Abstract

Background
Many patients in emergency department have no self-moving ability, such as coma, shock, respiratory failure, cerebral hemorrhage patients and the like, and the transportation of the patients in the medical treatment process of the emergency department is always difficult. The above-mentioned transportation includes: the patient is transferred to an operating bed, a nursing sickbed and an examination platform from a medical flat car, and is moved to the medical flat car and various examination platforms from the nursing sickbed, and the patient is transferred mainly by two methods in the two processes: firstly, a soft stretcher is laid under a patient, and then the patient is manually lifted; secondly, the sliding pad is paved under the patient by utilizing the sliding pad, and then the medical staff pulls the sliding pad. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the bed comprises a half I-shaped frame, a movable bed board, height-adjustable bed legs and a control mechanism, wherein the half I-shaped frame is formed by fixedly connecting a longitudinal frame and two transverse frames, the two transverse frames are respectively positioned at the head and the tail of the bed, and a sliding groove is formed in each transverse frame; the sliding blocks are arranged at the two longitudinal ends of the movable bed board and can be matched with the sliding grooves; the control mechanism can drive and control the movable bed board to move transversely.
Preferably, the sliding block comprises a small sliding block and a large sliding block which are fixedly connected, and the small sliding block is fixedly connected with the movable bed board.
One preferable structure of the control mechanism: the movable bed plate comprises a rack and a gear which are positioned below the movable bed plate and can be meshed with each other; the rack is embedded in the lower part of the movable bed plate, the center of the gear is fixedly sleeved with a shaft, the shaft is supported by two bearing seats respectively positioned below the head and the tail of the bed, and the shaft is fixedly connected with a rocking handle close to the tail end of the bed; the bearing block is arranged below the transverse frame and at one end far away from the longitudinal frame, and is fixedly connected with the transverse frame, and a bearing is arranged in the bearing block and is matched with the shaft; and a limiting block is arranged on one side of the rack close to the longitudinal frame.
Another preferable structure of the control mechanism: the telescopic rod is arranged below the longitudinal frame and detachably connected with the longitudinal frame, the limiting block is fixedly connected below the movable bed board, the moving end of the telescopic rod is detachably connected with the limiting block, and the telescopic rod is one of an electric telescopic rod, a hydraulic telescopic rod and a pneumatic telescopic rod.
As a further improvement of the invention, rollers are arranged below the height-adjustable bed legs.
For the emergency department auxiliary mobile nursing bed with the small sliding block and the large sliding block, the small sliding block is preferably rectangular, the large sliding block is preferably cylindrical, and the diameter of the large sliding block is larger than the height of the small sliding block.

In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and thus the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments of the present disclosure.
Example one
According to the auxiliary mobile nursing bed for the emergency department, the length of a longitudinal frame 11 in a half I-shaped frame 1 is 2000mm, the width of the longitudinal frame is 40mm, the length of a transverse frame 12 is 900mm, the width of the transverse frame is 50mm, and the height of the frame 1 is 50 mm; the semi-I-shaped frame 1 is processed by stainless steel; the sliding chute 13 in the transverse frame 12 consists of a cuboid cavity (with the length of 900mm, the width of 15mm and the height of 20mm) close to the bed board and a cylinder cavity (with the length of 900mm and the section diameter of 30mm) far away from the bed board.
The movable bed plate 2 matched with the half I-shaped frame 1 is formed by wrapping wood plates with the specification of 1910mm, the width of 900mm and the thickness of 30mm by stainless steel thin plates on the periphery, wherein the bed plate is fixed with the wrapping stainless steel at the contact end of the transverse frame 12 by screws, and the wrapping stainless steel at the contact end of the transverse frame is fixedly connected with the sliding block 22 (integrally formed with the wrapping stainless steel thin plates).
The slider 22 comprises a cuboid small slider 221 and a cylinder large slider 222, wherein the small slider 221 is 900mm in length, 15mm in width and 15mm in height, and the large slider 222 is 900mm in length, 22mm in section diameter. The diameter of the section of the large sliding block 222 is larger than the height of the small sliding block 221, so that the sliding block 22 can be prevented from being separated from the sliding groove 13, and the sliding process of the bed plate 2 is safe and stable.

The center of the gear 6 is fixedly sleeved with a shaft 8, the shaft 8 is supported by two bearing blocks 9 respectively positioned below the head and the tail of the bed, and the shaft 8 is fixedly connected with a rocking handle 10 close to the tail end of the bed; the bearing block 9 is arranged below the transverse frame 12 and at one end far away from the longitudinal frame 11, and is fixedly connected with the transverse frame 12, and a bearing is arranged in the bearing block 9 and is matched with the shaft 8.

According to the auxiliary mobile nursing bed for the emergency department, the length of a longitudinal frame 11 in a half I-shaped frame 1 is 2000mm, the width of the longitudinal frame is 40mm, the length of a transverse frame 12 is 900mm, the width of the transverse frame is 50mm, and the height of the frame 1 is 50 mm; the semi-I-shaped frame 1 is processed by stainless steel; the sliding chute 13 in the transverse frame 12 consists of a cuboid cavity (with the length of 900mm, the width of 15mm and the height of 20mm) close to the bed board and a cylinder cavity (with the length of 900mm and the section diameter of 30mm) far away from the bed board.
The movable bed plate 2 matched with the half I-shaped frame 1 is formed by wrapping wood plates with the specification of 1910mm, the width of 900mm and the thickness of 30mm by stainless steel thin plates on the periphery, wherein the bed plate is fixed with the wrapping stainless steel at the contact end of the transverse frame by screws, and the wrapping stainless steel at the contact end of the transverse frame is fixedly connected with the sliding block 22 (integrally formed with the wrapping stainless steel thin plates).
The slider 22 comprises a cuboid small slider 221 and a cylinder large slider 222, wherein the small slider 221 is 900mm in length, 15mm in width and 15mm in height, and the large slider 222 is 900mm in length, 22mm in section diameter. The diameter of the section of the large sliding block 222 is larger than the height of the small sliding block 221, so that the sliding block 22 can be prevented from being separated from the sliding groove 13, and the sliding process of the bed plate 2 is safe and stable.
The invention relates to a working principle of an auxiliary mobile nursing bed for an emergency department, which comprises the following steps:
when a patient without self-moving ability needs to be transferred from a nursing sickbed to a medical flat car/inspection platform, firstly, the height-adjustable bed legs are adjusted to enable the lower surface of the movable bed board to be attached to the upper surface of the medical flat car/inspection platform, then the control mechanism is utilized to push the bed board to move towards the direction of the flat car/inspection platform, when the patient is positioned above the flat car/inspection platform or a limiting block below the bed board reaches the flat car or the inspection platform, medical staff pull the cushion below the patient, and meanwhile, the control mechanism is utilized to push the bed board to return, so that the cushion and the bed board slide relatively, and the patient is transferred.
When a patient needs to be moved from the medical flat car/examination platform to a nursing sickbed, the height-adjustable bed legs are also firstly adjusted to enable the lower surface of the movable bed board to be attached to the upper surface of the medical flat car/examination platform, then the bed board is pushed by the control mechanism to move towards the direction of the flat car/examination platform, the bed board is kept moving when the bed board is close to the patient, meanwhile, a medical worker pulls the sliding pad under the patient towards the direction of the bed board, only the sliding pad is pulled onto the bed board, and then the control mechanism is used for pushing the bed board to return, so that the patient can be transferred.
