The present embodiment also provides a control method of the drum washing machine, where the washing machine executes a washing/rinsing procedure, the washing machine controls washing water to enter the water measuring tank, when the water amount in the water measuring tank reaches a set value, water inflow is stopped, water in the water measuring tank is completely discharged into the inner drum, water inflow is restarted to enter the water measuring tank, and the above-mentioned steps are repeated until the water level in the inner drum reaches the set value, and water inflow is ended.
Furthermore, the washing machine controls the washing water to enter the water measuring tank, when the water amount in the water measuring tank reaches a set value, the water stops entering, the heating device is controlled to operate to heat the washing water, and when the water temperature detection device detects that the water temperature in the water measuring tank reaches the set value, all the water in the water measuring tank is discharged into the inner barrel.
EXAMPLE III
The embodiment mainly solves the problem of how to ensure the unbalanced air pressure of the sealed cabin of the drum washing machine with the non-porous inner barrel, and particularly, the water is cut off by a sudden electromagnetic valve, particularly a tap water pipe network to form negative pressure, and washing water in the sealed cabin is backwashed to the pipe network; or the gas exists inside, and the water is difficult to enter.
As shown in fig. 5-7, the drum washing machine of the present embodiment includes an inner drum 17, the inner drum 17 is a non-porous inner drum, and is used for containing washing water when washing clothes, and further includes an air pressure balancing mechanism for communicating the inner drum 17 with the external environment to balance the air pressure inside the inner drum.
When water enters, the air in the sealed cabin of the inner cylinder is pressurized and can overflow through the balancing mechanism, so that the air pressure balance is ensured.
When water is cut off suddenly, external atmosphere can enter the sealed cabin of the inner barrel rapidly, suck back is damaged, air pressure balance is guaranteed, and washing water is prevented from being sucked into a tap water pipe network.
The air pressure balancing mechanism can also ensure the air pressure balance of the inner barrel during dehydration.
As an implementation manner of this embodiment, the air pressure balancing mechanism includes a pressure equalizing hole 27 disposed on the inner barrel 17, and one end of the pressure equalizing hole 27, which is communicated with the inside of the inner barrel 17, is disposed on the inner barrel 17 at a position close to the central rotation axis and is always higher than the highest water level position in the inner barrel 17.
The drum washing machine of the embodiment comprises a driving motor 16 and an inner drum shaft 13, wherein the driving motor 16 is in transmission connection with the inner drum 17 through the inner drum shaft 13 to drive the inner drum 17 to rotate, a pressure equalizing pore passage 27 is formed in the inner drum shaft 13 to communicate the inside of the inner drum 17 with the external environment, and the highest water level in the inner drum 17 is lower than that of the inner drum shaft 13. Thus, the water in the inner cylinder can be prevented from flowing out of the pressure equalizing pore passage.
The drum washing machine of the embodiment comprises an outer drum 18, wherein the inner drum 17 is arranged inside the outer drum 18, water discharged from the inner drum 17 is discharged through the outer drum 18, an inner drum door 6 for sealing the inner drum is arranged at the opening of the inner drum 17, the opening of the outer drum 18 is open, one end of a pressure equalizing channel 27 is communicated with the inside of the inner drum 17, and the other end of the pressure equalizing channel is arranged inside the outer drum 18 and communicated with the inside of the outer drum 18. In this way, the bore effluent is prevented from being collected within the outer cartridge 18.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, an inner cylinder drain hole is formed in a side wall of the inner cylinder 17, a normally closed one-way valve plug 11 is installed on the inner cylinder drain hole, and a push rod mechanism 10 for pushing the one-way valve plug 11 open to drain water is installed on the outer cylinder 18.
Preferably, a locking mechanism for locking the rotation of the inner cylinder is further arranged on the outer cylinder 18, and the push rod mechanism pushes the one-way valve plug open for drainage after the locking mechanism locks the inner cylinder.
