The front side of the bottom surface of the clothes care liner 103 is provided with a gas-liquid collecting port 113 and an atomizer mounting hole 143. The rear side of the bottom surface is an inclined plane, and the rear side of the inclined plane is higher than the front side. The inclined surface is provided with a hot air outlet 123 and a steam outlet 133. A grille cover 120 is arranged on the hot air outlet; a steam nozzle 130 is installed on the steam outlet 133; the ultrasonic fragrance atomizer 140 is installed on the atomizer installation hole 143.
Furthermore, a moisture exhaust device 90, a fluorescent lighting ceiling lamp 91 and an ozone and ultraviolet double-tube lamp 92 are also arranged on the top surface of the clothes care liner 103. The ozone ultraviolet double-tube lamp 92 can be turned on for disinfection and sterilization in the later nursing period, and the ultrasonic aromatherapy atomizer 93 can be turned on to apply fragrant atomized steam to the clothes nursing room, so that the clothes are fragrant.
As shown in fig. 4, the water supply and discharge device 300 includes a tank frame 301 opened at the front, a water adding tank 302, a water discharge tank 303, and an automatic water guide structure 304. A partition 3011 is provided in the tank frame 301 to divide the tank frame into a first cavity 3012 and a second cavity 3013 for respectively accommodating the water adding tank and the water discharging tank. The upper and lower inner walls of the first cavity 3012 are respectively provided with a first guide rail 3121, and the upper and lower inner walls of the second cavity 3013 are respectively provided with a second guide rail 3131; a first guide rail groove 3201 matched with the first guide rail 3121 is arranged on the top surface of the water adding tank 302, and a second guide rail groove 301 matched with the second guide rail 131 is arranged on the top surface of the water discharging tank 3. An illumination lamp 307 is also mounted on the frame 301.
As shown in fig. 5, the water filling tank 302 includes a first tank 3021, a first water level detecting mechanism 3022 and a water outlet valve 3023, which are installed in the first tank, wherein the upper and lower portions of the first tank 3021 are respectively provided with a water filling port 3211 and a liquid outlet, and the water outlet valve 3023 is installed on the liquid outlet and is located below the horizontal line where the bottom edge of the first water level detecting mechanism 3022 is located. The drainage tank 303 includes a second tank 3031 and a second water level detection mechanism 3032 installed in the second tank, and a drainage port 3311 and a water return port 3312 are respectively provided at the upper part of the second tank 3031. A water filling port 3211 and a water discharging port 3311 are respectively connected with a first movable buckle cover 3024 and a second movable buckle cover 3033; a water return connecting hole 3014 and a water outlet connecting hole 3015 are arranged on the back plate of the water tank frame 301, the water return connecting hole 3014 and the water outlet connecting hole 3015 correspond to the water return port and the liquid outlet of the water tank 302 and the water adding tank 303 respectively, an ejector rod 3016 for opening the water outlet valve is arranged in the water outlet connecting hole 3014, and a water return joint 3017 and a water outlet joint 3018 are arranged on the water return connecting hole 3014 and the water outlet connecting hole 3015 of the water tank frame respectively. A water return sealing ring 3171 and a water outlet sealing ring 3181 are respectively arranged between the water return joint 3017 and the water outlet joint 3018 and the water tank frame.
Specifically, the first box 3021 and the second box 3031 have the same structure and each include a rear box 3061 with an opening on the front side, a sealing cover 3062 and a decorative front cover 3063, the sealing cover 3062 is matched with the opening of the rear box 3061 in size and is fixedly connected to the rear box 3061 through a screw 3620, a sealing ring 3064 is arranged between the sealing cover 3062 and the rear box 3061, and the decorative front cover 3063 is fastened to the rear box 3061. The sealing cover 3062 is provided with a concave handle cavity 3621, the decorative front cover 3063 is provided with a concave handle cavity 3631, and the handle cavity 3631 corresponds to the handle cavity 3621. A handle 3065 is pivotally mounted within the handle cavity 3631 of the decorative bezel 3063. The sealing cover 3062 and the decorative front cover 3063 are respectively and correspondingly provided with strip-shaped water level inspection windows 3622 and 3632. When in use, a user can check the water level inside the tank body through the water level checking windows 3622 and 3632.
