Referring to fig. 5, the supporting frame 4 includes a right-angled tripod 41; a hinge 42 is connected to one of the right-angle sides of the right-angle tripod 41; the right-angle tripod 41 is rotatably connected with the side edge of the car body beam through a hinge 41; the side of the right-angle tripod 41 connected with the hinge 42 is vertical to the ground.
Referring to fig. 6, the sliding mechanism includes a plurality of drawer rails 7 connected to the expansion bin 3; the drawer guide rail 7 on the top plate 31 is connected with the top of the carriage 2 in a sliding way; the drawer guide rail 7 on the end plate is connected with the tail end of the carriage 2 in a sliding way; the drawer guide 7 on the bottom plate 33 is slidably connected with the car body beam. When the folding type expansion cabin is used, the supporting frame is unfolded, the shell-shaped structure formed by the side plates, the end plates and the bottom plate is driven by the driving motor to rotate by the bottom plate, the bottom of the bottom plate is in contact with the top of the supporting frame, the supporting frame serves as a supporting function to support the shell-shaped structure, the top plate at the top of the cabin slides to the top of the shell-shaped structure, the shell-shaped structure forms an expansion cabin, and the folding type expansion of the expansion cabin is achieved.

Referring to fig. 5, the supporting frame 4 includes a right-angled tripod 41; a hinge 42 is connected to one of the right-angle sides of the right-angle tripod 41; the right-angle tripod 41 is rotatably connected with the side edge of the car body beam through a hinge 41; the side of the right-angle tripod 41 connected with the hinge 42 is vertical to the ground.

During the use, open the back with the support frame, rotate the bottom plate to the horizontality to support through the support frame, then slide shell structure to the bottom plate on, form and expand the storehouse, the bottom plate is greater than the purpose of roof, makes the area of surplus form the balcony and uses. Preferably, as shown in fig. 19, the expansion bin is a shell-shaped structure which is composed of a top plate 31, a side plate 32, two end plates and a bottom plate 33 and can cover the carriage; the top plate, the side plates and the front and rear end plates are in an integrally formed shell-shaped structure; the shell-shaped structure is connected with one side of the carriage in a sliding way. The end plate at the front side of the expanded cabin is accommodated by the gap between the carriage and the cockpit, a folding wall is not needed, the sealed expanded cabin is directly formed, and the sealing performance is improved.
Preferably, the collapsible cooktop includes a platen and a louver; an operation window is formed in the side plate; the operation window can be sealed after the bedplate and the window plate are spliced; the bedplate is folded downwards and can be stored at any one of the inner side or the outer side of the window plate; two ends of the bottom of the bedplate are rotationally connected with the inner walls at two sides of the middle part of the operation window; the top of the window plate is rotationally connected with the inner wall of the top of the operation window; the bottom of the bedplate is rotationally connected with a supporting window plate which can be jointed with the bedplate; one side of the supporting window plate, which is far away from the bedplate, can be clamped with the window plate; the supporting window plate is provided with a ventilation opening; the ventilation opening is connected with a smoke exhaust fan which can slide along the length direction of the supporting window plate in a sliding mode.
It should be noted that all the types of expansion cabins described above can be used for towing a motor home.
The invention is not limited to the above alternative embodiments, and any other various forms of products can be obtained by anyone in the light of the present invention, but any changes in shape or structure thereof, which fall within the scope of the present invention as defined in the claims, fall within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (20)

1. A caravan comprises a headstock and a body beam frame connected with the headstock; a carriage is arranged on the vehicle body beam frame; the device is characterized in that an expansion bin capable of expanding the use area of the carriage is arranged on the carriage; the car body beam frame is connected with a support frame used for supporting the expansion bin in a foldable manner; the expansion bin is a shell-shaped structure which consists of a top plate, a side plate, an end plate and a bottom plate and can coat the carriage, and one end of the shell-shaped structure, which is close to the vehicle head, is of an open structure; the side plates are provided with outer doors and a foldable cooking bench; one end of the side surface of the carriage, which is close to the vehicle head, is rotatably connected with a folding wall capable of sealing the open structure; an inner door communicated with the carriage is arranged on the folding wall; the inner door corresponds to the outer door; the bottom of the expanding bin is connected with a folding ladder in a matching way.
2. The recreational vehicle of claim 1, wherein expansion cabins are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the carriage; the top plate, the side plates, the end plates and the bottom plate are of an integrally formed structure; the two expansion bins are spliced to form an outer compartment structure for wrapping the compartment; the expansion bin is connected with a sliding mechanism and is in sliding connection with the carriage along the width direction through the sliding mechanism.