Further, the drum washing machine of the present embodiment includes a water inlet pipeline, the inner drum shaft 13 has a hollow channel 14 therein, which is communicated with the inside of the inner drum 17, and the water inlet pipeline is communicated with the hollow channel 14 of the inner drum shaft 13; the pressure equalizing pore passage 27 and the hollow channel 14 are respectively communicated with the inside of the inner cylinder 17 and are arranged in a mutually isolated way. Thus, the gas in the sealed cabin of the inner cylinder can be smoothly discharged to keep the air pressure in the inner cylinder balanced, and simultaneously, the water leakage caused by the direct discharge of the inlet water from the pressure equalizing pore passage 27 can be prevented.
Specifically, the hollow channel 27 extends from one end to the other end along the central axis direction of the inner cylinder shaft, the pressure equalizing channel includes a first channel section and a second channel section, the first channel section is arranged in parallel with the hollow channel, one end of the first channel section is communicated with the inside of the inner cylinder, one end of the second channel section is communicated with the first channel section, and the other end of the second channel section extends to the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder shaft and is communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder.
Preferably, the second pore channel section and the first pore channel section are vertically arranged to form an L-shaped pressure equalizing pore channel.
Further, the inner cylinder shaft 13 is connected with a driving motor 16, the driving motor 16 comprises a stator and a rotor, and the rotor is fixedly connected with the inner cylinder shaft; the center of the rotor is provided with a through hole, and the water inlet pipeline penetrates through the through hole of the rotor to be communicated with the hollow channel of the inner cylinder shaft.
Preferably, a first dynamic sealing structure is arranged between the water inlet pipeline and the through hole of the rotor, and a second sealing structure is arranged between the through hole of the rotor and the hollow channel of the inner cylinder shaft.
The drum type washing machine of this embodiment, set up a plurality of dehydration holes on the lateral wall of inner tube 17, all install the centrifugal valve on the dehydration hole, the centrifugal valve open under the effect of dehydration centrifugal force and dewater the drainage.

As shown in fig. 8-12, the drum washing machine of the present embodiment includes an inner drum 17, the inner drum 17 is a non-porous inner drum, and holds washing water when washing clothes, and further includes a pressurization mechanism and/or a pressure release mechanism for communicating the inner drum with the external environment to balance the air pressure inside the inner drum 17.
The pressurizing mechanism described in this embodiment includes a pressurizing duct 28 and a negative pressure safety valve 29, the negative pressure safety valve 29 is disposed on the pressurizing duct 28, and is used for conducting the pressurizing duct 28 in one way when the internal pressure of the inner cylinder 17 is smaller than the atmospheric pressure of the external environment, the external environment gas enters the inner cylinder 17 from the pressurizing duct 28 to be pressurized until the internal pressure of the inner cylinder 17 is balanced with the atmospheric pressure of the external environment, and the negative pressure safety valve 29 is closed.
The pressure relief mechanism described in this embodiment includes a pressure relief hole 30 and a positive pressure safety valve 31, the pressure relief hole 30 is disposed at a position close to the rotation center axis on the inner cylinder 17 and is always higher than the highest water level position in the inner cylinder 17, the positive pressure safety valve 31 is disposed on the pressure relief hole 30, and is used for conducting the pressure relief hole 30 in one way for pressure relief when the internal pressure of the inner cylinder 17 is greater than the atmospheric pressure of the external environment, until the internal pressure of the inner cylinder 17 is balanced with the atmospheric pressure of the external environment, and the positive pressure safety valve 31 is closed.
As shown in fig. 9, when water enters, the air in the sealed cabin of the inner cylinder 17 is pressurized, and once the pressure is greater than the set value of the positive pressure safety valve, the positive pressure safety valve is opened, and the air can overflow through the pressure relief hole, so that the air pressure balance is ensured.
As shown in fig. 10, when water is suddenly cut off, the air in the sealed cabin of the inner cylinder 17 is pressurized, once the air is smaller than the set value of the positive pressure safety valve, the external atmosphere can rapidly enter the sealed cabin and destroy the suck-back, so that the air pressure balance is ensured, and the washing water is prevented from being sucked into a tap water pipe network.
