A device for implementing the mask production process comprises a rack, a plurality of guide rollers 81 ', a plurality of transition conveyor belts 82', and more than two filter material unreeling devices 51 ', a composite roller device 52', a pleating device 53 ', a bending device 54', a peripheral sealing device 55 'and a final cutting device 56' which are arranged on the rack according to a production line, wherein a nose clip strip cutting device 62 'is further arranged at the position of the pleating device 53' on the rack and used for inputting the cut nose clip strips to the filter materials on the production line, the rack is further provided with a nose clip strip unreeling device 61 'connected with the nose clip strip cutting device 62', the front end of the peripheral sealing device 55 'on the rack is further provided with a lug cutting and adsorbing composite device 72', and the rack is provided with a lug unreeling device 71 'connected with the lug cutting and adsorbing composite device 72'.

Claims (9)

1. A mask production process is characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, inputting and compounding more than two layers of filter materials to form a continuous strip-shaped mask raw material;
secondly, pleating, namely forming a pleating part in the middle of the continuous mask raw material so as to realize that the mask body has an extension function along the longitudinal direction;
thirdly, inputting and cutting off the nose clip strip, and compounding the nose clip strip on the raw material of the mask;
fourthly, peripheral sealing, namely forming a mask body area with an upper fixing edge strip, a lower fixing edge strip, a left fixing edge strip and a right fixing edge strip on the continuously input strip-shaped mask raw material in a bonding or hot pressing mode;
fifthly, continuously unreeling, inputting and cutting the lug plate material to form continuous lug plates, wherein the lug plates comprise a left elastic lug plate and a right elastic lug plate, the left elastic lug plate and the right elastic lug plate in the lug plates are connected through a broken line, and the left elastic lug plate and the right elastic lug plate are provided with lug hanging holes;
sixthly, compounding the lug and the mask raw material to realize that the left end and the right end of the lug are compounded on the left fixing edge strip and the right fixing edge strip respectively;
seventhly, fixing the lug and the mask raw material through hot pressing;
eighthly, cutting to form an independent mask;
and ninthly, outputting.
2. A process for producing a mask according to claim 1, wherein: step a is added between the third step and the fourth step, the inner filter layer is folded, the size of the inner filter layer in the longitudinal direction is set to be larger than that of the outer filter layer and the middle filter layer, and the part, which exceeds the inner filter layer in the longitudinal direction, is folded and covered on the outer filter layer.
3. A process for producing a mask according to claim 2, wherein: and in the third step, when the nose clip strip is input, glue is sprayed, so that the fixing effect of the nose clip strip is better.
4. A process for producing a mask according to claim 2, wherein: and thirdly, during input of the nasal splint, wrapping and folding are simultaneously in progress, and when the input of the nasal splint is about to be finished, cutting is carried out, and wrapping and folding are continuously carried out, so that the nasal splint is coated.
5. A mask production process is characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, inputting and compounding more than two layers of filter materials to form a continuous strip-shaped mask raw material;
secondly, pleating, namely forming a pleating part in the middle of the continuous mask raw material so as to realize that the mask body has an extension function along the longitudinal direction;
thirdly, inputting and cutting off the nose clip strip, and compounding the nose clip strip on the raw material of the mask;
fourthly, continuously unreeling, inputting and cutting the lug plate material to form continuous lug plates, wherein the lug plates comprise a left elastic lug plate and a right elastic lug plate, the left elastic lug plate and the right elastic lug plate in the lug plates are connected through a broken line, and the left elastic lug plate and the right elastic lug plate are provided with lug hanging holes;
fifthly, compounding the lug and the mask raw material;
sixthly, performing peripheral sealing, namely forming a mask body area with an upper fixing edge strip, a lower fixing edge strip, a left fixing edge strip and a right fixing edge strip on continuously input long-strip mask raw materials in a bonding or hot pressing mode, wherein the left end and the right end of the lug are respectively compounded on the left fixing edge strip and the right fixing edge strip;
seventhly, cutting to form an independent mask;
and step eight, outputting.

An apparatus for carrying out a mask production process according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that: the ear piece cutting and adsorbing composite device comprises a frame, a plurality of guide rollers, a plurality of transition conveying belts, and more than two filtering material unreeling devices, a composite roller device, a pleating device, a nose clip strip unreeling device, a nose clip strip cutting device, a circumference sealing device and a final cutting device which are arranged on the frame according to a production line, wherein an ear piece cutting and adsorbing composite device is further arranged at the front end or the rear end of the circumference sealing device on the frame, the frame is provided with an ear piece unreeling device used for connecting the ear piece cutting and adsorbing composite device, the ear piece cutting and adsorbing composite device comprises a first adsorption roller, a second adsorption roller and an adsorption transfer roller which are arranged on the frame in a matched mode in sequence, and the frame is further provided with an ear piece knife roller used for realizing.
7. The apparatus for implementing a mask manufacturing process according to claim 6, wherein: when the lug cutting and adsorbing composite device is arranged at the rear end of the peripheral packaging device, a lug hot pressing device is arranged between the lug cutting and adsorbing composite device and the final cutting device.

The apparatus for implementing a mask manufacturing process according to claim 6, wherein: the filter material unwinding device comprises a first unwinding shaft, a second unwinding shaft, an automatic material changing and receiving mechanism, a material caching mechanism and a deviation correcting mechanism, which are arranged according to a production line.
9. The apparatus for implementing a mask manufacturing process according to claim 6, wherein: and a material guide mechanism, a film covering and sealing mechanism and a lamination mechanism are also arranged behind the final cutting device.
