Abstract

本发明公开一种用于薄膜两侧的裁切装置,包括主绕卷轮、裁切机构,裁切机构相邻与主绕卷轮设置,裁切机构包括底板、L型板、伺服驱动机构、双向丝杠、减速电机、弹力杆、滚刀、滑槽、副绕卷轮,L型板滑动设置在底板上,伺服驱动机构驱动L型板在底板上平移,双向丝杠水平设置在L型板的竖直面上,减速电机同轴连接双向丝杠,滑槽设置在L型板的竖直面上,滑槽上通过两组滑块连接两组的弹力杆,弹力杆远离滑槽的一端设有滚刀,两组弹力杆分别连接双向丝杠上的两组丝杠螺母,两组弹力杆的端部所设的滚刀分别滚动切割主绕卷轮两端,副绕卷轮设置在L型板的水平面上。本发明可在收卷薄膜的同时,切除薄膜两侧,提高了工作效率,减少了人力投入。

一种用于薄膜两侧的裁切装置
技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜加工技术领域,具体是一种用于薄膜两侧的裁切装置。
背景技术
薄膜是一种既薄又软的片状膜,如:光学薄膜、复合薄膜、超导薄膜、聚酯薄膜、尼龙薄膜、塑料薄膜、太阳能薄膜等。薄膜从半成品到成品的过程中,要经过横向与纵向的拉伸,薄膜在经历过横向拉伸之后,其被夹持的两侧容易出现变形、厚薄不均的现象,因此其两侧需要进行裁切,现有技术均是通过在薄膜绕卷后,对薄膜卷的两端进行裁切,此种作业方式工作效率低,增加了人力投入。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于薄膜两侧的裁切装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种用于薄膜两侧的裁切装置,包括主绕卷轮、裁切机构,所述裁切机构相邻与所述主绕卷轮设置,所述裁切机构包括底板、L型板、伺服驱动机构、双向丝杠、减速电机、弹力杆、滚刀、滑槽、副绕卷轮,所述L型板滑动设置在所述底板上,所述伺服驱动机构驱动所述L型板在底板上平移,所述双向丝杠水平设置在L型板的竖直面上,所述双向丝杠的轴向与伺服驱动机构的导向垂直,并平行于所述主绕卷轮的轴向,所述减速电机同轴连接所述双向丝杠,所述滑槽设置在L型板的竖直面上,滑槽的导向与双向丝杠的轴向平行,所述滑槽上通过两组滑块连接两组所述的弹力杆,所述弹力杆远离滑槽的一端设有所述滚刀,两组弹力杆分别连接双向丝杠上的两组丝杠螺母,两组弹力杆的端部所设的滚刀分别滚动切割所述主绕卷轮两端,所述副绕卷轮设置在L型板的水平面上,且与所述主绕卷轮的轴向平行。
进一步的,所述弹力杆包括内杆和开有凹腔的外杆,内杆滑动连接在凹腔内,内杆的后端和外杆的凹腔底部之间连接有弹簧,所述内杆的前端设有所述滚刀,所述外杆连接所述滑块以及丝杠螺母。
进一步的,所述主绕卷轮用于收卷薄膜,所述副绕卷轮用于收卷主绕卷轮上的薄膜被切除的两侧。
进一步的,所述L型板的竖直面上设有长度方向与双向丝杠轴向平行的斜台,所述弹力杆上设有斜撑,所述斜撑的下端设有与所述斜台的斜面滚动接触的万向球。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供一种用于薄膜两侧的裁切装置,其结构简单、新颖,通过减速电机驱动,分别使两组弹力杆分别带动两组滚刀相向或背离运动,可适用于切割主绕卷轮上不同宽度的薄膜卷,在主绕卷轮收卷薄膜的同时,可对薄膜卷两侧进行切割,同步运行,节省了工作流程需要的时间,提供了工作效率,节约了人力资源投入。

