Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有平面多方向同性蜂窝夹芯的蜂窝板结构,由上面板、下面板以及位于上面板与下面板之间的蜂窝芯组成,其特征在于:所述蜂窝芯由波纹铝板和刚性空心管组合而成,所述波纹板平行设置并在两两波纹板之间形成正六边形蜂窝格;刚性空心管位于波纹铝板组成的正六边形蜂窝格中,刚性空心管沿正六边形三条对角线方向布置,波纹铝板、面板和刚性空心管之间均采用钎焊连接。本发明采用波纹铝板和刚性空心管组合成新型蜂窝芯结构,利用刚性空心管的方向性及良好的抗压性能,通过在各个方向上均匀布置以达到力学各向同性,使得新型蜂窝板拥有良好的侧向抗压能力并能保持力学平面多方向同性。

一种具有平面多方向同性蜂窝夹芯的蜂窝板结构
技术领域
本发明涉及蜂窝板技术领域,具体设计一种具有平面多方向同性蜂窝夹芯的蜂窝板结构。
背景技术
近年来,夹层结构以其优良的性能获得了越来越多的关注和应用,夹层结构是由两块高强度的薄表层和填充其中用以保证两块表板共同工作的中间夹芯层而组成。表层通常采用金属、玻璃钢、硬塑料等,夹芯可以采用泡沫塑料、波纹金属薄片、铝或不锈钢波片制成的蜂窝等。
将蜂窝芯和蒙皮胶接组合即可得到铝蜂窝夹层板结构。蜂窝具有正六面体结构,此种结构不仅美观漂亮,经实验研究,正六面体结构更耐压、耐拉。由于蜂窝材料具有抗高风压、减震,隔音、保温、阻燃和比强度高等优良性能。因此,广泛地应用于航空、航天、飞机等高科技领域。近年来,峰窝在其它领域也得到了广泛应用,如建筑幕墙、汽车、火车和高档板材(室内装修、各种门业)等行业。在许多行业得到了广泛应用,尤其是在航空航天和军品等行业,近年在民用方面也呈现出蓬勃发展的趋势。
随着蜂窝板的应用越来越广泛,对蜂窝板的承载力要求也越来越高,传统蜂窝板蜂窝芯为力学各向异性构件,由于水平与纵向结构受力形状不同,故水平与纵向受力性能也不同,这在实际应用当中造成构件承载能力不均衡。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有蜂窝板受力性能存在的不足,而提供一种使得蜂窝芯在平面内多向受力性能提高的蜂窝夹芯的蜂窝板结构。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种具有平面多方向同性蜂窝夹芯的蜂窝板结构,上面板、下面板以及位于上面板与下面板之间的蜂窝芯组成,其特征在于:所述波纹板平行设置并在两两波纹板之间形成正六边形蜂窝格;刚性空心管分布在波纹铝板组成的每一个正六边形单元中,刚性空心管轴线与所属正六边形蜂窝格的对角线平行。
所述波纹板由正梯形单元和倒梯形单元依次收尾相连组成,相连的两个正梯形单元和倒梯形单元具有相同的一个斜边;相邻两个波纹板的正梯形单元与倒梯形单元位置相对并固定。
所述波纹板为波纹铝板。
所述波纹铝板的厚度为0.1-2mm,刚性空心管与波纹铝板的厚度比值为0.5-2。
所述波纹板、刚性空心管与上下面板之间采用钎焊连接。
所述蜂窝格中的每个刚性空心管结构、大小均相同。
所述刚性空心管在蜂窝芯中沿蜂窝格的三条对角线方向布置,刚性空心管在三个方向上分布均匀。
所述刚性空心管的直径与波纹铝板边长的比值不大于

本发明与现有的普通蜂窝板相比有以下有益效果:发明兼顾传统蜂窝板抗高风压、减震,隔音、保温、阻燃和比强度高等优良性能,另外通过在蜂窝芯内胶接两端闭口刚性空心管,增强了正六边形蜂窝芯的对角线方向的抗压强度,相比传统蜂窝板质量不会增大过多。刚性空心管使得对角线方向的抗压强度和垂直于对角线方向的抗压强度保持一致,通过不用角度空心管的布置,使蜂窝板在平面内的各方向受力性能提升且趋于一致,在受到来自面内冲击时,由于存在刚性空心管,会形成阶梯形应力平台区,有较好的缓冲耗能能力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步详细说明:
