Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌羊毛织物及其制备方法。制备方法为:麸皮、磷酸氢二铵、酵母膏、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸镁和吐温80加入水中,接入枯草芽孢杆菌发酵,然后过滤、超滤后浓缩得破壁液;酵母粉、麦芽粉、葡萄糖、可溶性淀粉和邻联甲苯胺加入水中,接入白腐菌发酵得白腐菌发酵液后,加入破壁液,过滤、超滤后浓缩得白腐菌酶液;菜籽油、玉米浆、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸镁和氯化钙加入水中,接入毛霉发酵得毛霉发酵液,加入破壁液,过滤、超滤后浓缩得毛霉酶液;将黄芩苷加入白腐菌酶液与毛霉酶液,过滤后制得整理酶液;(5)羊毛织物加入整理酶液中浸渍,通入空气反应,水洗风干,制得抗菌羊毛织物。该抗菌羊毛织物具有持久、广谱的抗菌性能,耐洗性好。

本发明涉及纺织面料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌羊毛织物及其制备方法。
背景技术
羊毛织物手感柔软,保暖性好,弹性好,穿着舒适,备受消费者青睐。作为动物毛发的羊毛,其纤维上会存在一些微生物和细菌,如金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等,这些残留在织物表面的细菌在穿着使用时会危害人们的健康。目前羊毛织物具有持久、广谱的抗菌性能,耐洗性好。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌羊毛织物及其制备方法,该抗菌羊毛织物具有持久、广谱的抗菌性能,耐洗涤,且不会对人体及皮肤产生毒性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种抗菌羊毛织物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1.将麸皮、磷酸氢二铵、酵母膏、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸镁和吐温80加入水中,灭菌后,接入枯草芽孢杆菌发酵后,过滤、超滤后浓缩得到破壁液,其中,所述麸皮、磷酸氢二铵、酵母膏、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸镁和吐温80和水的比例为(20~30)g:(5~8)g:(5~9)g:(1~1.5)g:(0.1~0.2)g:(2~5)ml:1000ml;
S2.将酵母粉、麦芽粉、葡萄糖、可溶性淀粉和邻联甲苯胺加入水中,灭菌后,接入白腐菌发酵后,得白腐菌发酵液,其中,所述酵母粉、麦芽粉、葡萄糖、可溶性淀粉、邻联甲苯胺和水的比例为(4~8)g:(10~20)g:(4~8)g:(4~12)g:(0.075~0.1)g:1000ml;
S3.将所述破壁液加入所述白腐菌发酵液,充分搅拌,过滤、超滤后浓缩得到白腐菌酶液,其中,所述破壁液和所述白腐菌发酵液的体积比为(40~90):1000;
S4.将菜籽油、玉米浆、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸镁和氯化钙加入水中,灭菌后,接入毛霉发酵后,得到毛霉发酵液,其中,所述菜籽油、玉米浆、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸镁、氯化钙和水的比例为(30~36)g:(30~35)g:(4.5~8)g:(0.1~0.3)g:(0.2~0.4)g:1000ml;
S5.将所述破壁液加入所述毛霉发酵液,充分搅拌,过滤、超滤后浓缩得到毛霉酶液,其中,所述破壁液和所述毛霉发酵液的体积比为(40~90):1000;
S6.将黄芩苷和所述白腐菌酶液加入所述毛霉酶液,充分搅拌,过滤后制得整理酶液,其中,所述黄芩苷、白腐菌酶液与毛霉酶液的比例为1g:(100~200)ml:(50~100)ml;
S7.将羊毛织物浸渍在所述整理酶液中,以1~2vvm速率通入空气,25~30℃下浸渍24~48h,然后水洗风干,制得抗菌羊毛织物。