如图1~2所示,本发明提供一种用于薄膜两侧的裁切装置,包括主绕卷轮1、裁切机构,裁切机构相邻与主绕卷轮1设置,裁切机构包括底板2、L型板3、伺服驱动机构4、双向丝杠5、减速电机6、弹力杆7、滚刀8、滑槽9、副绕卷轮10,L型板3滑动设置在底板1上,伺服驱动机构4驱动L型板3在底板2上平移,双向丝杠5水平设置在L型板3的竖直面上,双向丝杠5的轴向与伺服驱动机构4的导向垂直,并平行于主绕卷轮1的轴向,减速电机6同轴连接双向丝杠5,滑槽9设置在L型板3的竖直面上,滑槽9的导向与双向丝杠5的轴向平行,滑槽9上通过两组滑块11连接两组弹力杆7,弹力杆7远离滑槽9的一端设有滚刀8,两组弹力杆7分别连接双向丝杠5上的两组丝杠螺母12,两组弹力杆7的端部所设的滚刀8分别滚动切割主绕卷轮1两端,副绕卷轮10设置在L型板3的水平面上,且与主绕卷轮1的轴向平行,主绕卷轮1用于收卷薄膜,副绕卷轮10用于收卷主绕卷轮1上的薄膜被切除的两侧。
弹力杆7包括内杆70和开有凹腔的外杆71,内杆70滑动连接在凹腔内,内杆70的后端和外杆71的凹腔底部之间连接有弹簧72,内杆70的前端设有滚刀,外杆71连接连接滑块11以及丝杠螺母12。
L型板3的竖直面上设有长度方向与双向丝杠5轴向平行的斜台13,弹力杆7上设有斜撑14,斜撑14的下端设有与斜台13的斜面滚动接触的万向球15,可对弹力杆7沿滑槽9平移时起到支撑作用。
工作原理:通过伺服驱动机构4,驱动裁切机构向主绕卷轮1靠近,使滚刀8抵接主绕卷轮1上绕卷的薄膜两侧;通过减速电机6驱动,分别使两组弹力杆7分别带动两组滚刀8相向或背离运动,可适用于切割主绕卷轮1上不同宽度的薄膜卷,在主绕卷轮1收卷薄膜的同时,可对薄膜卷两侧进行切割,同步运行,节省了工作流程需要的时间,提供了工作效率。

1.一种用于薄膜两侧的裁切装置,其特征在于,包括主绕卷轮、裁切机构,所述裁切机构相邻与所述主绕卷轮设置,所述裁切机构包括底板、L型板、伺服驱动机构、双向丝杠、减速电机、弹力杆、滚刀、滑槽、副绕卷轮,所述L型板滑动设置在所述底板上,所述伺服驱动机构驱动所述L型板在底板上平移,所述双向丝杠水平设置在L型板的竖直面上,所述双向丝杠的轴向与伺服驱动机构的导向垂直,并平行于所述主绕卷轮的轴向,所述减速电机同轴连接所述双向丝杠,所述滑槽设置在L型板的竖直面上,滑槽的导向与双向丝杠的轴向平行,所述滑槽上通过两组滑块连接两组所述的弹力杆,所述弹力杆远离滑槽的一端设有所述滚刀,两组弹力杆分别连接双向丝杠上的两组丝杠螺母,两组弹力杆的端部所设的滚刀分别滚动切割所述主绕卷轮两端,所述副绕卷轮设置在L型板的水平面上,且与所述主绕卷轮的轴向平行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于薄膜两侧的裁切装置,其特征在于,所述弹力杆包括内杆和开有凹腔的外杆,内杆滑动连接在凹腔内,内杆的后端和外杆的凹腔底部之间连接有弹簧,所述内杆的前端设有所述滚刀,所述外杆连接所述滑块以及丝杠螺母。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于薄膜两侧的裁切装置,其特征在于,所述主绕卷轮用于收卷薄膜,所述副绕卷轮用于收卷主绕卷轮上的薄膜被切除的两侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于薄膜两侧的裁切装置,其特征在于,所述L型板的竖直面上设有长度方向与双向丝杠轴向平行的斜台,所述弹力杆上设有斜撑,所述斜撑的下端设有与所述斜台的斜面滚动接触的万向球。
