The garbage treatment center is matched with a specially-assigned person for management and is responsible for comprehensive management of household garbage conveying, kitchen garbage quality inspection, dry garbage sorting, waste recycling, livestock breeding and the like.
The kitchen waste cooking pool is provided with a waste cooking pot, kitchen waste cooking is cooled to a set temperature after being heated and cooked, and is converted into feed, the feed is automatically poured into an intelligent feed carriage, and the intelligent feed carriage feeds the feed to corresponding breeding hurdles (such as pigs and dogs) of a livestock farm according to a set program and pours the feed into a feed trough to feed livestock animals. The livestock manure and the cleaning sewage are led to the methane tank, the produced organic fertilizer is used for planting fruits and vegetables nearby and fertilizing, and the produced methane is supplied to the cooking pot as energy, so that the resource utilization of wastes is fully realized. In particular, different kitchen waste is set with different cooking temperatures and cooking times, and different animals to be raised are also set with correspondingly suitable feed temperatures for feeding.
The kitchen garbage pool sets up the cutting rubbing crusher, and kitchen garbage is automatic to be poured into intelligent feed wagon after cutting rubbing crusher cutting segment or smashing, and intelligent feed wagon turns into the fodder according to the automatic kitchen garbage after processing of set-up procedure and sends the corresponding breed fence (like cattle and sheep rabbit) of livestock farm into the manger and feeds livestock animal, changing waste into valuables. The livestock manure and the cleaning sewage are led to the methane tank to generate organic fertilizer for planting fruits and vegetables nearby and applying the fertilizer, and the produced methane is supplied to the cooking pot as energy.
The livestock farm can be respectively provided with different livestock breeding pens suitable for converting the raw and cooked kitchen waste into the feed, such as cattle and sheep breeding pens suitable for raw forage, pig and dog breeding pens suitable for cooked feeds such as leftovers and the like, and other animal breeding pens. The scale of the farm is determined by the amount of kitchen waste converted into livestock feed. This embodiment sets up ox rabbit fence and pig dog fence, utilizes the kitchen garbage of peasant household to produce pig dog ox rabbit meat product, changing waste into valuables.
Kitchen garbage is timely converted into feed to realize that daily recycling of garbage is realized, a pollution source caused by long standing time and deterioration, souring and stink generation of kitchen garbage after collection is avoided, more importantly, a swill generation source is completely eradicated, and possible secondary pollution in the kitchen garbage recycling and transporting process is avoided.
The intelligent feed carriage and the livestock breeding fence are provided with the corresponding infrared transmitting and receiving devices, the running track of the intelligent feed carriage is instructed through the central control system, and the intelligent feed carriage automatically pours the converted feed into the feed groove to feed livestock after reaching the corresponding livestock breeding fence.
The intelligent garbage truck and the garbage compost yard are provided with corresponding infrared transmitting and receiving devices, the running track of the intelligent garbage truck is instructed through the central control system, and the intelligent garbage truck reaches the corresponding discharge port of the garbage compost yard and automatically pours garbage into the garbage compost yard.
The harmful garbage comprises waste batteries, waste lamp tubes, waste water silver thermometers, waste medicines, waste cosmetics and the like. And putting the harmful garbage sorted by the dry garbage sorting table into a harmful garbage pool, and receiving professional cleaning and harmless treatment.
The recyclable waste includes waste paper products, waste glass, waste metal, waste plastic, waste cloth and other recyclable waste. The recyclable garbage sorted by the dry garbage sorting table is respectively put into the corresponding paper garbage pool, glass garbage pool, metal garbage pool, plastic garbage pool, cotton garbage pool and other garbage pools, and the recyclable garbage after being sorted realizes the recycling of waste purchasing and generates economic benefits.
The remaining unrecoverable rubbish of dry rubbish letter sorting platform letter sorting is poured the unrecoverable rubbish pond including dregs, bathroom waste paper, food bag, dust, brick and tile ceramic waste material etc. into, is sent the corresponding discharge opening compost of compost field by intelligent garbage truck automatically, and the compost organic fertilizer that the natural time deposit produced is fertilized fruit vegetables nearby.
Preferably, the kitchen garbage enters a cutting and crushing pool, and the kitchen garbage after cutting processing is converted into feed to be poured into a feed carriage and automatically sent to a cattle pen feed trough for feeding. The ecological meat food is produced by using the animals raised by the kitchen garbage. Meanwhile, the animal excrement flows into the biogas digester to produce organic fertilizer, fertilize fruits and vegetables, and the fruits and vegetables are planted ecologically, so that the biogas renewable energy is fully utilized.
The kitchen raw and cooked garbage is converted into feed to feed livestock and the residual feed is sent into a methane tank to produce organic fertilizer and methane.
The solar photovoltaic panel of the solar power station generates power to supply power to a garbage treatment center for illumination, a kitchen garbage digester, a cutting crusher and other power supplies, and belongs to renewable energy source ecological environmental protection. The solar energy power supply is particularly suitable for remote village remote areas, and high investment caused by a remote power supply is avoided.
The dry garbage sorting table can implement manual sorting, and also can be provided with an automatic identification sorting system, recyclable garbage and harmful garbage are preferentially sorted out, and a small amount of sorted non-recyclable garbage is transported to a garbage composting yard through an intelligent garbage truck to implement composting.

A method for processing rural domestic garbage in situ by classified collection comprises a rural domestic garbage classified collection and domestic garbage processing center; the method is characterized in that: the household garbage of farmers is collected into kitchen garbage, kitchen garbage and dry garbage; the household garbage treatment center comprises an intelligent control system, a garbage classification station, a livestock and poultry farm, a methane tank, a solar power station, a composting farm, an intelligent feed vehicle and an intelligent garbage vehicle; the garbage classification station comprises a kitchen garbage pool, a dry garbage sorting table, an unrecoverable garbage pool, a metal garbage pool, a plastic garbage pool, a paper garbage pool, a glass garbage pool, a cotton garbage pool and a harmful garbage pool; the kitchen waste cooking pool is provided with a waste cooking pot, and the kitchen waste generating pool is provided with a cutting crusher; the livestock and poultry farm is respectively provided with a cooked feed and a raw feed which are suitable for converting the kitchen waste to feed livestock and poultry breeding pens of different varieties; the biogas digester contains livestock manure of the breeding pen, sanitary cleaning dirt of the breeding pen and excess feed converted from kitchen garbage; the solar photovoltaic panel of the solar power station generates electricity and the biogas energy produced by the biogas digester can be used as a power source for illumination of a garbage treatment center, a garbage digester, a cutting crusher and other purposes.