Other air pressure balancing mechanisms can also ensure the air pressure balance of the inner cylinder during dehydration.
The drum washing machine of the embodiment comprises a driving motor 16 and an inner drum shaft 13, wherein the driving motor 16 is in transmission connection with the inner drum 17 through the inner drum shaft 13 to drive the inner drum 17 to rotate, a pressurizing pore channel 28 and/or a pressure relief pore channel 30 are/is formed in the inner drum shaft 13 to communicate the inside of the inner drum 17 with the external environment, and the highest water level in the inner drum 17 is lower than the inner drum shaft 13.
The drum washing machine of the embodiment comprises an outer drum 18, wherein an inner drum 17 is arranged inside the outer drum 18, water discharged from the inner drum 17 is discharged from the outer drum 18, an inner drum door 6 for sealing the inner drum is installed at a drum opening of the inner drum 17, the drum opening of the outer drum 18 is opened, one end of a pressurizing pore passage 28 and/or a pressure relief pore passage 30 is communicated with the inside of the inner drum 17, and the other end of the pressurizing pore passage and/or the pressure relief pore passage 30 is arranged inside the outer drum 18 and communicated with the inside of the outer drum 18.
The drum washing machine of the embodiment comprises a water inlet pipeline, wherein a hollow channel 14 communicated with the inside of an inner drum 17 is arranged in an inner drum shaft 13, and the water inlet pipeline is communicated with the hollow channel 14 of the inner drum shaft 13; the pressure relief duct 30 and the hollow channel 14 are respectively communicated with the interior of the inner cylinder 17 and are arranged in an isolated manner.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the hollow channel 14 extends from one end to the other end along the central axis of the inner cylinder shaft 13, the pressure relief duct 30 includes a first duct section and a second duct section, the first duct section is arranged in parallel with the hollow channel, one end of the first duct section is communicated with the inside of the inner cylinder, one end of the second duct section is communicated with the first duct section, and the other end of the second duct section extends to the outer peripheral wall of the inner cylinder shaft to be communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder;
preferably, the second duct section and the first duct section are arranged perpendicularly to form an L-shaped pressure relief duct.
The drum washing machine of the embodiment comprises a water inlet pipeline, wherein a hollow channel 14 communicated with the inside of an inner drum 17 is arranged in an inner drum shaft 13, and the water inlet pipeline is communicated with the hollow channel 14 of the inner drum shaft 13; the pressurizing port 28 is in communication with the hollow passage 14.
Further, the hollow passage 14 extends from one end to the other end along the central axis direction of the inner cylinder shaft 13, one end of the pressurizing duct 28 is communicated with the hollow passage 14, and the other end extends to the outer peripheral wall of the inner cylinder shaft 13 and is communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder 18.
Preferably, the pressurizing port 28 and the hollow passage 14 are arranged perpendicular to each other.
The inner cylinder shaft is connected with the driving motor, the driving motor comprises a stator and a rotor, and the rotor is fixedly connected with the inner cylinder shaft; the center of the rotor is provided with a through hole, and the water inlet pipeline penetrates through the through hole of the rotor to be communicated with the hollow channel of the inner cylinder shaft.
Preferably, a first dynamic sealing structure is arranged between the water inlet pipeline and the through hole of the rotor, and a second sealing structure is arranged between the through hole of the rotor and the hollow channel of the inner cylinder shaft.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the pressurizing duct 28 and the pressure relief duct 30 are both disposed on the inner cylinder shaft 13, and the openings for communicating with the atmosphere are both inside the outer cylinder 18; the openings of the sealed cabins communicated with the inner barrel 17 are all arranged at the inner side of the water inlet channel 14 of the inner barrel shaft 13.
