By the technical scheme, the tax-sensitive pollutant emission data of the user is acquired from the environmental protection department service system to generate a second environmental protection tax declaration form, and the second environmental protection tax declaration form is compared with the first environmental protection tax declaration form submitted by the user to generate difference information. The difference information can be used for the tax administration department to audit and verify the first environment-friendly tax declaration form submitted by the user, time and labor are saved, the office efficiency of the tax administration department is improved, and accurate management of the environment-friendly tax declaration of an enterprise (user) is realized. Meanwhile, the difference information can also be used for guiding enterprises (users) to declare the environmental protection tax and assisting the enterprises to conveniently, timely and accurately finish the declaration work of the environmental protection tax. The difference information can also be used for the environmental protection department to verify whether the acquired tax-required pollutant emission data of the user is correct or not, so that the environmental protection department can conveniently process enterprises according to verification results.
Based on the above inventive concept, the embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the environmental tax declaration monitoring management method.
Based on the inventive concept, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an electronic device. Referring to FIG. 4, a block diagram of an electronic device 400 is shown in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. For example, the electronic device 400 may be provided as a server. Referring to fig. 4, the electronic device 400 comprises a processor 422, which may be one or more in number, and a memory 432 for storing computer programs executable by the processor 422. The computer program stored in memory 432 may include one or more modules that each correspond to a set of instructions. Further, the processor 422 may be configured to execute the computer program to perform the above-described eco-tax declaration monitoring management method.
Additionally, electronic device 400 may also include a power component 426 and a communication component 450, the power component 426 may be configured to perform power management of the electronic device 400, and the communication component 450 may be configured to enable communication, e.g., wired or wireless communication, of the electronic device 400. The electronic device 400 may also include input/output (I/O) interfaces 458. The electronic device 400 may operate based on an operating system stored in the memory 432, such as Windows Server, Mac OSXTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, and the like.
In another exemplary embodiment, a computer readable storage medium comprising program instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the above-described method for environmental tax declaration monitoring management is also provided. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be the memory 432 including program instructions executable by the processor 422 of the electronic device 400 to perform the environmental tax declaration monitoring management method described above.
In another exemplary embodiment, a computer program product is also provided, which comprises a computer program executable by a programmable apparatus, the computer program having code portions for performing the above-mentioned eco-tax declaration monitoring management method when executed by the programmable apparatus.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present disclosure within the technical idea of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications all belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that, in the foregoing embodiments, various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner, and in order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various combinations that are possible in the present disclosure are not described again.
In addition, any combination of various embodiments of the present disclosure may be made, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present disclosure, as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

1. An environmental tax declaration monitoring management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring tax-responsible pollutant emission data of a user from a service system of an environmental protection department and acquiring a first environmental protection tax declaration form submitted by the user from a taxation authority collection and management system;
and generating a second environment-friendly tax return form of the user according to the tax-sensitive pollutant emission data, and comparing the first environment-friendly tax return form with the second environment-friendly tax return form to generate difference information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and sending the difference information and a first reminding message to a client of the user in a reporting period so as to remind the user to modify the first environment-friendly tax reporting form.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises:
and after a declaration period and/or after a rechecking application sent by the client of the user is received, sending the difference information and a second reminding message to the client of the environmental protection department to remind the environmental protection department of rechecking the difference information.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and receiving a rechecking result sent by a client of the environmental protection department, and regenerating a second environmental protection declaration form of the user according to the rechecking result or sending a third reminding message to the client of the user according to the rechecking result so as to remind the user to modify the first environmental protection tax declaration form.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and counting all the difference information of the user generated within a preset time limit to obtain a statistical result and storing the statistical result.
6. An environmental tax declaration monitoring management apparatus, comprising:
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring tax-responsible pollutant emission data of a user from a service system of an environmental protection department and acquiring a first environmental protection tax declaration form submitted by the user from a taxation authority collection and management system;
and the difference generation module is used for generating a second environment-friendly tax return form of the user according to the tax-sensitive pollutant emission data, and comparing the first environment-friendly tax return form with the second environment-friendly tax return form to generate difference information.
7. The environmental tax declaration monitoring and managing apparatus of claim 6, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
and the first reminding module is used for sending the difference information and the first reminding message to the client of the user in the declaration period so as to remind the user to modify the first environment-friendly tax declaration form.
8. An environmental tax declaration monitoring management system is characterized by comprising a processing server, a database server, an application server and a Web management device:
the processing server is used for acquiring tax-responsible pollutant emission data of a user from a service system of an environmental protection department and acquiring a first environmental protection tax declaration form submitted by the user from a taxation authority collection and management system, and storing the tax-responsible pollutant emission data and the environmental protection tax declaration form of the user to the database server;
the application server is used for acquiring tax-responsible pollutant emission data of the user from the database server, generating a second environment-friendly tax return form of the user according to the tax-responsible pollutant emission data, and comparing the first environment-friendly tax return form with the second environment-friendly tax return form to generate difference information;
and the Web management device is used for displaying the difference information.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory having a computer program stored thereon;
a processor for executing the computer program in the memory to carry out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