Arc-shaped limiting blocks are arranged on the top surfaces of the water adding tank 302 and the rear tank 3061 of the water discharging tank 303; a first latch 3120 corresponding to a position of a stopper of the water supply tank 302 is installed on the first cavity 3012, and a second latch 3130 corresponding to a position of a stopper of the drain tank 303 is installed on the second cavity 3013. When the water adding tank 302 is pushed into the first cavity 3012 in place, a limiting block of the water adding tank 302 is matched and clamped with the first clamping block 3120; when the drain box 303 is pushed into the second cavity 3013, the stopper of the drain box 302 is engaged with the second latch 3130.
The first water level detecting mechanism 3022 and the second water level detecting mechanism 3032 have the same structure, and as shown in fig. 6, include a float frame base 3241 fixed on the inner wall of the tank, a magnetic float 3242 disposed in the float frame base, and a float cover 3243 connected to the float frame base. As shown in fig. 2, a first magnetic switch 3191 and a second magnetic switch 3192 are mounted on the back plate of the tank frame 301, and the first magnetic switch 3191 is used for detecting a signal when the magnetic float in the first water level detection mechanism 3022 reaches the lowest position, so as to indicate that water can be added; the second magnetic switch 3192 is used to detect a signal when the magnetic float in the second water level detecting mechanism 3032 reaches the highest position, indicating that water can be drained. Specifically, the upper, lower, left and right sides of the float frame seat 3241 are respectively provided with a water permeable groove 3411, the outer sides of the water permeable grooves of the left and right sides are respectively provided with an elastic bayonet lock 3412, the upper end of which is provided with a clamping edge, the left and right sides of the float cover 3243 are provided with flanges 3431, and the flanges 3431 are inserted into the clamping edges of the elastic bayonet lock 3412 to be matched and clamped during installation. Further, the float frame seat 3241 may be integrally formed with the corresponding inner wall of the case at the time of actual production. Of course, the device can also be fixedly connected with the inner wall of the box body through screws, glue and the like after being independently manufactured.
As shown in FIG. 7, the outlet valve 3023 includes a valve seat 3231, a spring 3232, a groove-shaped piston 3233, a piston sealing ring 3234 fitted over the groove-shaped piston 3233, and a nozzle 3235. The valve seat 3231 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the box body, the spring 3232 and the groove-shaped piston 3233 are sequentially arranged in the valve seat, and the water outlet nozzle 3235 is sleeved with a sealing ring 3236 and is in threaded connection with the valve seat 3231. In this way, in the absence of external force, the groove-shaped piston 3233 is under the action of the spring 3232, and the piston sealing ring 3234 contacts with the limiting flange 3237 in the nozzle 3235, so as to realize sealing. A sealing sleeve 3238 is further sleeved on the outer wall of the valve seat 3231, when the water adding tank is mounted on the water tank frame 301, the ejector rod is inserted from the water outlet nozzle, and the sealing sleeve 3238 is in close contact with the inner wall of the hole of the water outlet connecting hole 3015 to realize sealing. The push rod 3016 extrudes the groove-shaped piston 3233 to press the spring to deform, so that the piston sealing ring 3234 is separated from the limiting flange 3237, and the valve is opened; the water in the water-adding tank 302 can flow out from the water-permeable grooves on the circumferential side wall of the groove-shaped piston 3233 to supply water to the device.
As shown in fig. 8, the handle cavity 631 is symmetrically provided with a shaft hole 3632 and a guide groove 3633 on the left and right side surfaces thereof, and two ends of the guide groove 3633 are provided with a limit hole 3634; a cylindrical shaft 3651 inserted into the shaft hole and a guide column 3652 movable in the guide groove are provided at a position corresponding to the handle 3065. When the tank body of the water adding tank 302 or the water discharging tank 303 is pulled out from the water tank frame 301, the handle 3065 is lifted upwards, so that a user can hold the water adding tank or the water discharging tank more conveniently, the water adding tank or the water discharging tank accords with the human engineering, and better experience is brought to the user. When a user installs the water adding tank or the water draining tank on the water returning tank frame 301, the handle 3065 can be rotated and reset into the handle cavity 3631 to be flush with the decorative front cover 3063, and the opening and closing of the clothes care equipment are not influenced.
