Specifically, the display module 610 displays the smart card on the terminal of the customer after the sending module 510 sends the smart card to the terminal of the customer; and after acquiring the recommendation information according to the personal information of the client, displaying the recommendation information on terminal equipment of a worker.
In the client data processing apparatus 600, the display of the smart card, the feedback information, and the recommendation information may be completed through the display module 610.
Fig. 7 schematically shows a block diagram of a client data processing arrangement 700 according to another embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 7, the client data processing apparatus 700 further includes a monitoring module 710 in addition to the sending module 510, the logging module 520, and the obtaining module 530 described in the embodiment of fig. 5.
Specifically, the monitoring module 71 is configured to monitor the browsing of the smart card by the client after the client terminal receives the smart card, so as to obtain browsing information of a product of the smart card browsed by the client, thereby being beneficial to providing a suitable product to the client after the staff knows the browsing information of the client.
Fig. 8 schematically shows a block diagram of a client data processing arrangement 800 according to another embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 8, in addition to the sending module 510, the logging module 520, and the obtaining module 530 described in the embodiment of fig. 5, the customer data processing apparatus 800 further includes a storage module 810.
Specifically, the storage module 810 is configured to store the smart card sent by the staff to the client, browsing information of the client browsing the smart card, client information entered by the staff, and recommendation information recommended by the system for the client information, so as to facilitate calling and reference by the staff.
It is understood that the sending module 510, the entering module 520, the obtaining module 530, the displaying module 610, the monitoring module 710, and the storing module 810 may be combined in one module to be implemented, or any one of them may be split into a plurality of modules. Alternatively, at least part of the functionality of one or more of these modules may be combined with at least part of the functionality of the other modules and implemented in one module. According to an embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the sending module 510, the logging module 520, the obtaining module 530, the displaying module 610, the monitoring module 710, and the storing module 810 may be at least partially implemented as a hardware circuit, such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a Programmable Logic Array (PLA), a system on a chip, a system on a substrate, a system on a package, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or may be implemented in hardware or firmware in any other reasonable manner of integrating or packaging a circuit, or in a suitable combination of three implementations of software, hardware, and firmware. Alternatively, at least one of the sending module 510, the entering module 520, the obtaining module 530, the displaying module 610, the monitoring module 710, and the storing module 810 may be at least partially implemented as a computer program module that, when executed by a computer, may perform the functions of the respective modules.
For details that are not disclosed in the embodiments of the client data processing apparatus of the present invention, reference is made to the above-described embodiments of the client data processing method of the present invention for details that are not disclosed in the embodiments of the apparatus of the present invention, since the respective modules of the client data processing apparatus of the exemplary embodiments of the present invention can be used to implement the steps of the above-described exemplary embodiments of the client data processing method described in fig. 3 and 4.
According to the client data processing device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the feedback information of reading the intelligent business card by the client can be obtained by pushing the intelligent business card to the client by a worker, and the recommendation information of the client can be determined according to the personal information of the client, so that the communication between the worker and the client according to the feedback information and the recommendation information is facilitated, and products required by the client are provided.
The specific implementation of each module, unit and sub-unit in the client data processing apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure may refer to the content in the client data processing method, and is not described herein again.
It should be noted that although several modules, units and sub-units of the apparatus for action execution are mentioned in the above detailed description, such division is not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more modules, units and sub-units described above may be embodied in one module, unit and sub-unit, in accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure. Conversely, the features and functions of one module, unit and sub-unit described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of modules, units and sub-units.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will readily understand that the exemplary embodiments described herein may be implemented by software, or by software in combination with necessary hardware. Therefore, the technical solution according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.) or on a network, and includes several instructions to enable a computing device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a touch terminal, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

1. A method for processing customer data, comprising:
pushing the intelligent business card to the client;
receiving feedback information of the customer reading the intelligent business card;
receiving personal information of the client input by a worker;
determining recommendation information of the client according to the personal information of the client; and
displaying the feedback information and the recommendation information at a terminal so that the staff can conveniently communicate with the client based on the feedback information and the recommendation information;
the feedback information can be dynamically adjusted according to the reading condition of the client, and the recommendation information can be dynamically adjusted according to the variation of the personal information of the client.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein pushing a smart business card to a customer comprises:
and pushing the intelligent business card comprising product information to the client.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving staff-entered personal information for the customer comprises:
and receiving the sex, age, company, position and child parent condition of the client, which are input by a staff.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining recommendation information for the customer based on the customer's personal information comprises:
acquiring the consumption capacity, the physical condition, the consumption center and the interest topic of the client according to the personal information of the client, and acquiring the matched product of the client according to the consumption capacity, the physical condition and the consumption center of the client.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein displaying the feedback information and the recommendation information at a terminal to facilitate the staff member to communicate with the customer based on the feedback information and the recommendation information comprises:
and the staff deepens communication with the client according to the topics which the client is interested in, and recommends the matched product to the client according to the matched product and the feedback information.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein receiving feedback information that the customer read the smart card comprises:
and receiving the information of the products included in the intelligent business card browsed by the client.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein receiving feedback information that the customer read the smart business card comprises:
and receiving the times, the browsing time length, the browsing depth and the browsing specific time of the product included in the intelligent business card browsed by the client, wherein the browsing depth refers to an interface or a menu level at which the browsing of the client is stopped.
8. An apparatus for processing customer data, comprising:
the sending module is configured to send the intelligent business card to a client and send feedback information and recommendation information to a worker;
the input module is configured to input personal information of the customer; and
and the acquisition module is configured to acquire the recommendation information of the client according to the personal information of the client.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device configured to store one or more programs which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of processing customer data according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, implements a method of processing customer data according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
