Claims (10)

1. A method for building control, comprising:
the access control system collects user characteristic information;
judging whether the user characteristic information is in a legal state or not;
if the state is legal, judging whether the building lifting device is in an idle state;
and if the building lifting device is in an idle state, controlling the building lifting device to run to a preset floor.
2. A method for building control as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
the building lifting device collects the characteristic information of the entering user and sends the characteristic information to the control server;
the server acquires the detailed information of the user according to the acquired user characteristic information;
generating corresponding household appliance control information according to the detailed information of the user;
and sending the household appliance control information to the corresponding household appliance terminal so that the household appliance terminal completes control.
3. The method for building control according to claim 2, wherein before sending the home appliance control information to the corresponding home appliance terminal to make the home appliance terminal complete the control, the method further comprises:
acquiring the working state of the household appliance;
judging whether the household appliance reaches a condition for switching the working state;
and if so, switching the working state of the household appliance according to the household appliance control information.
4. A method for building control as claimed in claim 2, wherein the user details are one or more of user living information, household appliance control rule information.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the household appliance control rules are preset by a user or obtained by means of cloud computing.
6. A method for building control as claimed in claim 5, further comprising:
after the state of the household appliance is switched, acquiring the operation of updating the state of the household appliance by a user to obtain a first household appliance state characteristic value;
acquiring a household appliance state characteristic value recorded in a preset time range;
averaging the state characteristic values of the household appliances recorded within a preset time range;
comparing the difference rate of the first household appliance state characteristic value and the average value;
and if the difference rate is greater than a preset difference rate threshold value, updating the household appliance control rule according to the latest household appliance state.
7. A system for building control, the system comprising: a memory, a processor, the memory including a method program for building control therein, the method program for building control when executed by the processor implementing the steps of:
the access control system collects user characteristic information;
judging whether the user characteristic information is in a legal state or not;
if the state is legal, judging whether the building lifting device is in an idle state;
and if the building lifting device is in an idle state, controlling the building lifting device to run to a preset floor.
8. A system for building control as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
the building lifting device collects the characteristic information of the entering user and sends the characteristic information to the control server;
the server acquires the detailed information of the user according to the acquired user characteristic information;
generating corresponding household appliance control information according to the detailed information of the user;
and sending the household appliance control information to the corresponding household appliance terminal so that the household appliance terminal completes control.
9. The system for building control according to claim 8, wherein before sending said home appliance control information to the corresponding home appliance terminal to make the home appliance terminal complete the control, further comprising:
acquiring the working state of the household appliance;
judging whether the household appliance reaches a condition for switching the working state;
and if so, switching the working state of the household appliance according to the household appliance control information.

A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium comprises a method program for building control, which method program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method for building control as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