As shown in fig. 9, the automatic water guiding structure 304 includes a water collecting tank 3041 fixed in the equipment installation room, a tank cover 3042 engaged with the water collecting tank, a water pump 3043 installed in the water collecting tank, and a water level detecting mechanism 3044. A water collecting pipe 3421 is further provided on the case cover 3042. The water level detecting mechanism 3044 includes a probe rod 3442 with a detector 3441, an annular magnetic float 3443 sleeved on the probe rod 3442, and an open ring 3444 clamped at the lower part of the probe rod. A fixing limit hole 3422 of a probe rod 3442 is formed in the case cover 3042, and during installation, the upper end of the probe rod 3442 is a screw rod, which passes through the fixing limit hole 3422 from the lower side of the case cover and is sleeved with a washer 3445, and the probe rod 3442 is fixed on the case cover 3042 by screwing a fixing nut 3446 connected with the screw rod.
Preferably, the water collecting pipe 3421 is integrally formed with the case cover 3042. A water outlet 3423 is formed in the case cover 3042, and a water outlet 3431 of the water pump 3043 extends from the water outlet 3423 and is communicated with a water return connector 3017 of the water discharge case. The tank cover 3042 is fixedly connected to the water collecting tank 3041 by screws 3045, and mounting lugs 3411 with mounting holes are disposed on both sides of the lower portion of the water collecting tank 3041. When in use, the water collecting pipe 3421 is communicated with the liquid outlet of the gas-liquid purification and collection component. In this way, all the condensed wastewater generated during the clothes care process flows into the water collecting tank, the magnetic float rises along with the water level, and when the detector 3441 detects a signal that the magnetic float 3443 is in place, the water pump 3043 is started to pump out the wastewater in the water tank and transfer the wastewater into the water returning tank 303.
As shown in fig. 10, the steam generating device 400 includes a supporting frame 401, a housing 402 mounted on the supporting frame 401 by screws 4020, an electric cooker 403 disposed in the housing, an upper cover 404 coupled to the housing, a liquid level detector 405 mounted on the upper cover, and a temperature sensor 406 for detecting the temperature in the electric cooker.
A steam outlet pipe 4041 is arranged at the center of the top surface of the upper cover 404, and a water inlet pipe 4042 is arranged at the side surface. The steam outlet pipe 4041 is communicated with the steam nozzle 130 installed on the bottom surface of the clothes care room, the water inlet pipe 4042 is communicated with the water outlet joint 3018 of the water adding tank through a water supply pipeline, and a water adding pump and an electromagnetic valve are installed on the water supply pipeline. When the electric heating cooker 403 works, water is supplemented into the electric heating cooker 403 through the water inlet pipe 4042, and generated steam is discharged through the steam outlet pipe 4041 and is sprayed into a clothes nursing room through the steam nozzle 130.
As shown in fig. 11, the electric pan 403 includes a pan body 4031 made of stainless steel and an electric heating plate 4032 installed on the bottom surface of the outside of the pan body. A step platform 4021 is arranged at an opening of the shell 402, an annular flange 4033 which can be clamped on the step platform extends outwards from the opening edge of the pot body 4021, and a sealing ring 4034 is sleeved on the annular flange. The sealing washer is rectangle sealing washer or O shape sealing washer, offers the recess with annular flange assorted on the medial surface of sealing washer, and during the suit, annular flange 4033 is arranged in the recess and is wrapped up by the sealing washer. The joint of the housing 402 and the upper cover 404 is designed to be a flange structure, and is tightly connected with a nut 408 through a bolt 407 in a matching manner, and the joint is sealed by a sealing ring 4034 after connection.
