FIG. 4 is a flow diagram illustrating an exemplary information gathering method 400, according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In some embodiments, the information gathering method 400 is performed by a device, such as the server 110 or the computer 200, having processing and computing capabilities.
Step 401, determining an acquisition point of information to be collected.
In some embodiments, the information to be collected may be event information, road condition information, weather information, or the like. In some embodiments, the event information may be related to social events such as fighting, robbery, tourism, cheering, crowd alarm, and natural disaster events such as flood, landslide, earthquake, tsunami, volcanic eruption, and debris flow. The road condition information may include traffic jam information, traffic accident information, road closure information, road repair information, construction information, water accumulation information, and the like. Weather information may include rainstorms, fog, hail, lightning strikes, and the like.
In some embodiments, the collection place of the information to be collected can be determined by a news report, traffic broadcast, or mass report information. The fact message contains geographic coordinates, occurrence time and some basic information of various events, road conditions, weather and other information. Therefore, the information containing the information to be collected can be screened from the actual information through further processing, and the geographic coordinates are further extracted from the screened information, so that the collection point of the information to be collected is obtained. The processing methods include, but are not limited to, speech recognition techniques, natural language processing techniques, image recognition techniques, text keyword extraction techniques (e.g., statistical feature-based keyword extraction techniques), text semantic analysis techniques, and the like.
For example, after the server 110 acquires the traffic broadcast information through the network 120, to further determine details of an event related to the traffic broadcast information, the server 110 may determine an acquisition point based on a location in the traffic broadcast information, so as to send event information collection content to a user. For example, the server 110 acquires the traffic broadcast information to know that a certain toll station road section is congested, and the server 110 may determine the toll station as an acquisition point.
For another example, when the server 110 knows that a robbery event occurs at a certain location through the people report information, to further determine the severity and details of the event, the server 110 may determine an acquisition point based on the location in the event information, so as to send the event information to the user to collect content. For example, the server 110 may notify the crowd of a robbery at an intersection of a certain street, and the server may determine the intersection as an acquisition point.
For another example, when the server 110 knows that a traffic jam occurs in a certain road segment from the traffic information acquired through the network 120, to further determine detailed traffic information, the server 110 may determine an acquisition point based on location information in the traffic information, so as to issue information collection content to the user.
For another example, when the server 110 knows that a traffic accident occurs on a certain road segment from the acquired event information and road condition information, to further determine detailed information of the accident, the server 110 may determine an acquisition point based on the location information in the event information and the location information in the road condition information, so as to send information collection content to the user.
In still other embodiments, acquisition points for information to be gathered may also be determined based on trajectory data of the vehicle. The track data of the transportation means can directly reflect the traffic condition of a certain road section, and when the traffic condition is abnormal, the track data indicates that the road section is more likely to have abnormal conditions, such as the occurrence of events such as fighting, robbery, vehement, tourism and the like, natural disasters such as flood, mountain landslide, earthquake, tsunami, volcanic eruption and debris flow and the like, road condition abnormalities such as traffic jam information, traffic accident information, road closure information, road repair information, construction information and ponding information and the like, or abnormal weather conditions such as rainstorm, hail, haze and the like. Therefore, the traffic condition of the corresponding road section can be directly known through processing the track data, and the conditions that some major events, abnormal road conditions and the like possibly occur on the road section can be further presumed, so that the acquisition point of the information to be collected is determined.
By way of example only, in one embodiment, determining acquisition points for information to gather based on trajectory data of a vehicle may include the steps of:
step A1, trajectory data of a vehicle is acquired.
The server 110 can obtain the position of the vehicle through the network 120 and the positioning device of the vehicle, and further, can obtain the trajectory data of the vehicle. The vehicle may include: motor vehicles, electric vehicles, motorcycles, electric motorcycles, trains, motor cars, high-speed rails, subways, unmanned vehicles, and the like.
