Abstract
The invention discloses a video laryngoscope with a decontamination device, which comprises a laryngoscope handle and a laryngoscope blade, wherein the top end of the laryngoscope blade is provided with a light source and a camera; the outer wall of the laryngoscope lens is hinged with a decontamination connecting rod; a decontamination scraper plate in frictional contact with the surface of the lens of the camera is arranged at one end of the decontamination connecting rod close to the front end of the laryngoscope lens; and a decontamination deflector rod is arranged at one end of the decontamination connecting rod close to the tail end of the laryngoscope blade. Has the advantages that: when blood, secretion or condensed mist on the camera is stained on the camera, the blood, secretion or condensed mist on the camera can be removed immediately through the dirt removing device, so that the video laryngoscope can recover an airway image immediately without being influenced by oral airway bleeding, secretion or condensed mist on the camera, and critically ill patients can be rescued in a time-sharing manner.
Description
The technical field is as follows:
the invention relates to a medical instrument, in particular to a video laryngoscope with a decontamination device.
Background art:
canadian invented a video laryngoscope in 2000, which was based on the principle that a camera was arranged at the front end of a laryngoscope blade, the camera collected airway images, and the collected airway images were transmitted to a video display on a laryngoscope handle via a data line for observing the airway images. Compared with the traditional laryngoscope, the video laryngoscope has wider visual field, so that the operator can carry out the tracheal intubation more easily. However, the fatal defect is that when emergency tracheal intubation is carried out for rescuing critical patients, the airway image of the video laryngoscope can be completely shielded by a drop of blood and secretion in the oral cavity which are smeared on the camera or condensed on the camera, so that the video laryngoscope loses the function of observing the airway image immediately, and the emergency rescue is delayed in emergency.
The invention content is as follows:
in order to make up for the technical defects of the video laryngoscope, the invention aims to provide the video laryngoscope with the decontamination device.
The invention is implemented by the following technical scheme: a video laryngoscope with a decontamination device comprises a laryngoscope handle and a laryngoscope blade, wherein the top end of the laryngoscope blade is provided with a light source and a camera, and the laryngoscope handle is provided with a display screen connected with the camera; the outer wall of the laryngoscope lens is hinged with a decontamination connecting rod; a decontamination scraper plate in frictional contact with the surface of the lens of the camera is arranged at one end of the decontamination connecting rod close to the front end of the laryngoscope lens; and a decontamination deflector rod is arranged at one end of the decontamination connecting rod close to the tail end of the laryngoscope blade.
Preferably, a shaft sleeve is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the laryngoscope lens, and a rotating shaft correspondingly inserted in the shaft sleeve is arranged on the decontamination connecting rod.
Preferably, the rotating shaft in the shaft sleeve is sleeved with a reset torsion spring.
Preferably, a limiting clamping plate is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the laryngoscope blade, and a decontamination connecting rod limiting cavity is formed between the limiting clamping plate and the outer wall of the laryngoscope blade adjacent to the limiting clamping plate; the decontamination connecting rod is movably arranged in the decontamination connecting rod limiting cavity.
Preferably, the laryngoscope lens comprises a disposable lens main body, a tongue depressor and a lens inner cavity, wherein the lens main body is straight or curved; a fixing lug or a buckle is arranged at the tail end of the lens main body, the tongue depressor is connected with the front end of the lens main body, the lens inner cavity is positioned in the lens main body, the port of the lens inner cavity at the tail end of the laryngoscope blade is open, and a transparent lens partition plate is arranged on the port of the lens inner cavity at the front end of the laryngoscope blade in a sealing manner; the outer wall of the lens main body is hinged with the decontamination connecting rod; the decontamination scraper which is in frictional contact with the outer surface of the transparent lens partition plate is arranged at one end of the decontamination connecting rod which is close to the front end of the laryngoscope lens; the laryngoscope handle end is equipped with the extension arm of an organic whole structure, the laryngoscope lens with the extension arm activity is pegged graft, the extension arm is arranged in the lens inner chamber the transparent camera lens baffle inboard the extension arm top is equipped with the light source with the camera, fixed ear or buckle with the draw-in groove activity joint of extension arm tail end.
Preferably, a shaft sleeve is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the lens main body, and a rotating shaft correspondingly inserted in the shaft sleeve is arranged on the decontamination connecting rod.
Preferably, the rotating shaft in the shaft sleeve is sleeved with a reset torsion spring.
Preferably, a limiting clamping plate is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the lens main body, and a decontamination connecting rod limiting cavity is formed between the limiting clamping plate and the outer wall of the adjacent lens main body; the decontamination connecting rod is movably arranged in the decontamination connecting rod limiting cavity.
The invention has the advantages that: when blood, secretion or condensed mist on the camera is stained on the camera, the dirt removing device can immediately remove the blood, secretion or condensed mist on the camera which shields the camera, so that the video laryngoscope can immediately and rapidly recover the airway image, and the video laryngoscope is not influenced by the oral airway bleeding, secretion or condensed mist on the camera, and can fight for rescuing critical patients in seconds.