It is contemplated that the preferred pressurization and depressurization passageways 28, 30 are both disposed on the inner barrel shaft 13 and the vent to atmosphere opening is both inside the outer barrel 18; the openings of the sealed cabins communicated with the inner cylinder 17 are all arranged at the inner side of the sealed cabins.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 13 to 16, the drum washing machine of the present embodiment includes an inner drum 17, the inner drum 17 is a non-porous inner drum, and holds washing water when washing laundry, and further includes a position detecting device for detecting a position of the inner drum.
The drum-type washing machine of the embodiment comprises a driving motor 16 and an inner drum shaft 13, wherein the driving motor 16 comprises a stator and a rotor, the rotor is fixedly connected with the inner drum shaft 13 to drive an inner drum 17 to rotate, the position detection device comprises a position sensor 33 and a detected terminal 38, the detected terminal 38 is arranged on the rotor, and the position sensor 33 is fixed at a position corresponding to the detected terminal 38.
The drum washing machine of the embodiment comprises an outer drum 18, the position sensor 33 is arranged on one side of the outer drum 18 close to the driving motor 16, and the position sensor 33 is arranged corresponding to the detected terminal 38.
In an embodiment of this embodiment, the position sensor is an electromagnetic position sensor, a photoelectric position sensor, a differential voltage sensor, an eddy current sensor, a capacitive sensor, a reed pipe sensor, or a hall sensor.
The drum washing machine of the embodiment comprises a locking mechanism 35 for locking the rotation of the inner drum, the position detection device is used for detecting whether the inner drum 17 is locked in place after the locking mechanism 35 locks the inner drum 17, and/or when the position detection device detects that the inner drum 17 rotates to a set position, the locking mechanism 35 locks the inner drum 17.
Further, the locking mechanism 35 is installed on the side wall of the outer cylinder 18 close to the driving motor 16, the locking mechanism 35 includes a locking rod 40 moving telescopically and a locking motor 41 driving the locking rod 40 to move telescopically, a locking groove 39 matching with the locking rod 40 is arranged on the rotor of the driving motor 16 corresponding to the locking rod 40, and when the locking rod 40 is driven by the locking motor 41 to extend and insert into the locking groove 39, the inner cylinder 17 is locked.
In the drum washing machine of the embodiment, a side wall of the inner drum 17 is provided with an inner drum drainage hole, a normally closed one-way valve plug 11 is arranged on the inner drum drainage hole, and a mandril mechanism 10 for jacking the one-way valve plug to drain water is arranged on the outer drum; the locking mechanism 35 locks the inner cylinder 17, and then the push rod mechanism 10 pushes the one-way valve plug 11 open for water drainage.
Furthermore, the ejector rod mechanism is arranged on the outer barrel and comprises an ejector rod which moves in a telescopic mode and an ejector rod motor which drives the ejector rod to move in a telescopic mode, and the ejector rod penetrates through the barrel wall of the outer barrel and is inserted into the water discharging hole of the inner barrel to jack the one-way valve plug open for water discharging.
The drum washing machine of the embodiment comprises a main controller, wherein the position detection sensor, the locking motor and the ejector rod motor are electrically connected with the main controller.
The drum type washing machine of this embodiment, set up a plurality of dehydration holes on the lateral wall of inner tube, all install the centrifugal valve on the dehydration hole, the centrifugal valve open under the effect of dehydration centrifugal force and dewater the drainage.

The washing machine of the embodiment is provided with a mounting bracket 32, a fixed knot 34 is fixed on the outer cylinder, and a locking motor, a locking rod and a position sensor are arranged on the mounting bracket 32; the rotor frame of the driving motor has a locking groove and a detected terminal 38.

As shown in fig. 17 to 18, the drum washing machine of the present embodiment includes an inner drum 17 and an outer drum 18, the inner drum 17 is a non-porous inner drum for containing washing water when washing clothes, the outer drum 18 is coaxially disposed outside the inner drum 17 for collecting water discharged from the inner drum 17 and discharging the water through a drain line, and a position detecting device disposed on the outer drum 18 for detecting the position of the inner drum.