And A2, estimating the probability of the event of the road section corresponding to the track data based on the track data of the vehicles.
For example, when the track of many vehicles decelerates in a certain place, the server 110 may predict that there may be an abnormality in the road segment, specifically, predict the probability of an event occurring in the road segment corresponding to the track data. For example, a certain road segment is originally prohibited from turning left, but in reality many vehicles turn left at this point, the server 110 may predict that there is an abnormality, specifically, estimate the probability of an event occurring in the road segment corresponding to the trajectory data. For another example, if the yaw rate of a straight-ahead direction of a certain road section suddenly increases and there is almost no straight-ahead vehicle for a period of time, the server 110 may predict that a road may be closed ahead of the current road section, and specifically, predict the probability of an event occurring on the road section corresponding to the trajectory data. In some embodiments, the server 110 may input the trajectory data into the trained probability calculation model, and obtain the probability of the event occurring on the road segment corresponding to the trajectory data. The probability calculation model can be obtained by training with the historical track data when the event occurs and/or the historical track data when no event occurs.
And A3, when the probability is larger than a first threshold value, determining an acquisition point based on the road section.
When the probability is greater than the first threshold, the server 110 may determine a location on the road segment as an acquisition point based on the road segment.
Step 402, determining users in at least one area range containing the acquisition points.
The server 110 may obtain, through the network 120, the location of the client associated with the user in the at least one area range determined to contain the acquisition point, and further, may determine the user in the at least one area range determined to contain the acquisition point. The users in at least one area range containing the acquisition point can be users in a certain radius range by taking the acquisition point as a center.
Step 403, based on the categories of the users, sending information gathering content of corresponding categories to the clients associated with the various categories of users.
In some embodiments, said sending information-gathering content of respective categories to clients associated with respective categories of users based on the categories of the users comprises the steps of:
and step B1, acquiring characteristic information related to the user. The characteristic information at least reflects the condition of historical reported data of the user and/or the related score of the user.
In some embodiments, the historical report data of the user includes, but is not limited to, a report amount, a report completeness, and the like. The user's associated ratings include, but are not limited to, the passenger's rating or score for driver service, the driver's rating or score for the passenger, etc.
Step B2, determining the user category of the user based on the characteristic information related to the user.
In some embodiments, the users are classified by using a machine learning model according to the user figures, and the adaptive information collection content is sent in a targeted manner according to the characteristics and/or behavior habits of the users of different classes. For example, the server 110 may train the machine learning model to classify the user according to the feature information related to the user. The characteristic information may include user identification, age, gender, place of birth, location, academic calendar, occupation, hobbies, income, registration time, etc. The characteristic information may also be registration data filled when the user registers for the network service, or user behavior collected by the service provider, etc. The user identifier may be an identity of the user, contact information (e.g., a phone number, a mailbox address, etc.), a user account (e.g., an instant messaging account, a social account, a network payment service account, a shopping website account, etc.) registered by the user in a server of the network service provider, and the like. In some embodiments, based on the user profile, server 110 may classify users into a new user category, a frequently logged-in user category, a less frequently logged-in user category, and so on. In some embodiments, the server 110 may classify the user by age group, e.g., 20 to 30 years, 30 to 40 years, 40 to 50 years, over 50 years, based on the user representation. In some embodiments, based on the user representation, the server 110 may predict salary levels for different users, e.g., to separate the users into high salary users, general users, and low salary users. In some embodiments, based on the user profile, the server 110 may classify the users by counting the time that different users log on the taxi taking platform, for example, users who frequently log on at morning rush hour and evening rush hour are taken as one category, and users who frequently log on at non-morning rush hour and late rush hour are taken as another category. In some embodiments, server 110 may sort users by study, based on user portrayal.