实施例
如图1、图2所示,具有平面多方向同性蜂窝夹芯的蜂窝板结构,由上面板1、下面板2、刚性空心管4和波纹铝板5组合而成,刚性空心管4和波纹铝板5组成蜂窝芯3,刚性空心管4位于波纹铝板5与波纹铝板5组成的正六边形单元中,并与正六边形内壁相切。如图3所示,为刚性空心管4的的结构,刚性空心管4为空心圆柱体。在制作具有平面多方向同性蜂窝夹芯的蜂窝板时,每一块波纹铝板5与刚性空心管4的构造都是相同的。上面板1、下面板2、刚性空心管4和波纹铝板5之间采用钎焊连接。
两波纹板形成的一排正六边形单元(a/b/c)中的刚性空心管按照如下规则重复排列:正六边形单元a与波纹板夹角为0°,正六边形单元b与波纹板夹角为45°,正六边形单元c与波纹板夹角为135°;同一排位于相间的设置有45°排布刚性空心管以及135°排布刚性空心管的正六边形单元(d和e)上下的两个正六边形单元(f和g),刚性空心管的排布角度为0°。
上面板1与下面板2互相平行,面板厚度为0.3mm,波纹铝板5的高度为30mm,波纹铝板5的厚度为0.3mm,刚性空心管4的外半径为4.5mm,刚性空心管4的厚度为0.3mm,波纹铝板5的边长为11.5mm,刚性空心管4的长度为17.9mm,波纹铝板5的凹槽内角为120°。
本发明中,由波纹铝板5和刚性空心管4组成的蜂窝芯3内还可以根据高度关系,放置两个或多个刚性空心管4。本结构构造巧妙,通过在传统蜂窝芯的基础上,利用波纹铝板5组成蜂窝芯3,并在其内加入刚性空心管4,提高蜂窝板圆柱体朝向方向的承载能力,使蜂窝板达到面内各向受力性能提升。
以上所述仅仅是本发明的一项实施例,本发明不局限于此项实施例,并且在不脱离本发明原理以及基本特征的任何简单修改、替换,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种具有平面多方向同性蜂窝夹芯的蜂窝板结构,由上面板、下面板以及位于上面板与下面板之间的蜂窝芯组成,其特征在于:波纹板平行设置并在两两波纹板之间形成正六边形蜂窝格;在所述正六边形蜂窝格的每一个正六边形单元中设置一个刚性空心管,刚性空心管轴线位于正六边形单元的对角线上并与正六边形蜂窝格的壁固定;两波纹板形成的一排正六边形单元中的刚性空心管按照如下规则重复排列:与波纹板夹角分别为0°、45°以及135°;同一排位于相间的设置有45°排布刚性空心管以及135°排布刚性空心管上下的两个正六边形单元,刚性空心管的排布角度为0°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有平面多方向同性蜂窝夹芯的蜂窝板结构,其特征在于:所述波纹板由正梯形单元和倒梯形单元依次首 尾相连组成,相连的两个正梯形单元和倒梯形单元具有相同的一个斜边;相邻两个波纹板的正梯形单元与倒梯形单元位置相对并固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有平面多方向同性蜂窝夹芯的蜂窝板结构,其特征在于:所述波纹板为波纹铝板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有平面多方向同性蜂窝夹芯的蜂窝板结构,其特征在于:所述波纹铝板的厚度为0.1-2mm,刚性空心管与波纹铝板的厚度比值为0.5-2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有平面多方向同性蜂窝夹芯的蜂窝板结构,其特征在于:所述波纹板、刚性空心管与上下面板之间采用钎焊连接。
