The coke oven dust removal pretreatment device solves the technical problems that the existing coke oven dust removal pretreatment device has large floor area, required parts and control systems are complex, and pre-sprayed paint needs to be continuously consumed.

The smoke generated when the coke oven is discharged contains sparks, tar and large-particle dust, and if pretreatment is not carried out before the smoke enters the bag-type dust remover, the problems of bag burning, bag blockage and the like can occur, and serious accidents of bag failure are directly caused. The existing pretreatment device adopts a sloping plate gravity mode to remove spark and large particle dust, and has large floor area, long pipeline length and large resistance; tar is removed by adopting a pre-spraying mode, and a pre-spraying tank, a pre-spraying coating device, a PLC control system and the like are required to be added. Therefore, the existing pretreatment device has the defects of large floor area, long pipeline length, large resistance, complex required parts and control systems, continuous consumption of the pre-sprayed paint and the like, causes the waste of a large amount of manpower, material resources and financial resources, and has the disadvantages of serious energy consumption, no energy conservation, no environmental protection and easy secondary pollution.

Preferably, in the coke oven dust removal pretreatment device, the pall ring layer, the first coke layer, the second coke layer and the zeolite layer are all in a drawer type structure and are directly inserted into the pretreatment tank body.
By utilizing the coke oven dust removal pretreatment device, the total floor area of the dust removal system is saved as the pretreatment box body is arranged on the dust removal pipeline; smoke dust is filtered through four stages of the pall ring layer, the first coke layer, the second coke layer and the zeolite layer, and sparks and tar in the smoke dust are effectively filtered and adsorbed; the pall ring layer, the first coke layer, the second coke layer and the zeolite layer can be drawer-type structures, so that the installation is convenient and fast, and the coke and the zeolite can be conveniently and fast replaced.

Preferably, the pall ring layer 2 is of a drawer type structure and is directly inserted into the pretreatment tank body 1, so that the installation is convenient and fast; the first coke layer 3 and the second coke layer 4 are drawer-type structures and are directly inserted into the pretreatment tank body 1, so that the installation is convenient and fast, and when the coke is replaced, the first coke layer 3 and the second coke layer 4 only need to be directly hoisted and taken out, so that the coke can be conveniently and quickly replaced; the zeolite layer 5 is of a drawer type structure and is directly inserted into the pretreatment box body 1, installation is convenient, and meanwhile, when zeolite is replaced, the zeolite layer 5 only needs to be directly hoisted and taken out, so that zeolite can be replaced conveniently and quickly.
The coke oven dust removal pretreatment device provided by the invention has the working process that: when the smoke dust is treated, the smoke dust firstly flows through the pall ring layer 2 of the coke oven dust removal pretreatment device to filter sparks in the smoke dust; then the tar in the smoke dust is adsorbed by the first coke layer 3 and the second coke layer 4; finally, the tar in the smoke dust is adsorbed again by flowing through the zeolite layer 5. After the four-stage filtration, the spark and tar in the smoke dust are filtered and adsorbed.
Compared with the prior art, the coke oven dust removal pretreatment device has the following advantages and beneficial effects: the pretreatment box body is arranged on the dust removal pipeline, so that the total occupied area of the dust removal system is saved; smoke dust is filtered through four stages of the pall ring layer, the first coke layer, the second coke layer and the zeolite layer, and sparks and tar in the smoke dust are effectively filtered and adsorbed; the pall ring layer, the first coke layer, the second coke layer and the zeolite layer can be drawer-type structures, so that the installation is convenient and fast, and the coke and the zeolite can be conveniently and fast replaced. Therefore, the coke oven dust removal pretreatment device solves the technical problems that the existing coke oven dust removal pretreatment device is large in occupied area, complex in required parts and control system, needs to continuously consume the pre-sprayed paint and the like, and is simple in overall structure, long in service life (more than 6 months) of coke and zeolite, convenient and quick to replace, and capable of finishing the pretreatment operation of smoke dust without adding an additional auxiliary device.