In some embodiments, the server 110 may further analyze the event reporting enthusiasm of the user according to the historical reporting data of the user, and classify the user based on the reporting enthusiasm. The server 110 may classify users into a hot user, a general user, and a non-hot user. For example, the server 110 may classify users according to their reporting volume and reporting integrity. For example only, users who do not have uploaded information in the historical reported data are classified into non-enthusiastic users, users who only upload characters are classified into general users, users who only upload pictures are classified into general users, and users who upload characters and pictures at the same time are classified into enthusiastic users.
In still other embodiments, server 110 may classify the user's enthusiasm using a machine learning model based on the user representation. For example, the server 110 may train the machine model using, as a sample, feature values of a large amount of historical report data of users with different degrees of enthusiasm, including but not limited to: the form of the content of the historical reported data (e.g., voice, image or text), the detail degree of the historical reported data, the time period of the historical report, the number of the historical reports (e.g., 10 times, 6 times, etc.), and the like. And classifying or scoring (0 to 100 points) the user enthusiasm by using the trained machine model, and further classifying the user enthusiasm according to the enthusiasm scoring condition. For example, users having a hot-heart score of not less than 80 are classified as hot-heart users, users having a hot-heart score of not less than 60 and less than 80 are classified as general users, and users having a hot-heart score of less than 60 are classified as non-hot-heart users.
In some embodiments, the server 110 may introduce a time dimension to classify the user more finely, i.e., the user is classified as hearty by time interval. For example, one class of users may be more attentive between 17:00 and 19:00 per day, and another class of users may be more attentive between 8:00 and 9:30 per day. The server 110 may associate the feature information of the user with time, and during model training, the information labeled by the sample will contain time information, so that the trained model can classify the user according to the associated feature information. For example only, the server 110 may associate the historical report data of the user with time, and classify the user according to time periods. For example, a class of users reports perfect data during early peak hours, while reports are relatively single or have no data during late peak hours. The server 110 may classify that class of users as being hearted users during early peak hours (e.g., 7:30 to 9 o' clock) and not hearted users during late peak hours (e.g., 17:30 to 18: 30).
In some embodiments, the server 110 may also classify users according to rating scores. The evaluation score may be an evaluation of the driver of the passenger, including whether the passenger arrived at the boarding location on time, whether the attitude is friendly, and the like. The evaluation score may also be a passenger's evaluation of the driver including driving skill level, attitude, punctual arrival at the pick-up location, service satisfaction, etc. The rating score may be a rating of the user. For example, the driver may be a 5-star driver, a 4-star driver, and the like. The evaluation score may be a specific score (full score of 100). For example, the server 110 may classify users having an evaluation score of not less than 80 points as hot users, classify users having an evaluation score of not less than 60 and less than 80 points as general users, and classify users having an evaluation score of less than 60 points as non-hot users. As another example, users may be classified as hot users and non-hot users based on their rating score for a certain item (e.g., whether friendly or hot).
And step B3, based on the categories of the users, sending information collection contents of the corresponding categories to the clients associated with the various types of users.
In some embodiments, the information gathering content is used to trigger clients of different categories of users to display different user interfaces. The user interface is at least used for guiding the user to report information. For example, the server 110 may send the client 130 a text prompt and/or a voice prompt that prompts the user to report the contents of the information collection on the client reporting interface, or directly an interface. After obtaining the reminder, the user may report the event information to the server 110 through an interface of the user terminal 130 (e.g., a passenger terminal, a driver terminal).
In some embodiments, the distinction between different user interfaces includes at least one of: the type of option control or the number of option controls. For example, according to different enthusiasm degrees reported by users, the event classifications of different reports are displayed in a distinguishing way. For example, the interface corresponding to the user with a hot feeling may display a finer classification, the interface corresponding to the general user may display a coarser classification, and the interface corresponding to the user without a hot feeling may not be displayed. For another example, when the system predicts that a road may be closed ahead, the display interface of the general user may only have a road closing option, and the interface of the user with great care may be an interface having multiple option controls, such as a one-lane road closing, a two-lane road closing, a three-lane road closing, and the like. For another example, the interface corresponding to the user with a hot feeling may include an accident option control, a construction option control, a route sealing option control, and a congestion option control, and the interface corresponding to the general user may include only the accident option control and the construction option control. The interface corresponding to the non-enthusiastic user may include only the incident option control.
