The polishing head 43 can swing up and down under the action of external force, a torsional spring II 422 which enables the polishing head 43 to keep a horizontal state in a natural state is arranged at the hinged joint, one end of the torsional spring II 422 is fixed to the polishing head 43, the other end of the torsional spring II 422 is fixed to the connecting groove 421, and the torsional spring II 422 can be inlaid in the polishing head 43. The exhaust fan 47 is arranged at the top end of the air outlet 131; eventually, the foreign materials are sucked out through the suction pipe 46.
The controller 14 is arranged between the push rods 11, the controller 14 is provided with a control button 41, the control button 141 comprises a start button and a stop button of the first driving motor 25, a start button and a stop button of the rotating motor 26, an extension button and a contraction button of the swing air cylinder 241, a forward rotation button and a reverse rotation button of the righting rod driving motor 34, a start button and a stop button of the second driving motor 44, a start button and a stop button of the water pump 413, an extension button and a contraction button of the lifting air cylinder 45 and a start button and a stop button of the exhaust fan 46, and a rechargeable battery can be installed on the vehicle body 1 to provide power.
The use method of the invention comprises the following steps:

Thirdly, when the warning light 121 flickers during cleaning, all the control buttons 41 in the second step are turned off (or all the control buttons 41 in the second step can be controlled to be turned off by using a total stop button), then the vehicle body 1 is pushed to move backwards, then the contraction button of the swing air cylinder 241 is pressed, the rotating frame 23 is lifted, then the start button of the rotating motor 26 is pressed to switch the cutting disc 22, and then the second step of action is repeated.
And fourthly, continuously repeating the second step and the third step until the cleaning is finished, wherein sundries in the first material containing box 154 and the second material containing box 48 can be dumped down, and then the stop button of the first driving motor 25, the contraction button of the swing air cylinder 241, the reverse button of the righting rod driving motor 34, the extension button of the lifting air cylinder 45, the stop button of the second driving motor 44, the stop button of the water pump 413 and the stop button of the exhaust fan 46 are pressed down, and the action is finished.