优选的,步骤S1中,所述发酵温度30~37℃,搅拌速度180~250r/min,通气量0.8~1vvm,发酵时间为48~72h。
优选的,步骤S2中,所述发酵温度20~25℃,搅拌速度120~180r/min,通气量0.8~1vvm,发酵时间为48~72h。
优选的,步骤S4中,所述发酵温度25~30℃,搅拌速度120~180r/min,通气量0.8~1vvm,发酵时间为48~72h。
优选的,步骤S1、S3和S5中,所述浓缩倍数为4~8倍。

本发明还提供了一种上述制备方法制备得到的抗菌羊毛织物。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1)利用植物提取物黄芩苷对羊毛织物进行抗菌整理,对人体无毒害作用,对生态友好,避免了银离子及纳米银抗菌整理对环境生物和人体的遗传、生殖毒性,也避免了有机抗菌整理剂使用过程中对环境的污染。
2)本发明采用白腐菌发酵产的漆酶、假丝酵母发酵产的脂酶催化黄芩苷上的酚羟基及羧基与羊毛纤维上的半胱氨酸巯基进行酯化交联,赋予羊毛纤维优良的抗菌活性。
3)利用枯草芽孢杆菌发酵产的木聚糖酶和纤维素酶还能破坏白腐菌和假丝酵母的细胞壁,使漆酶和脂酶充分溶出。
4)与常规工艺相比,本发明采用混合的粗酶液直接对羊毛织物进行整理,工艺简化,节约成本,大大提高可操作性。
具体实施方式
为了进一步理解本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明优选实施方案进行描述,但是应当理解,这些描述只是为了进一步说明本发明的特征和优点,而不是对本发明权利要求的限制。
实施例1
一种抗菌羊毛织物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、将75g麸皮、18g磷酸氢二铵、21g酵母膏、3.75g磷酸氢二钾、0.45g硫酸镁和9ml吐温80加入3000ml水中,灭菌后,接入枯草芽孢杆菌,在35℃下220r/min搅拌0.9vvm通气发酵60h后,过滤、超滤后浓缩6倍得到破壁液;
2、将18g酵母粉、45g麦芽粉、18g葡萄糖、24g可溶性淀粉和0.24g邻联甲苯胺加入3000ml水中,灭菌后,接入白腐菌,在22℃下160r/min搅拌0.9vvm通气发酵60h后,将150ml破壁液加入白腐菌发酵液,充分搅拌,过滤、超滤后浓缩6倍得到白腐菌酶液;
3、将32g菜籽油、34g玉米浆、6g磷酸氢二钾、0.2g硫酸镁和0.3g氯化钙加入1000ml水中,灭菌后,接入毛霉,在28℃下160r/min搅拌0.9vvm通气发酵60h后,将50ml破壁液加入毛霉发酵液,充分搅拌,过滤、超滤后浓缩6倍得到毛霉酶液;
4、将0.5g黄芩苷加入75ml白腐菌酶液与35ml毛霉酶液,充分搅拌,过滤后制得整理酶液;
5、将1g羊毛织物放入50ml整理酶液中,28℃下浸渍30h,同时以1.5vvm速率通入空气,水洗风干,制得抗菌羊毛织物。
实施例2
一种抗菌羊毛织物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、将60g麸皮、15g磷酸氢二铵、15g酵母膏、3g磷酸氢二钾、0.3g硫酸镁和6ml吐温80加入3000ml水中,灭菌后,接入枯草芽孢杆菌,在30℃下180r/min搅拌0.8vvm通气发酵48h后,过滤、超滤后浓缩4倍得到破壁液;
2、将12g酵母粉、30g麦芽粉、12g葡萄糖、12g可溶性淀粉和0.225g邻联甲苯胺加入3000ml水中,灭菌后,接入白腐菌,在20℃下120r/min搅拌0.8vvm通气发酵48h后,将120ml破壁液加入白腐菌发酵液,充分搅拌,过滤、超滤后浓缩4倍得到白腐菌酶液;
3、将30g菜籽油、30g玉米浆、4.5g磷酸氢二钾、0.1g硫酸镁和0.2g氯化钙加入1000ml水中,灭菌后,接入毛霉,在25℃下120r/min搅拌0.8vvm通气发酵48h后,将40ml破壁液加入毛霉发酵液,充分搅拌,过滤、超滤后浓缩4倍得到毛霉酶液;
4、将0.3g黄芩苷加入30ml白腐菌酶液与15ml毛霉酶液,充分搅拌,过滤后制得整理酶液;
5、将1g羊毛织物放入40ml整理酶液中,25℃下浸渍24h,同时以1vvm速率通入空气,水洗风干,制得抗菌羊毛织物。
实施例3
