When the turntable jig 5 works, firstly, the solar cell is arranged on the preheating plate 55, the preheating plate 55 sucks air to suck the solar cell, the welding strip is arranged in the welding strip guide seat 56, and then the clamping cylinder 57 is rotated to drive the clamping block 58 to rotate and descend so as to tightly press the welding strip on the solar cell.

The clamping and sending-out mechanism 71 comprises a first support 711 and a plurality of groups of clamping components arranged on the first support 711, each clamping component comprises a material passing rod 712, a swinging pressing rod 713 and a pressing cylinder 714, the material passing rod 712 is fixedly arranged on the first support 711, the upper end of the material passing rod 712 is provided with a sinking groove, a welding strip is arranged in the sinking groove, the end part of the material passing rod 712 is provided with a square through hole, and the swinging pressing rod 713 is hinged in the square through hole; the swing compression bar 713 is in a folded shape, a hinge pin is arranged at the turning part, and the upper end of the swing compression bar 713 is in a block shape and corresponds to the end part of the material passing rod 712; the fixed end of the compressing cylinder 714 is hinged with the material passing rod 712, and the telescopic end of the compressing cylinder 714 is connected with the swing pressure rod 713.
The cutting mechanism 72 comprises a vertical base 721, a cutting cylinder 722 and a cutting knife 723; the cutting knife 723 comprises two opposite cutters, the cutting knife 723 is movably matched with an optical axis on the vertical base 721, the cutting cylinder 722 is installed on the vertical base 721, and the telescopic end of the cutting cylinder 722 is connected with the cutting knife 723.
The belt pulling mechanism 73 comprises a second bracket 731, a movable sliding table assembly 732, a movable frame 733, a belt releasing cylinder 734, a swing rod 735, a connecting shaft 736 and a plurality of groups of belt pulling assemblies arranged on the connecting shaft 736, wherein the belt pulling assemblies comprise a fixed clamping jaw 737, a movable clamping jaw 738 and a belt clamping cylinder 739; the second support 731 is fixedly arranged on the frame, the movable sliding table assembly 732 is arranged on the second support 731, the movable frame 733 is arranged at the movable end of the movable sliding table assembly 732, the connecting shaft 736 is rotatably connected to the movable frame 733 through a bearing, and the end of the connecting shaft 736 is fixedly provided with the swing rod 735; the fixed end of the belt releasing cylinder 734 is hinged to the side of the movable frame 733, and the telescopic end of the belt releasing cylinder 734 is hinged to the end of the swing rod 735; the fixed clamping jaw 737 is fixedly arranged on the connecting shaft 736, and a flat clamping part is arranged on the side edge of the fixed clamping jaw 737; the movable clamping jaw 738 is hinged to the fixed clamping jaw 737, the movable clamping jaw 738 and the fixed clamping jaw 737 are provided with opposite clamping parts, one end of the clamping cylinder 739 is hinged to the fixed clamping jaw 737, and the other end of the clamping cylinder is hinged to the movable clamping jaw 738.
When the welding strip fixed-length feeding device 7 works, the welding strip is sent out from the material passing rod 712, the swinging pressure rod 713 presses the discharge end, and when the pressing cylinder 714 contracts, the swinging pressure rod 713 is driven to swing to press the welding strip; after the welding strip is sent out, the movable sliding table assembly 732 drives the movable frame 733 to move, so that the pulling strip assembly corresponds to the outlet of the clamping and sending-out mechanism 71, then the clamping cylinder 739 extends to drive the movable clamping jaw 738 to be close to the fixed clamping jaw 737, the end part of the welding strip is clamped, then the clamping and sending-out mechanism 71 is loosened, and the movable sliding table assembly 732 pulls out the welding strip; then the clamping and feeding mechanism 71 compresses tightly again, and the cutting cylinder 722 drives the cutting knife 723 to approach each other, so that the cutting of the welding strip is realized; finally, the strip placing cylinder 734 drives the swing rod 735 to swing, and the welding strips are placed.
The welding strip fixed-length feeding device 7 solves the problems that the welding strips are directly placed and are easy to bounce, the welding precision of the welding strips is not high, and the length control is different; the two ends of the welding strip are clamped when the welding strip is cut, so that the welding strip can be effectively prevented from being loosened when the welding strip is cut, and the cutting precision is improved; the cut welding strip is not directly placed into the jig, but the welding strip is inclined through the swing rod 735, one end of the welding strip is placed into the groove in the jig, and then the whole welding strip is placed down, so that the accuracy and the precision of the welding strip placed into the groove are improved, and the welding precision is improved; and the mode that this kind of both ends were put into in proper order can be fixed after putting into one end now, improves the stability that the solder strip was put into, avoids directly putting down the resilience impact of solder strip.

When the solar cell welding machine works, the solar cell welding machine is processed through the following steps in sequence:

welding a welding strip: the air cylinder 82 is pressed down to drive the soldering iron head 85 to descend, and the solder strip is welded on the battery;
(V) blanking: the lifting cylinder drives the sucker to descend to suck the welded battery, and the speed reduction motor drives the sucked battery to integrally rotate ninety degrees and move out of the side.

the solar cell conveying device comprises a battery feeding device (2), a battery conveying device (3), a turntable jig (5) and a conveying device, wherein the battery feeding device (2) is used for feeding solar cells, the battery conveying device (3) is used for conveying and feeding the batteries, and the turntable jig (5) is used for positioning the solar cells and realizing rotation between stations; the welding strip flux coating device (6) feeds the welding strip and coats the flux in the feeding process; the welding strip fixed-length feeding device (7) is used for cutting the welding strip and transferring the welding strip into the turntable jig (5); the welding device (8) is used for welding the battery and the welding strip in the turntable jig (5), and the blanking device (9) is used for realizing blanking of the welded battery.