Further, the bottom surface of the pot 4031 is provided with an installation cavity 4311 of the electric heating disc 4032, and the electric heating disc 4032 is bonded in the installation cavity 4311 through heat-conducting silica gel. The electric heating plate 4032 comprises a plate body 4321 with a heating tube, a kick type temperature control switch 4322 arranged on the plate body and a power line 4323 connected with the heating tube and the kick type temperature control switch. Through the provision of the kick type temperature control switch 4322, the electric heating cooker can be powered off and stopped when the liquid level sensor 405 fails and the electric heating cooker is in a dry-heating state, thereby avoiding the problem caused by dry-heating. The temperature sensor can detect the temperature in the electric heating pan, and after the electric heating pan is started for a period of time, if the temperature change in the pan is not detected, the electric heating pan can be judged to be in fault, and maintenance is prompted.
As shown in FIG. 12, the fluid level detector 405 includes a mounting block 4051, a common sensing bar 4052, a low level sensing bar 4053, a high level sensing bar 4054, and a data line 4055. Wherein the common sensing bar 4052 and the low level sensing bar 4053 have the same length, and the high level sensing bar 4054 has a shorter length than the low level sensing bar 4053. The upper ends of the common detection rod 4052, the low liquid level detection rod 4053 and the high liquid level detection rod 4054 are respectively and fixedly connected to the mounting base 4051, and the end parts of the common detection rod 4052, the low liquid level detection rod 4053 and the high liquid level detection rod 4054 are respectively provided with a connecting electrode, and the joints of the data wire 4055 are connected with the connecting electrodes. That is, after installation, the lower ends of the common sensing rod 4052 and the low level sensing rod 4053 are flush with each other and close to the bottom surface of the electric food warmer 403, and can be used for sensing a low level signal, and the lower end of the high level sensing rod 4054 is higher than the lower ends of the common sensing rod 4052 and the low level sensing rod 4053, and can be used for sensing a high level signal.
Specifically, the common detection rod 4052, the low liquid level detection rod 4053 and the high liquid level detection rod 4054 have the same structure, the structure of each common detection rod 4052 comprises a conductive metal sheet 4056, and the other parts of the conductive metal sheet except the two end parts are coated and injection-molded with a plastic outer cover 4057; the upper end of the conductive metal sheet is fixedly connected with the connecting electrode, and the lower end of the conductive metal sheet is provided with a detection contact.
When the steam generating device 400 works, water is firstly injected into the electric food warmer 403 to a high water level, the heating plate 4032 is started to heat to generate steam, the steam is discharged from the steam outlet pipe, and the steam enters the clothes treatment cavity of the clothes care machine through the steam nozzle to treat clothes. When the liquid level in the electric food warmer 403 is higher than the lower ends of the detection contacts of the common detection rod 4052 and the low liquid level detection rod 4053, the normal operation state is enabled. When the liquid level is lower than the common detection rod 4052 and the low liquid level detection rod 4053, the liquid is in a water shortage state, and a signal for replenishing liquid is sent; when the replenishing water level reaches the lower end of the detection contact of the high liquid level detection rod 4054, a signal for stopping replenishing the liquid is sent.
As shown in fig. 13, the hot air generation circulation device 500 includes a gas-liquid purification collection member 51, a fan 52, a PTC heater 520, and a switchable air duct member 53.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the gas-liquid purification collection member 51 includes a collection container 511, a connection flange 512, a purifier holder 515, a purifier 513, and a mesh cover 514. Wherein, the upper part of the inner cavity of the collecting container 511 is an arc-shaped channel cavity 5110. A gas outlet 5111 is formed on one side wall of the collection container 511, a liquid outlet 5112 is formed on the bottom surface, and a gas-liquid inlet 5113 is formed on the top surface. The purifier support 515 is clamped in the connecting flange 512 and fixedly connected to the gas-liquid inlet 5113 through a screw 516, and a first sealing ring 517 and a second sealing ring 518 are respectively arranged between the purifier support 15 and the gas-liquid inlet 5113 and between the connecting flange 512 and the purifier support 515. The connecting flange 512 is fixed on the gas-liquid collecting port 113 at the bottom surface of the clothes care liner 103 through screws; the purifier 513 can be placed in the connecting flange 512 from the inner container 103 and on the purifier holder 515, and the grid cover 514 is clamped on the connecting flange 512 and is flush with the bottom surface of the inner container 103.
