A section bar forming device comprises at least one pair of stretching devices, a first male die assembly and a first female die assembly; the pair of stretching devices can clamp two ends of the section bar and stretch the section bar; the first male die assembly is capable of being adjacent to the first female die assembly to bend the profile disposed between the first male die assembly and the first female die assembly; characterized in that the stretching device comprises: the second male die assembly can be close to the second female die assembly so as to clamp the end of the section bar and simultaneously carry out bending forming operation on the end of the section bar; the stretching device also comprises an angle adjusting device and a first driving piece; the second male die assembly and the second female die assembly are arranged on the angle adjusting device; the angle adjusting device is arranged on a rack of the profile forming equipment in a sliding mode along the configuration direction of the profile, and the first driving piece is connected with the angle adjusting device so as to drive a second male die assembly and a second female die assembly which clamp the end of the profile to stretch the profile.

A profile forming apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said angle adjustment means comprises: the base has a plurality of locating holes, the regulation seat can with arbitrary one section of circular arc notch with the locating hole is corresponding, and connect through a locating piece the circular arc notch with the locating hole to the angle modulation of seat on the base is adjusted in the realization.

A profile forming apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the first male die assembly has a second drive member, a first connecting member connected to an output end of the second drive member, a first forming surface facing the first female die assembly, and an adjusting member for adjusting the curvature of the first forming surface; the first connecting piece is provided with an accommodating groove, and the adjusting piece is arranged in the accommodating groove.

The profile forming apparatus of claim 4, wherein the adjusting member comprises a plurality of adjusting blocks and a bar portion, the bar portion is connected to the connecting member via an extension arm, the plurality of adjusting blocks together form a curved surface, the bar portion has a first curved surface coinciding with the curved surface and a second curved surface opposite to the first curved surface and coinciding with the first forming surface.

A profile forming apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the second male die assembly comprises: the second female die assembly is provided with an end female die which is arranged corresponding to the end male die, and a sawtooth mechanism is formed between the end male die and the end female die so as to clamp the end of the section bar when the end male die and the end female die are assembled.

A profile forming apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the saw tooth mechanism comprises: first serrations formed on the end male die and second serrations formed on the end female die; one of the first saw tooth and the second saw tooth is provided with a guide post, and the other of the first saw tooth and the second saw tooth is provided with a guide groove corresponding to the guide post.
8. A profile forming apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the angle adjustment means is slidably arranged on the frame by means of a first guide rail.
9. A profile forming apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a support is provided between the male and female die assemblies for supporting the profile during the forming of the bend.