Further, the position detecting device includes a position sensor 37 and a detected terminal 38, the detected terminal 38 is disposed on the inner cylinder 17, and the position sensor 37 is disposed on the inner wall of the outer cylinder 18 and is corresponding to the detected terminal 38 on the inner cylinder 17.
Preferably, the detected terminal 38 is disposed on the sidewall of the inner cylinder 17, the position sensor 37 is disposed on the inner sidewall of the outer cylinder 18, and the circumference of the detected terminal 38 on the inner cylinder 17 is concentric with the circumference of the outer cylinder 18 on which the position sensor 37 is disposed.
Preferably, the position sensor 37 is provided on an inner sidewall of an upper portion of the outer tub 18.
Preferably, the position sensor is an electromagnetic position sensor, a photoelectric position sensor, a differential voltage sensor, an eddy current sensor, a capacitive sensor, a reed pipe sensor, or a hall sensor.
The drum washing machine of the embodiment comprises a locking mechanism 35 for locking the rotation of the inner drum, the position detection device is used for detecting whether the inner drum 17 is locked in place after the locking mechanism 35 locks the inner drum 17, and/or when the position detection device detects that the inner drum 17 rotates to a set position, the locking mechanism 35 locks the inner drum.

Claims (10)

1. A control method of a drum washing machine comprises an inner drum and a water inlet pipeline, wherein the inner drum is a non-porous inner drum and is used for containing washing water when clothes are washed;
the water measuring device comprises a water measuring water tank, the water measuring water tank is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, the water inlet is communicated with the water inlet pipeline, and the water outlet is communicated with the inner barrel;
the control method comprises the following steps:
before water enters the inner cylinder, the water enters the water measuring device to be measured quantitatively, and the water measuring frequency of the water measuring device is determined according to the set water level;
the washing machine executes a washing/rinsing program, the washing machine controls washing water to enter the water measuring tank, when the water amount in the water measuring tank reaches a set value, water feeding is stopped, water in the water measuring tank is completely discharged into the inner barrel, water feeding is started again to enter the water measuring tank, the process is circulated until the water level in the inner barrel reaches the set value, and water feeding is finished.
2. The control method of a drum washing machine according to claim 1, wherein the washing machine controls the washing water to enter the water measuring tank, stops the water supply when the amount of the water in the water measuring tank reaches a set value, controls the heating device to operate to heat the washing water, and discharges the whole water in the water measuring tank into the inner tub when the water temperature detecting device detects that the temperature of the water in the water measuring tank reaches the set value.
3. A drum washing machine applying the control method of claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the water outlet is provided with a water outlet control device for controlling the opening of the water outlet when the water quantity in the equivalent water tank reaches a set value.

A drum washing machine according to claim 3, characterized in that the water measuring tank is arranged at the bottom of the inner drum, the water measuring device comprises a water level detecting device for detecting the water measuring tank, the water outlet control device is a water tank draining pump, and the water tank draining pump is started to pump the water in the water measuring tank into the inner drum when the water level detecting device detects that the water level in the water measuring tank reaches a set value.

or the water level detection device comprises a plurality of water level detection probes arranged in the water measuring tank along the depth direction of the water measuring tank.

A drum washing machine as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the water measuring tank is arranged on the upper part of the inner drum, the water outlet is arranged on the bottom wall of the water measuring tank, the water outlet control device is a tank check valve for keeping the water outlet normally closed, when the water amount in the water measuring tank reaches a certain value, the tank check valve is opened under the gravity of the water pressure, and the tank check valve is reset to keep the water outlet closed after the water in the water measuring tank is discharged into the inner drum.
8. A drum washing machine as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the water measuring tank is provided with an overflow hole connected with an overflow pipe for guiding out water overflowing from the water measuring tank.
9. A drum washing machine according to claim 8, characterized in that the drum washing machine comprises a drain line, and the overflow line is communicated with the drain line.
10. A drum washing machine according to claim 3, characterized in that the water measuring device comprises a heating device disposed in the water measuring tank and a water temperature detecting device for detecting the temperature of water in the water measuring tank.