Specifically, the collecting container 511 is composed of a first sub-housing 5101 and a second sub-housing 5102, and the first sub-housing 5101 and the second sub-housing 5102 are fixedly connected through screws 5103; in order to prevent water seepage when the water quantity is large, a sealing ring or a sealing angle can be arranged at the joint. The gas-liquid inlet 5113 and the gas outlet 5111 are arranged on the first sub-housing 5101, the liquid outlet 5112 is arranged on the second sub-housing 5102, and the liquid outlet 5112 is communicated with the water collecting pipe 3421 of the automatic water guiding structure 304 through a pipeline.
Preferably, the purifier 513 is a purifier with activated carbon filter cotton or photocatalyst filter cotton.
As shown in fig. 16 and 17, the blower 52 includes a volute 521, a centrifugal impeller 522 installed in the volute, and a motor 523 for driving the centrifugal impeller to rotate, wherein the volute 521 is provided with an air suction opening 524 and an air discharge opening 525. The PTC heater 520 is fixedly installed on the air outlet 525, and the collecting container 511 and the scroll 521 are connected by the connection frame 510 to communicate the air outlet 5111 with the air suction opening 524.
Specifically, the volute 521 includes a first sub-housing 5211 and a second sub-housing 5212, and a mounting cavity for mounting the centrifugal impeller 522 is formed between the first sub-housing 5211 and the second sub-housing 5212. The air inlet 524 is formed in a side surface of the first sub-housing 5211, and the air outlet 525 is divided into two halves and respectively formed in the first sub-housing 5211 and the second sub-housing 5212. Two mounting legs 5213 are integrally formed on the second sub-housing 5212, a mounting window 5214 is formed in a side surface of the second sub-housing 5212, and a sealing cover 5215 is fixedly connected to the mounting window 5214. The motor 523 is fixedly installed on the sealing cap 5215, and an output shaft is fixedly connected with the centrifugal impeller 522.
As shown in fig. 18, the centrifugal impeller 522 includes a wheel base 5221 and a plurality of arc-shaped blades 5222 uniformly mounted on the wheel base, and a mounting hole 5223 is formed in the center of the wheel base. The width of the arc-shaped blade 5222 gradually increases from inside to outside, i.e., the end with the smaller width is connected to the wheel seat 5221. The two adjacent arc-shaped blades 5222 are connected by the connecting rib plates 5224 at the position of one third of the width of the blades. The fitting hole 5223 may be designed to be formed of two parts, a D-shaped hole and a circular hole. In this manner, the output shaft corresponding portion of the motor 523 is also designed in a D-shape. During assembly, as shown in fig. 25, the output shaft of the motor 523 sequentially passes through the sealing cap 5215, the assembly hole 5223 on the wheel seat, and a pressing piece 5216, and then is fastened and connected with a fixing nut 5217. As shown in fig. 19 to 21, the switchable air duct member 53 includes a channel 531 and a switching mechanism 532 disposed on the channel, the channel 531 is communicated with the air outlet of the PTC heater 520; the channel 531 comprises a channel shell 5311, a lower cover 5312 and a connecting flange 5313 connected to the channel opening, the lower cover 5312 and the connecting flange 5313 are fixed to the channel shell 5311 through screws, and the connecting flange 5313 is fixed to the hot air outlet 123 on the bottom surface of the clothes care liner through screws.
