Description

Moisture-absorbing quick-drying double-layer knitted fabric and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of high-quality heat-humidity comfortable textiles, and relates to a moisture-absorbing quick-drying double-layer knitted fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the higher requirements of people on living quality, people not only provide beautiful requirements for clothes, but also pay more attention to the wearing comfort, and the proportion of the heat and humidity comfort in the comfort of the clothes is larger. Particularly, when a human body sweats in a hot environment or strenuous exercise in a large amount, if sweat cannot be timely transmitted to the external atmosphere through the fabric, humidity in the microclimate between the skin and the fabric tends to rise, evaporation of the sweat is hindered by the increase of the humidity, the fabric is easy to adhere to the skin, and then the human body feels hot and sticky.
The common moisture-absorbing quick-drying fabric is a moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing fabric prepared on the basis of a one-way moisture-conducting principle, and from the viewpoint of bionics, the one-way moisture-conducting mechanism comprises a differential capillary effect, a transpiration effect and a moisture gradient effect.
Common pure cotton fabrics and polyester fabrics obtain a one-way moisture-conducting effect through hydrophilic and hydrophobic finishing so as to improve the quick-drying function of the fabric. For example, the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying pure cotton fabric disclosed in patent CN109208337A, which is subjected to discontinuous hydrophobic finishing on one side and discontinuous superhydrophilic finishing on the other side, realizes one-way conduction in the thickness direction of the pure cotton fabric, and because the discontinuous superhydrophilic finishing on the surface of the fabric forms a humidity gradient, when liquid water is conducted in the horizontal direction of the outer layer, the conduction speed in the superhydrophilic region is faster, so that the diffusion area of moisture on the surface of the fabric is increased, the fabric only considers that the diffusion of the liquid water on the surface of the fabric is increased, and because of the pure cotton fabric, when a large amount of sweat is produced in a human body, the fabric absorbs a large amount of moisture and is attached to the skin to generate discomfort; patent CN102888754A is through carrying out hydrophobic and hydrophilic treatment to ordinary dacron, has prepared a double-deck dacron knitted fabric with leading wet quick-drying gradient structure, and its inlayer is the moisture absorption hydrophobic layer, and the skin is leading wet hydrophilic layer, and this type of surface fabric is after human sweat, and sweat is not at the fabric inner surface layer diffusion, but by direct absorption to the outer diffusion evaporation of fabric, however this type of surface fabric is because of pure dacron raw materials, produces stifle sensation easily.
Common double-layer fabrics are usually woven by yarns with different hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity or different moisture absorption and sweat releasing fibers to form a differential capillary effect, when a human body sweats in a large amount, the sweat is quickly absorbed by the inner layer of the fabric and is quickly transmitted to the outer layer of the fabric, the inner layer of the fabric is dry and comfortable, and the sweat evaporates on the outer layer of the fabric. For example, patent CN2839315Y discloses a moisture-absorbing quick-drying composite pure polyester knitted fabric with unidirectional moisture-guiding, which is knitted by selecting two different cross-section yarns with different moisture-absorbing capacities, a knitted inner layer with poor moisture-absorbing capacity and a knitted outer layer with better moisture-absorbing capacity, the method must select two different fibers with different moisture-absorbing capacities, is not suitable for conventional common polyester fibers, and has great limitation on application; patent CN203923573U discloses by cotton yarn, spandex elastic fiber, the two-sided compound surface fabric that the dacron filament was interweaved, openly be cotton yarn, the reverse side of contact skin is the dacron, evaporate on the dacron sweat-absorbing back conducts positive cotton yarn with the sweat rapidly, this type surface fabric is the quick-drying type surface fabric of moisture absorption of relative ideal, the sweat is at the inlayer diffusion hardly, transmit the outer one-way moisture of leading of realization fast, at the outer diffusion evaporation of fabric, the surface fabric inlayer keeps dry and comfortable, even can not adhere skin production cool feeling when wet attitude yet, but cotton fiber has stronger water retentivity, easily pin the moisture, hinder the diffusion of liquid water on the horizontal plane, be unfavorable for moisture at the great diffusion area of fabric surface formation, and then evaporate from the surface fabric sooner.
Therefore, the research on the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying double-layer fabric with excellent moisture-absorbing and quick-drying effects and the preparation method thereof have very important significance.
Disclosure of Invention

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a preparation method of a moisture-absorbing quick-drying double-layer knitted fabric comprises the steps of weaving the double-layer knitted fabric with a moisture conducting function on an inner layer and a moisture absorbing function on an outer layer, performing mild discontinuous hydrophilic finishing on the inner layer surface and performing mild discontinuous hydrophobic finishing on the outer layer surface to obtain the moisture-absorbing quick-drying double-layer knitted fabric;
the process of mild discontinuous hydrophilic finishing is that the process of hydrophilic finishing is carried out on the local area on the inner layer surface and the hydrophilicity is controlled to be weaker than that of the hydrophilic area on the outer layer; the slightly discontinuous hydrophobic finishing process is a process of performing hydrophobic finishing on a local area on the outer layer surface and controlling the hydrophobic property of the local area to be weaker than that of the hydrophobic area of the inner layer.
The fabric prepared by the preparation method of the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying double-layer knitted fabric is excellent in moisture-absorbing and quick-drying performance, because liquid water can be diffused in both the inner layer and the outer layer of the fabric in the horizontal direction, and because the outer layer is stronger in hydrophilic performance than the inner layer in the thickness direction, the liquid water can be transferred in a single direction, the liquid water is firstly diffused to a certain degree in the inner layer and then further diffused after being transferred to the outer layer, the liquid water is diffused in a trapezoid shape from inside to outside, the evaporation area is larger, and therefore the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying performance of the fabric is excellent;
the reason why the liquid water can diffuse to some extent in the inner layer is two:
the inner layer is a hydrophobic layer, and a local area of the inner layer is subjected to slight discontinuous hydrophilic finishing, so that part of the area of the inner layer is hydrophobic, and part of the area is hydrophilic, so that liquid water can be quickly soaked and spread in the inner layer of the fabric to form a larger diffusion area;
in the liquid water transfer process, the outer layer has stronger hydrophilic performance and the liquid water transfer speed is higher, so that the liquid water is not beneficial to forming a larger diffusion area in the inner layer.

According to the preparation method of the moisture-absorbing quick-drying double-layer knitted fabric, the inner layer is mainly formed by weaving hydrophobic yarns or moisture-absorbing moisture-conducting composite yarns prepared by adopting a novel spinning technology.
According to the preparation method of the moisture-absorbing quick-drying double-layer knitted fabric, the hydrophobic yarns are polyester filament yarns or polyester staple yarns, and the cross section of each monofilament is cross-shaped, Y-shaped or trilobal; the moisture absorption and moisture conduction type composite yarn is polyester-cotton twisted yarn or polyester-cotton core-spun yarn.
According to the preparation method of the moisture-absorbing quick-drying double-layer knitted fabric, the outer layer is mainly formed by weaving hydrophilic yarns.
According to the preparation method of the moisture-absorbing quick-drying double-layer knitted fabric, the hydrophilic yarn is composed of more than one of natural cellulose fibers and regenerated cellulose fibers.
The selection of the material of the inner layer and the outer layer of the fabric enables the inner layer and the outer layer of the fabric to meet the differential capillary effect in the thickness direction, and finally sweat is conducted to the outer layer of the fabric to ensure that the inner layer is dry, comfortable and comfortable.