一种抗菌羊毛织物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、将90g麸皮、24g磷酸氢二铵、27g酵母膏、4.5g磷酸氢二钾、0.6g硫酸镁和15ml吐温80加入3000ml水中,灭菌后,接入枯草芽孢杆菌,在37℃下250r/min搅拌1vvm通气发酵72h后,过滤、超滤后浓缩8倍得到破壁液;
2、将16g酵母粉、40g麦芽粉、16g葡萄糖、24g可溶性淀粉和0.2g邻联甲苯胺加入2000ml水中,灭菌后,接入白腐菌,在25℃下180r/min搅拌1vvm通气发酵72h后,将180ml破壁液加入白腐菌发酵液,充分搅拌,过滤、超滤后浓缩8倍得到白腐菌酶液;
3、将36g菜籽油、35g玉米浆、8g磷酸氢二钾、0.3g硫酸镁和0.4g氯化钙加入1000ml水中,灭菌后,接入毛霉,在30℃下180r/min搅拌1vvm通气发酵72h后,将90ml破壁液加入毛霉发酵液,充分搅拌,过滤、超滤后浓缩8倍得到毛霉酶液;
4、将0.2g黄芩苷加入40ml白腐菌酶液与20ml毛霉酶液,充分搅拌,过滤后制得整理酶液;
5、将1g羊毛织物放入60ml整理酶液中,30℃下浸渍48h,同时以2vvm速率通入空气,水洗风干,制得抗菌羊毛织物。
对比例1(整理酶液中去白腐菌酶液)
一种抗菌羊毛织物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、将75g麸皮、18g磷酸氢二铵、21g酵母膏、3.75g磷酸氢二钾、0.45g硫酸镁和9ml吐温80加入3000ml水中,灭菌后,接入枯草芽孢杆菌,在35℃下220r/min搅拌0.9vvm通气发酵60h后,过滤、超滤后浓缩6倍得到破壁液;
2、将32g菜籽油、34g玉米浆、6g磷酸氢二钾、0.2g硫酸镁和0.3g氯化钙加入1000ml水中,灭菌后,接入毛霉,在28℃下160r/min搅拌0.9vvm通气发酵60h后,将50ml破壁液加入毛霉发酵液,充分搅拌,过滤、超滤后浓缩6倍得到毛霉酶液;
3、将1g黄芩苷加入70ml毛霉酶液,充分搅拌,过滤后制得整理酶液;
4、将1g羊毛织物放入50ml整理酶液中,28℃下浸渍30h,同时以1.5vvm速率通入空气,水洗风干,制得抗菌羊毛织物。
对比例2(去破壁液)
一种抗菌羊毛织物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、将18g酵母粉、45g麦芽粉、18g葡萄糖、24g可溶性淀粉和0.24g邻联甲苯胺加入3000ml水中,灭菌后,接入白腐菌,在22℃下160r/min搅拌0.9vvm通气发酵60h后,过滤、超滤后浓缩6倍得到白腐菌酶液;
2、将32g菜籽油、34g玉米浆、6g磷酸氢二钾、0.2g硫酸镁和0.3g氯化钙加入1000ml水中,灭菌后,接入毛霉,在28℃下160r/min搅拌0.9vvm通气发酵60h后,过滤、超滤后浓缩6倍得到毛霉酶液;
3、将0.5g黄芩苷加入75ml白腐菌酶液与35ml毛霉酶液,充分搅拌,过滤后制得整理酶液;
4、将1g羊毛织物放入50ml整理酶液中,28℃下浸渍30h,同时以1.5vvm速率通入空气,水洗风干,制得抗菌羊毛织物。
对比例3(整理酶液中去毛霉酶液)
1、将75g麸皮、18g磷酸氢二铵、21g酵母膏、3.75g磷酸氢二钾、0.45g硫酸镁和9ml吐温80加入3000ml水中,灭菌后,接入枯草芽孢杆菌,在35℃下220r/min搅拌0.9vvm通气发酵60h后,过滤、超滤后浓缩6倍得到破壁液;
2、将18g酵母粉、45g麦芽粉、18g葡萄糖、24g可溶性淀粉和0.24g邻联甲苯胺加入3000ml水中,灭菌后,接入白腐菌,在22℃下160r/min搅拌0.9vvm通气发酵60h后,将150ml破壁液加入白腐菌发酵液,充分搅拌,过滤、超滤后浓缩6倍得到白腐菌酶液;
3、将0.5g黄芩苷加入75ml白腐菌酶液,充分搅拌,过滤后制得整理酶液;
4、将1g羊毛织物放入50ml整理酶液中,28℃下浸渍30h,同时以1.5vvm速率通入空气,水洗风干,制得抗菌羊毛织物。
羊毛织物抗菌耐洗次数实验:
取实施例4~6和对比例1~3及市售羊毛织物1(恒源祥男士100%纯羊毛半高领羊毛衫面料)和市售羊毛织物2(鄂尔多斯圆领长袖女羊毛针织衫面料),根据AATCC100-2004和AATCC124-2006标准检验其洗涤前后对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抑制效果见表1。