The switch mechanism 532 comprises a baffle 5321, a shaft sleeve 5322 fixedly arranged on the baffle, a steering shaft 5323 and a 90-degree corner speed reducing motor 5324, wherein the baffle 5321 is arranged in the channel 531, and the shape and size of the baffle 5321 are matched with the cross section of the channel. A shaft hole 5314 is formed on one side surface of the passage 531, and a flange bearing block 5315 is installed on the opposite side surface. The baffle 5321 is disposed within the channel 531; the steering shaft 5323 is sleeved in the shaft sleeve 5322, one end of the steering shaft is connected with the flange bearing block 5315, the 90-degree corner speed reducing motor 5324 is installed on the side wall of the channel 31, and the output shaft penetrates through the shaft hole 5314 to be fixedly connected with the other end of the steering shaft 5323.
Preferably, a positioning block 5325 is disposed on an end of the steering shaft 5323, and a positioning notch 5316 matching with the positioning block 5325 is disposed at an edge of the shaft hole 5314. The positioning notch 5316 is a quarter arc notch, which can meet the requirement that the steering shaft 5323 rotates 90 degrees. So, through the cooperation of locating piece 5231 with the location breach, can make things convenient for the location installation of motor, also can guarantee the degree of accuracy of corner simultaneously.
In operation, when the clothes care device needs to supply hot air, the 90 ° rotation speed reducing motor 524 drives the baffle 521 to be in a horizontal state (as shown in fig. 22), the channel 531 is in an open state, and the hot air can enter into the clothes treatment chamber of the clothes care device. As shown in fig. 25 to 27, the moving mechanism 620 includes a guide rail 621, a slider 622 mounted on the guide rail 621, and a hanger mounting 623 fixed to the slider 622. The guide rail 621 is provided with a mounting hole 6211, and the guide rail 621 is fixedly mounted on the base 610 by a screw passing through the mounting hole 6211. When the clothes care device is applied, the base 610 can be fixed on the top of the clothes care device through screws, and two movable slotted holes 611 are formed in the bottom plate of the base 610. A heat dissipation fan 612 is further installed on the base 610 at one side of the moving mechanism 620, and the heat dissipation fan 612 is fixed on the base 610 through a screw 6121, so that heat can be dissipated from the moving component, and the service life of the component is prolonged. In addition, a shock absorbing pad 613 is disposed between the base 610 and the guide rail 621 to reduce noise generated during the operation of the moving mechanism 620. The hanger mounting seat 623 may be integrally formed by injection molding of plastic, or may be made of metal, and may be formed by casting, or may be formed by bending a metal sheet. When the clothes hanger is installed, the installation ear plate 6232 of the hanger installation seat 623 can penetrate through the movable slotted hole 611 and is fixedly connected with the middle part of the clothes hanger.
Preferably, the mounting panel 6231 and the two mounting ears 6232 are integrally formed; the push post 6234 is a rotating cylinder that is fixed to the center of the mounting panel 6231 by a rivet 6235.
Further, the slider 622 is a ball slider; the mounting panel 6231 is provided with a fixing mounting hole 6237, the slider 622 is provided with a screw hole 6221 corresponding to the fixing mounting hole, and the screw 6238 passing through the fixing mounting hole is connected and fixed with the corresponding screw hole during mounting.
The push post 6234 is a rotatable barrel that fits over a rivet 6235, and then mounts the rivet 6235 to the rivet mounting panel 6231.
The driving mechanism 630 includes a mounting cover 631, a speed reduction motor 632, and an eccentric guide wheel 633 disposed in the mounting cover. The mounting cover 631 is fixed to the base 610 by screws 6311, and the reduction motor 632 is fixed to the top surface of the mounting cover 631 by screws 6321. The eccentric guide wheel 633 comprises a rotary table 6331 and a wheel circumferential plate 6332 extending from the edge of the rotary table, a shaft hole is formed in the center of the rotary table 6331, a shaft mounting sleeve 6333 is connected to the shaft hole, and the annular guide groove 6334 is arranged outside the shaft mounting sleeve 6333. The output shaft of the speed reducing motor 632 passes through the shaft hole and is fixedly connected with the shaft mounting sleeve 6333 through a screw 6322, and the pushing column is arranged in the annular guide groove after the matching installation.
