The invention relates to a packet-casting production line work flow: the method comprises the following steps of putting broken bag material packages into bins of a bin material arranging and feeding machine, starting equipment, enabling first-level elevators of two bins to act respectively, conveying the material packages in the respective bins upwards, conveying the material packages into two second-level elevators, respectively conveying the material packages on respective conveying belts onto a conveying belt I and a conveying belt II through a blanking hopper I by the two second-level elevators, detecting material position signals by a material vision sensor II arranged above the conveying belt I and the conveying belt II, transmitting the material position signals to an electric control cabinet, controlling a grabbing manipulator I and a grabbing manipulator II to grab the material packages on the conveying belt I and the conveying belt II respectively by the electric control cabinet, and throwing the material packages to blanking cache areas on the left side and the right side of an upper-layer caching and blanking device respectively, and then controlling two sets of cache mechanisms on the upper-layer; in the process of conveying the material bags, redundant material bags on a conveying belt I and a conveying belt II respectively fall onto a conveying belt III and a conveying belt IV through a blanking chute I and a blanking chute II, a material vision sensor II arranged above the conveying belt III and the conveying belt IV detects material position signals and transmits the material position signals to an electric control cabinet, the electric control cabinet controls a grabbing manipulator III and a grabbing manipulator IV to respectively grab the material bags on the conveying belt III and the conveying belt IV and respectively throw the material bags to blanking cache areas on the left side and the right side of a lower-layer caching and blanking device, and then the electric control cabinet controls two groups of cache mechanisms on the lower-layer caching and blanking device to alternately act to throw the material to; in the process, redundant material packages on the conveying belt III and the conveying belt IV are conveyed to the feed back conveying belt through the blanking chute III, and are conveyed back to two groups of bins of the bin material arranging and feeding machine by the feed back conveying belt for reuse; then, an upper-layer cache conveying device and a lower-layer cache conveying device which carry material bags alternately feed the main conveyor under the control of an electric control cabinet, wherein the specific feeding mode is that the upper-layer cache conveying device feeds four material bags and then stops feeding the four material bags by the lower-layer cache conveying device, and the continuous circulating mode is adopted to feed the main conveyor, so that the condition of material shortage in the main conveyor can not occur, and the material bags are stably supplied; and then the main conveyor continuously conveys the material bags to the feeding mechanism, the feeding mechanism continuously feeds the material bags onto the surface of each flour cake conveyed by the flour cake conveyor, and the flour cake after feeding is continuously conveyed to a packaging unit by the flour cake conveyor for bagging and packaging operation.