In some embodiments, due to the higher traffic congestion level in the early peak hours, the user needs to wait for the vehicle to be driven, or is in the process of driving for a long time, and at this time, the user may prefer to report information during the vehicle waiting process or the driving process. The information gathering content included for the corresponding interface for users during early peak hours may be more and relatively complex. For example, for a previous construction occurrence, the user interface may include a construction category option control, a traffic police presence option control, a congestion level option control, and the like.
In some embodiments, because older users are less skilled in operating electronic products than younger users, the information gathering content included with the user interface for older user categories may be relatively simple and easy to operate, e.g., fewer types of option controls or fewer numbers of option controls. For example, for a traffic accident that may occur on the road ahead, the user interface may include only one option control or input voice option control to facilitate quick input of information by the user. While the user interface for a younger user category may include more and relatively more complex information gathering content. For example, for a possible traffic accident on the road ahead, the user interface may include option controls for whether a traffic accident is occurring, the severity of the accident, whether casualties are occurring, whether emergency personnel are present, the degree of traffic impact, etc.
In some embodiments, the server 110 may deliver information gathering content for different categories of users in time periods. For example, one class of users are happy users during the monday through thursday time periods, and are not happy users on friday. On monday to thursday, the information collection content included in the user interface for reporting information by the user may be more and relatively complicated. On friday, the information collection content of the user interface for reporting the information by the type of users can be less.
In some embodiments, the user interface includes at least one of: an event category options control, a text description box, or an add image data control. Wherein the event category option control comprises at least one of: an accident option control, a construction option control, a route sealing option control or a congestion option control. The image data control is used to add picture or video data.
In some embodiments, the information gathering method 400 further includes the following steps (not shown in FIG. 4):
step 404, determining the status of the user and determining the timing for sending information gathering content based on the status of the user.
Step 405, sending the information gathering content based on the determined opportunity.
In some embodiments, the determining the state of the user and the determining the timing for sending the information gathering content based on the state of the user comprises:
step C1, obtaining the motion state of the client associated with the user.
The server 110 may obtain the motion state of the client associated with the user through the network 120 and a positioning device of the client (e.g., a GPS positioning system). In some embodiments, the motion state may be an acceleration state, a deceleration state, a standstill state, a constant speed driving state, or the like.
Step C2, determining whether to send information-gathering content to the user-associated client based on the state of motion of the user-associated client.
For example, in the case of a driver, the server 110 does not issue the display information collection content in the acceleration driving state of the vehicle so as not to disturb the driver. When the vehicle approaches a static state (for example, the vehicle is jammed at a red light, in a rush hour, and the traffic jam occurs in a road section ahead of the vehicle), information collection content is sent, so that a driver can report the information through a driver end.
In some embodiments, determining the status of the user and determining the timing for sending information gathering content based on the status of the user comprises:
and D1, acquiring the vehicle-taking order process of the user.
The server 110 may obtain the user's taxi-taking order progress in real time through the network 120. The taxi taking order process of the user at least comprises the following processes: the method comprises the steps of waiting for a driver to pick up the order after the order is issued by a user in the order issuing process, driving on the way after the user gets on the bus, and enabling the user to arrive at a destination.
Step D2, determining whether to send information gathering content to the client associated with the user based on the user's taxi-taking order progress.
For example, for the passenger, issuing of the information gathering content is not performed during the order issuing process, during the process of waiting for pickup and the vehicle is about to arrive at the boarding place, soon to arrive at the destination (which may need to be prepared for getting off). On the way of the passenger confirming the driving after getting on the bus, the server 110 may issue the information collection content to the passenger terminal 130, so that the passenger may report the information through the passenger terminal 130.
