Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of washing, and particularly relates to a control method for washing equipment. The invention aims to solve the problems that the washing mode set by the existing washing equipment is difficult to adapt to different shuffling conditions and the washing effect is poor. To this end, the control method for a washing apparatus of the present invention includes: pre-washing clothes and acquiring pre-washing sound information; the washing speed of the washing apparatus is determined according to the pre-wash sound information. By the method, whether the washing intensity of the current washing mode is proper or not can be judged through the prewashing sound information before the clothes are washed, so that the washing rotating speed is determined on the premise of the washing intensity, and the washing effect of the clothes is guaranteed.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of washing, and particularly relates to a control method for washing equipment.
Background
Washing apparatuses are generally provided with a drum capable of containing laundry and washing water. When the washing equipment performs washing work, the drum part is rotated at a high speed so as to stir the washing water and the clothes to be washed in the drum part, and therefore the clothes to be washed are rubbed and cleaned in a mode of rolling and beating the clothes to be washed in the drum part.
In this case, the washing apparatus has a plurality of washing modes, each having different rotation speed parameters, so as to accommodate a plurality of laundry by setting a plurality of washing modes of different washing strengths. After the user puts the laundry into the washing apparatus, only the washing mode needs to be selected according to the actual washing needs. The disadvantages of the above method are: when clothes made of different materials are shuffled, the washing fastness of the clothes made of light and thin materials is different from that of the clothes made of thick materials, the washing mode set on washing equipment is difficult to adapt to different shuffling conditions, and the washing effect is poor.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new control method for a washing apparatus to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, i.e. to solve the problems that the washing mode set by the existing washing equipment is difficult to adapt to different shuffling situations and the washing effect is poor, the invention provides a control method for the washing equipment, which comprises the following steps: pre-washing clothes and acquiring pre-washing sound information; and determining the washing rotating speed of the washing equipment according to the prewashing sound information.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the step of "pre-washing the laundry and acquiring the pre-washing sound information" includes: pre-washing the clothes for multiple times at multiple different preset rotating speeds and acquiring pre-washing sound information during each pre-washing; the step of determining the washing rotation speed of the washing apparatus according to the pre-washing sound information includes: and determining the washing rotating speed of the washing equipment according to all the obtained prewashing sound information.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with a washing machine. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Referring first to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating major steps of a control method for a washing apparatus according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the control method for controlling an apparatus of the present invention includes:
step S1: pre-washing clothes and acquiring pre-washing sound information;
step S2: the washing speed of the washing apparatus is determined according to the pre-wash sound information.
In step S1, the prewash sound information specifically includes: when the washing drum rotates at a high speed, the clothes in the drum are continuously thrown up and dropped under the action of centrifugal force, and collide with the drum wall and the drum bottom of the washing drum. In the process of washing the clothes, the obtained collision sound of the clothes and the washing drum is the pre-washing sound information. That is, the pre-wash sound information is decibel magnitude of the tumbling sound of the laundry in the washing tub when the washing apparatus is washing the laundry. Specifically, the tumble sound may be acquired by a sound sensor.
In step S2, since the magnitude of the pre-wash sound information can indicate the intensity of the laundry, the washing intensity indicated by the rotation speed of the washing drum at the time of the current pre-wash can be judged according to the pre-wash sound information, so that the most suitable washing intensity, that is, the maximum washing intensity within the bearing range of the laundry to be washed at the time of the current pre-wash, can be determined according to the actual washing intensity requirement, and thus the optimum washing rotation speed can be determined.

In the above-described specific steps, through the variation of the plurality of pre-washing sound information, the washing effect of the laundry under the condition of different washing intensities in the plurality of pre-washing processes can be reasonably expected, so that the washing rotation speed is determined by determining the washing intensity having the best washing effect.
As a first embodiment of the present invention, the step of "determining the washing rotation speed of the washing apparatus according to all the acquired pre-washing sound information" specifically includes:
acquiring material information of clothes;
screening all prewashing sound information according to the material information;
and determining the preset rotating speed corresponding to the screened pre-washing sound information as the washing rotating speed of the washing equipment.
In the above embodiment, a plurality of pre-washing rotation speeds (i.e. preset rotation speeds) with different washing strengths are screened according to the material information of the laundry, so as to select the optimal washing rotation speed on the premise of ensuring no damage to the laundry. The material information may be the material information of the one of the plurality of clothes which is the lightest, the least washable, or the material information of the plurality of clothes which is the most of the same material.
In one possible embodiment, the step of obtaining the material information of the clothes specifically includes:
acquiring the water level difference of a washing drum of washing equipment before and after clothes absorb water;
and acquiring material information according to the water level difference between clothes before and after water absorption in the washing drum.