根据表1可知,本发明制备的羊毛织物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌均有显著的抑制效果,经过多达50次洗涤后仍保持较高的抑菌率。而对比例经数次洗涤后,对各种微生物的抑制效果明显降低。市售羊毛织物没有检测出抑菌效果。
本行业的技术人员应该了解,本发明不受上述实施例的限制,上述实施例和说明书中描述的只是说明本发明的原理,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,本发明还会有各种变化和改进,这些变化和改进都落入要求保护的本发明范围内。本发明要求保护范围由所附的权利要求书及其等效物界定。
Claims (7)
1.一种抗菌羊毛织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.将麸皮、磷酸氢二铵、酵母膏、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸镁和吐温80加入水中,灭菌后,接入枯草芽孢杆菌发酵后,过滤、超滤后浓缩得到破壁液,其中,所述麸皮、磷酸氢二铵、酵母膏、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸镁和吐温80和水的比例为(20~30)g:(5~8)g:(5~9)g:(1~1.5)g:(0.1~0.2)g:(2~5)ml:1000ml;
S2.将酵母粉、麦芽粉、葡萄糖、可溶性淀粉和邻联甲苯胺加入水中,灭菌后,接入白腐菌发酵后,得白腐菌发酵液,其中,所述酵母粉、麦芽粉、葡萄糖、可溶性淀粉、邻联甲苯胺和水的比例为(4~8)g:(10~20)g:(4~8)g:(4~12)g:(0.075~0.1)g:1000ml;
S3.将所述破壁液加入所述白腐菌发酵液,充分搅拌,过滤、超滤后浓缩得到白腐菌酶液,其中,所述破壁液和所述白腐菌发酵液的体积比为(40~90):1000;
S4.将菜籽油、玉米浆、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸镁和氯化钙加入水中,灭菌后,接入毛霉发酵后,得到毛霉发酵液,其中,所述菜籽油、玉米浆、磷酸氢二钾、硫酸镁、氯化钙和水的比例为(30~36)g:(30~35)g:(4.5~8)g:(0.1~0.3)g:(0.2~0.4)g:1000ml;
S5.将所述破壁液加入所述毛霉发酵液,充分搅拌,过滤、超滤后浓缩得到毛霉酶液,其中,所述破壁液和所述毛霉发酵液的体积比为(40~90):1000;
S6.将黄芩苷和所述白腐菌酶液加入所述毛霉酶液,充分搅拌,过滤后制得整理酶液,其中,所述黄芩苷、白腐菌酶液与毛霉酶液的比例为1g:(100~200)ml:(50~100)ml;
S7.将羊毛织物浸渍在所述整理酶液中,以1~2vvm速率通入空气,25~30℃下浸渍24~48h,然后水洗风干,制得抗菌羊毛织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,所述发酵温度30~37℃,搅拌速度180~250r/min,通气量0.8~1vvm,发酵时间为48~72h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中,所述发酵温度20~25℃,搅拌速度120~180r/min,通气量0.8~1vvm,发酵时间为48~72h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中,所述发酵温度25~30℃,搅拌速度120~180r/min,通气量0.8~1vvm,发酵时间为48~72h。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1、S3和S5中,所述浓缩倍数为4~8倍。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S7中,所述整理酶液的用量为每克羊毛织物使用40~60ml整理酶液。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述制备方法制备得到的抗菌羊毛织物。