The caravan of claim 1, wherein the top plate, the side plates, and the end plates are of an integrally formed shell-like structure; the bottom plate is of a foldable structure and comprises a first bottom plate and a second bottom plate; the side edge of the first bottom plate is rotatably connected with the side edge of the second bottom plate; the side edge of the first bottom plate, which is far away from the second bottom plate, is rotatably connected with the bottom edge of one side of the carriage; the bottom of the second bottom plate is connected with a plurality of support plates in a foldable manner; the shell-shaped structure is connected with the carriage in a sliding way.
4. The caravan of claim 1, wherein the side plates, the end plates and the bottom plate are integrally formed into a shell structure, and the shell structure can cover the side, the rear end and the top of the carriage; the bottom of the inner side of the bottom plate is rotationally connected with a cross beam of the vehicle body; the vehicle body beam frame is provided with a driving device for driving the shell structure to rotate; the shell structure rotates by taking the rotary connection part of the side plate and the car body beam as an axis; the top plate is slidably connected to the top surface of the carriage.

The caravan of claim 1, wherein a top lifting bin is arranged at the top of the carriage; the side plates, the end plates and the bottom plate are of an integrally formed shell-shaped structure, and the side surfaces, the rear end and the top surface of the carriage can be coated by the shell structure; the bottom of the inner side of the side plate is rotationally connected with a cross beam of the vehicle body; the vehicle body beam frame is provided with a driving device for driving the shell structure to rotate; the shell structure rotates by taking the rotary connection part of the side plate and the car body beam as an axis; one side edge of the top plate is rotatably connected with the top of the side plate; one side of the jacking bin is provided with a power device which can pull the top plate into a horizontal state.

The caravan of claim 1, wherein the support frame comprises a right-angled tripod; one right-angle side of the right-angle tripod is connected with a hinge; the right-angle tripod is rotatably connected with the side edge of the car body beam through a hinge; one side of the right-angle tripod, which is connected with the hinge, is vertical to the ground.

The caravan of claim 1, wherein the foldable cooking top comprises a platen and a window panel, and the side panel has an operating window; the operation window can be sealed after the bedplate and the window plate are spliced; two ends of the top of the bedplate are rotationally connected with the inner walls at two sides of the middle part of the operation window; the top of the window plate is rotationally connected with the inner wall of the top of the operation window; the bottom of the bedplate is rotationally connected with a supporting window plate which can be jointed with the bedplate; one side of the supporting window plate, which is far away from the bedplate, can be clamped with the window plate; the supporting window plate is provided with a ventilation opening; the ventilation opening is connected with a smoke exhaust fan which can rotate along the length direction of the supporting window plate in a sliding mode.

The caravan of claim 2, wherein the sliding mechanism comprises a plurality of drawer rails connected to the expansion compartment; the drawer guide rail on the top plate is in sliding connection with the top of the carriage; the drawer guide rail on the end plate is connected with the tail end of the carriage in a sliding way; the drawer guide rail on the bottom plate is connected with the car body beam in a sliding way.

The caravan of claim 4 or 5, wherein the driving device comprises a rotating shaft fixedly connected to the bottom of a side plate of a driving motor connected to a beam of the caravan body; the side edge of the vehicle beam frame is connected with a plurality of shaft seats in the horizontal direction; the side plate is rotationally connected with the shaft seat through a rotating shaft; the output end of the driving motor is connected with the rotating shaft screw; the output shaft of the driving motor and the rotating shaft are on the same axis.

The recreational vehicle of claim 5, wherein the power device comprises a pull rope, one end of the pull rope is connected to one side of the top plate far away from the side plate, and the other end of the pull rope is connected with a rope retracting motor; the rope collecting motor is connected to the side edge of the lifting cabin, and an output shaft of the rope collecting motor is fixedly connected with the end part of the pull rope.
