Referring to fig. 6-8, during the mounting process of the vacuum cleaner 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the first filtering device 40 is fixed in the outer housing 11 of the main body 10 by rotating the snap, then the dust cup assembly 30 is sleeved on the filtering device 40, and the guide rail 331 of the connecting portion 33 is aligned with the guide groove 113 of the outer housing 111 of the main body 10, the protrusion 332 is pressed downward to enable the guide rail 331 to be smoothly mounted in the guide groove 113, the dust cup assembly 30 is further pushed backward along the axial direction, the connecting portion 33 drives the driving device 45 to move backward, the fourth spring 452 is gradually compressed, the second engaging portion 3132 of the connecting rod 313 on the cup body 31 abuts against the front end wall of the outer housing 11, and the second spring 315 is moved forward along the axial direction and compressed to enable the snap-fit of the snap 311 with the first snap 322, the dust cup assembly 30 continues to move backward until the second snap 332 on the connecting portion 33 snaps with the locking portion 114 on the main body 10, at this point the entire cleaner 100 is fully assembled.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the entire dirt cup assembly 30 is movable relative to the main body 10 in the axial direction between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the rear end wall of the cup 31 abuts against the front end wall of the outer case 11, the connecting portion 33 is completely received in the receiving cavity 111, and the second hook 334 is snap-fitted to the locking portion 115. In the second position, the rear end wall of the cup 31 is separated from the front end wall of the outer case 11, the second catch portion 334 is released from the snap-fit with the locking portion 115, and the projection 332 is in interference fit with the stopper 114, while the connecting portion 33 is mostly exposed outside the receiving cavity 111.
The wiper 335 is capable of sliding relative to the surface of the first separator 42 as the dirt cup assembly 30 is moved in an axial direction, i.e., from a first position to a second position. By the relative movement of the wiper 31 and the first separator surface 42, some dust in the mesh of the first separator 42 or hair entangled with the first separator surface 42 is removed.
Preferably, the inner diameter of the wiper 335 is smaller than or equal to the outer diameter of the first separator 42, so that the wiper 335 is arranged to rub against the surface of the first separator 42, thereby achieving better ash scraping effect.
Preferably, the distance of travel of the connection 33 from the first position to the second position is greater than the axial length of the mesh covered by the first separator 42, and the wiper 335 is located at the end of the first separator 42 when the connection 33 is in the first position, so that the wiper 335 can clean the entire mesh on the surface of the first separator 42 when the connection 33 is moved from the first position to the second position. It is possible to prevent the mesh dust from being incompletely cleaned on the surface of the first separator 42 or the hairs from being accumulated on the front end of the first separator. The problem that users cannot clean up cleanly can be prevented from cleaning for the second time.
When a user needs to clean dust in the cup 31 after completing a dust collection operation, the user only needs to push the release button 116 backwards, and then the release button 116 drives the locking portion 115 to move, so that the locking portion 115 is disengaged from the second hook 334 of the connecting portion 33, at this time, the driving device 45 drives the connecting portion to move, that is, the fourth spring 452 in a compressed state releases elastic potential energy to cause the elastic block 451 to rapidly eject forwards along the axial direction, and at the same time, the ejected elastic block 451 drives the connecting portion 33 to rapidly move forwards along the axial direction until the protrusion 334 at the end of the connecting portion 33 interferes with the blocking block 114 on the outer housing 11, and the whole process of moving the dust cup assembly 30 from the first position to the second position is completed, and the wiping member 335 makes relative sliding friction with the surface of the first separator 42 while moving, scraping dust and hair from the surface or mesh of the first separator 42. While the dirt cup assembly 30 is moved from the first position toward the second position, since the rear end wall of the cup body 31 is separated from the front end wall of the outer housing 11, the second spring 315 in a compressed state drives the second mating portion 3132 of the link 313 to move backward and takes the first mating portion 3131 of the link 313 to move backward at the same time, the inclined surface 3133 of the first mating portion 311 presses the latch 311 and compresses the first spring 312, so that the latch 311 is released from the snap-fit with the first latch portion 322 of the bottom cover 32, the bottom cover 32 pops open by the torsion spring, and dust in the cup body 31 is poured out of the opening of the bottom cover 32. The whole operation process user can accomplish through one-hand operation to the user need not to touch bottom and dirt cup subassembly in the whole process, has avoided the contaminated possibility of user's both hands, has promoted user's operation experience.
After the dust cup assembly 30 is moved backward along the axial direction after the dust pouring operation is completed, the fourth spring 452 of the driving device 45 is gradually compressed until the rear end wall of the cup 31 abuts against the front end wall of the outer housing 11, the second engaging portion 3132 of the connecting rod 313 is pressed by the front end wall of the outer housing 11 to move forward, meanwhile, the second spring 315 is compressed to drive the first engaging portion 3131 to move forward, the inclined surface 3133 of the first engaging portion 3131 is disengaged from the latch 311, the first spring 312 is changed from the compressed state to the pulled state, and the latch 311 and the first hook portion 322 of the bottom cover 32 are again latched with each other. At the same time, the second hook 334 of the connecting portion 33 cooperates with the locking portion 115 to produce a clicking sound to alert the user that the dirt cup assembly 30 has been moved to the first position and is completely secured to the main body portion 10. At this time, the whole operation process is completed, and the user can continue to perform dust collection work or store the dust collector.
Of course, if the user cannot completely discharge the dust in the cup 31 after operating the release button 116 once, the above-mentioned dust pouring operation may be repeated several times until the dust in the cup 31 is completely discharged.
The cleaner 100 of the invention controls the locking part 115 to be disengaged from the second hook part 334 through the trigger device, when the second hook part 334 is disengaged from the locking part 115, the driving device 45 drives the dust cup assembly 30 to move along the axial direction, and when the dust cup assembly 30 moves, the wiping piece 335 on the connecting part 33 generates relative sliding friction with the surface of the first separator 42, so as to carry out a dust scraping action, hang and remove dust blocked in the mesh hole on the first separator 42 or hair wound on the surface of the first separator 42, and avoid the secondary cleaning of a user. The user does not need to handle by hand to avoid touching dust.
The vacuum cleaner 100 of the present invention can complete the dust scraping operation and the dust cup bottom cover 32 opening operation at the same time by one key through the trigger device provided on the main body 10, thereby completely discharging the dust inside the cup body 31. And the trigger device is arranged at one end of the main body part 10 close to the holding part 20, so that a user can complete the whole trigger action with one hand, the use by the user is convenient, and the operation experience of the user is improved.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention.
