In the initial state, the driving mechanism 30 drives the lifting frame 21 to be lifted higher than the supporting member 23. The carrier 200 with the PCB 300 mounted thereon is placed on the crane 21, and the fixing mechanism (not shown) of the carrier 200 is first detached. The PCB 300 is stopped by the supporting member 23, and the carrier 200 is further lowered along with the crane 21 to separate the carrier 200 from the PCB 300. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the crane 21 includes two first beams 211 and two second beams 213. The two first beams 211 are oppositely arranged on the respective driving member 31. The two second beams 213 are oppositely arranged on the respective driving members 31. Two first beams 211 and two second beams 213 are used to carry the carrier 200. A plurality of first adjustment holes 2111 are respectively formed at both ends of the first beam 211. Both ends of each second beam 213 are coupled to the first adjustment holes 2111 of the two first beams 211 using fasteners (not shown), respectively. When the second beams 213 are connected to different first adjustment holes 2111 of the first beam 211, the distance between the two second beams 213 can be adjusted to adapt to carriers 200 with different widths. A plurality of second adjustment holes 2131 are respectively formed at both ends of each second beam 213. The crane 21 further comprises at least one guide block 215. In one embodiment, the number of guide blocks 215 is four. Each two guide blocks 215 are coupled to a corresponding second alignment hole 2131 of one second beam 213 using fasteners (not shown). The guide blocks 215 are connected to different second adjustment holes 2131 on the second beam 213 to adjust the spacing between the two guide blocks 215 to accommodate carriers 200 of different lengths.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the number of the guide blocks 215 may be one. The guide block 215 is disposed on the second beam 213. One side of the second beam 213 departing from the guide block 215 is connected with a blanking station of the carrier 200 after the PCB 300 is welded, and the carrier 200 slides along the two second beams 213 until being attached to the guide block 215 to be positioned on the lifting frame 21. The adjustment guide block 215 is connected to different second adjustment holes 2131 to accommodate carriers 200 of different lengths.
The driving member 31 drives the output shaft 311 and drives the first beam 211, the second beam 213 and the carrier 200 to ascend or descend. In order to avoid the first beam 211 and the second beam 213 from falling down and colliding with the platform 13 with large noise, the crane 21 is further provided with a plurality of cushion pads 217 on the side facing the platform 13.
Referring to fig. 2, the supporting member 23 includes a connecting plate 231 and a plurality of supporting blocks 233. The connection plate 231 is placed on the stage 13. The platform 13 is provided with a plurality of positioning pins 131. In one embodiment, the number of the positioning pins 131 is two, but not limited thereto. Two positioning pins 131 can be inserted into holes of the connection plate 231 to position the connection plate 231 on the stage 13. The plurality of abutting blocks 233 are disposed on the connecting plate 231. The carrier 200 is provided with a plurality of through holes 201. The holding blocks 233 can be aligned with the corresponding through holes 201. When the driving member 31 drives the lifting frame 21 to descend, the abutting block 233 can penetrate through the through hole 201 and abut against the PCB 300. The top support 23 may be designed in different configurations to accommodate the removal of different PCB boards 300.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the driving mechanism 30 further includes a foot valve 33. The foot valve 33 is located at one side of the frame 10, and the foot valve 33 is electrically or pneumatically connected to the driving member 31. The treading foot valve 33 can control the driving part 31 to drive the lifting frame 21 and the carrier 200 to descend; releasing the foot valve 33 can control the driving piece 31 to drive the lifting frame 21 to ascend and reset. It is understood that in other embodiments, the foot valve 33 can be replaced by a button switch and is disposed on the platform 13 as long as the driving member 31 can be controlled to drive the lifting frame 21 to ascend or descend.
Referring to fig. 1, the driving mechanism 30 further includes a regulating valve 35. The regulating valve 35 is disposed on the platform 13 and is used for controlling the intake pressure of the driving member 31 to control the operation speed thereof. It is understood that in other embodiments, the regulating valve 35 may be omitted.
In operation, the second beam 213 is adjustably mounted on the first beam 211 and the guide block 215 is adjustably mounted on the second beam 213 to adapt to the length and width of the carrier 200. The top holder 23 adapted to the PCB 300 is placed on the stage 13 and the positioning pins 131 are inserted into the holes of the connection plate 231. The carrier 200 and the PCB 300 are placed on the crane 21. The securing mechanism of the carrier 200 is detached. When the foot valve 33 is stepped, the driving member 31 drives the lifting frame 21 to descend, the PCB 300 is stopped by the supporting member 23, and the carrier 200 descends to be separated from the PCB. The PCB 300 and the carrier 200 are sequentially removed. The foot valve 33 is released, and the driving member 31 drives the lifting frame 21 to ascend and reset for entering the next procedure of blanking the PCB 300.
The PCB blanking device 100 drives the lifting frame 21 to descend by using the driving part 31 and drives the carrier 200 and the PCB 300 to descend, the jacking part 23 stops the PCB 300 to separate the PCB 300 from the carrier 200, then the PCB 300 is blanked, the scraping and collision conditions when the PCB 300 is directly taken out of the carrier 200 are avoided, the quality of the PCB 300 is ensured, and the efficiency is improved. The foot valve 33 controls the action of the driving part 31, and the operation is convenient. The distance between the two second beams 213 of the lifting frame 21 and the positions of the guide blocks are adjustable to adapt to carriers 200 with different length and width sizes, and the jacking piece 23 is positioned on the platform 13 through the positioning pin 131, so that the lifting frame is convenient to disassemble and replace, and the universality of the PCB blanking device 100 is improved.