In the above embodiment, the difference between the water levels before and after the clothes absorb water is specifically: after the user puts the clothes into the washing drum, the difference between the water level height of the water entering the washing drum and the water level height of the water in the washing drum after the clothes completely absorb water is obtained. Since the water absorption rate of clothes is different for each material, the water absorption rate of clothes can be calculated according to the water level difference, and the material of clothes can be judged. This embodiment is clearly well suited to situations where all garments are of the same material or where many of the garments are of the same material.
During actual implementation, the water level height before water absorption can be obtained immediately after water inflow is finished, or the water inflow is directly converted into the water level height; the height of the water level after water absorption can be obtained after the clothes are completely absorbed and before the clothes are pre-washed, for example, after water is introduced, the clothes are statically placed in a washing drum and are obtained after the clothes are completely absorbed, and the height of the water level after the clothes are pre-washed, so that the clothes can be completely absorbed under the pre-washing effect.
In another possible embodiment, the washing device includes an RFID identification device, and the step of acquiring material information of the laundry specifically includes:
identifying label information of clothes in the washing equipment through an RFID identification device;
and acquiring the material information according to the identification result of the label information.
In practice, this step may be performed when the user puts in the laundry. For example, the RFID recognition device is disposed above the opening of the washing drum, and the RFID recognition device can scan and recognize the label information of the clothes during the putting process of the clothes, so as to obtain the material of each piece of clothes. Of course, the method for acquiring the material information is not limited to the above two methods, and for example, the user can directly input the material information of the clothes by a manual or voice input method.
In addition, before the step of pre-washing the laundry at a plurality of different preset rotation speeds, the control method of the present invention further comprises:
acquiring weight information of the clothes;
a plurality of different preset rotation speeds are determined according to the weight information.
In the above embodiment, the approximate rotation speed range is determined by the weight information, and a large range of different rotation speeds is preliminarily screened, so that the selection range of the material information for screening the pre-washing rotation speed is narrowed, and the selection condition of the optimal washing rotation speed is refined.
The weight information is obtained by a method of directly inputting the weight information to the washing equipment by a user and an automatic weighing method of the washing equipment. For example, after the laundry is put into the washing drum and before the water is supplied, the washing drum is rotated for a short time to indirectly calculate the weight by the current variation value of the driving motor of the washing apparatus when the washing apparatus is rotated and stopped.
The manner of determining a plurality of different preset rotation speeds through the weight information may be: the washing equipment stores a mapping relation between the weight and a preset rotating speed group, wherein the preset rotating speed group comprises a plurality of preset rotating speeds (two or more) with different sizes, which can be borne by the clothes on the premise of the weight. When the specific weight information is determined, a plurality of different preset rotating speeds matched with the weight information can be determined through the mapping relation.
Continuing again with fig. 2, fig. 2 is a detailed step flowchart of the first embodiment of the control method for the washing apparatus of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the detailed process flow of the first embodiment of the present invention is as follows:
s101: acquiring weight information of the clothes;
s102: determining a plurality of different preset rotating speeds according to the weight information;
s103: pre-washing the clothes for multiple times at the different preset rotating speeds and acquiring pre-washing sound information during each pre-washing;
s104: acquiring material information of clothes;
s105: screening all the obtained prewashing sound information according to the material information;
s106: and determining the preset rotating speed corresponding to the screened pre-washing sound information as the optimal washing rotating speed of the washing equipment.
As a second embodiment of the present invention, alternatively, the present invention may also screen all the pre-washing sound information to determine the optimal washing speed according to the weight information of the laundry; and determining a plurality of different preset rotating speeds according to the material information of the clothes.
Specifically, before the step of "pre-washing laundry at a plurality of different preset rotation speeds", the control method of the present invention comprises the steps of:
acquiring material information of clothes;
and determining a plurality of different preset rotating speeds according to the material information.
The step of determining the washing speed of the washing device according to the acquired all pre-washing sound information may further include:
acquiring weight information of the clothes;
screening all prewashing sound information according to the weight information;
and determining the preset rotating speed corresponding to the screened pre-washing sound information as the washing rotating speed of the washing equipment.
The material information may be obtained by obtaining the water level difference between the clothes before and after the clothes absorb water in the washing drum or by using an RFID device, and the weight information may be obtained by using the current variation value of the driving motor when the washing drum is rotated or stopped, which is not described herein again.

s204: acquiring weight information of the clothes;
s205: screening all the obtained prewashing sound information according to the weight information;
s206: and determining the preset rotating speed corresponding to the screened pre-washing sound information as the optimal washing rotating speed of the washing equipment.
In summary, the control method of the present invention can screen the pre-washing rotation speeds with different washing strengths through the weight information and the material information, so as to select the maximum washing strength within the bearable range of the laundry, thereby determining the optimal washing rotation speed through the washing strength, and greatly improving the washing effect of the laundry within a reasonable range.
