本发明公开了一种用于增强畜禽免疫力的固态发酵中药饲料,以重量百分比计,包括以下组分:黄芪2~5%、益母草2~5%、当归1~3%、茯苓1~3%、陈皮1~3%、甘草0.5~1%、复合菌2~5%、蚕沙0.5~1%、麸皮25~30%、豆粕30~35%、米糠25~30%、磷酸二氢钾0.05~0.1%、磷酸氢二钾0.1~0.2%、葡萄糖0.05~0.1%。本发明还提供所述的固态发酵中药饲料的制备方法。本发明可提高畜禽的免疫功能,增强畜禽的抗病能力,减少畜禽发病率和药物使用量,起到很好的减抗、替抗的作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及畜禽饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种用于增强畜禽免疫力的固态发酵中药饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着养殖业的发展,滥用抗生素已成为全球性的问题,与此同时抗生素产生的耐药性问题也越来越严重。耐药性的产生、超级细菌的出现,已经损害到了动物机体的免疫功能,也对人类食品安全问题带来了严重的影响。随着行业的发展,药物饲料添加剂将逐渐在饲料中消失,不会再用到饲料生产中,而只用在养殖端。同时农业部制定的相关方案也明确出台了养殖端减抗和限抗的时间表。因此降低畜禽发病率和减少抗生素的使用对健康养殖相当重要。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明旨在提供一种用于增强畜禽免疫力的固态发酵中药饲料及其制备方法,用于增强畜禽的抗病能力,减少畜禽发病率和药物使用量。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于增强畜禽免疫力的固态发酵中药饲料,包括以下组分:复合中草药、复合菌、载体、培养剂。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述复合中草药包括黄芪、益母草、当归、茯苓、陈皮、甘草。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述载体包括蚕沙、麸皮、豆粕、米糠。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述培养剂包括磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢二钾、葡萄糖。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述用于增强畜禽免疫力的固态发酵中药饲料包括以下组分:黄芪、益母草、当归、茯苓、陈皮、甘草、复合菌、蚕沙、麸皮、豆粕、米糠、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢二钾、葡萄糖。
作为一种优选的技术方案,以上各组分的重量百分比为:黄芪2~5%、益母草2~5%、当归1~3%、茯苓1~3%、陈皮1~3%、甘草0.5~1%、复合菌2~5%、蚕沙0.5~1%、麸皮25~30%、豆粕30~35%、米糠25~30%、磷酸二氢钾0.05~0.1%、磷酸氢二钾0.1~0.2%、葡萄糖0.05~0.1%,各组分的重量百分比之和为100%。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述复合菌包括枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌,枯草芽孢杆菌的浓度c1≥2.0×106cfu/g,乳酸菌的浓度c2≥3.0×108cfu/g,酵母菌的浓度c3≥4.0×105cfu/g。
固态发酵是利用微生物及其产生的酶类对中药材成分进行生化转化的过程。本发明采用复合益生菌组合对中药进行固态发酵,由枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌三种益生菌和用于提升免疫力、补气血的中药黄芪、益母草、当归、茯苓、陈皮、甘草,并加入适当培养基,进行固态发酵。
中药资源丰富,大部分来自于天然植物,是人类在长期与疾病斗争的医疗实践中产生和发展起来的,很多中药都是“药食同源”。
本发明中黄芪具有补气固表、提高免疫的功效;益母草、当归具有活血化瘀、调经止痛的功效;茯苓可渗湿利水、健脾和胃;陈皮理气健脾、调中利尿;甘草和中缓急、调和诸药。通过固态发酵后的中药饲料具有健脾开胃、补气补血、提高免疫的功能,可增强畜禽的抗病能力,减少畜禽发病率和药物使用量,起到很好的减抗、替抗的作用。
本发明的中药组分复配后,按照中医整体辩证论治理论组方,具有协同增效,降低药物副作用的功效。
中医辩证阐述:依据中医整体辩证论治理论,本发明饲料中几位中药的配伍,是从健脾开胃、补气补血、活血理气等几方面综合考虑加入,可整体提高机体免疫力,增强抗病能力。气、血、津液是构成生命和维持生命的基本物质,三者的组成,均离不开脾胃运化而生成的水谷精气。气能生血、行血、摄血;而血为气之母。组方中通过茯苓、陈皮的理气健脾,保持正常的脾胃运化,提高机体需要的营养物质;黄芪的补气,益母草、当归的补血活血等功效,相互形成机体内充足的气血物质,并保持其正常运行,再配上甘草调和诸药的功效。综合后整体具有协同增效,降低药物副作用的功能。
本发明还提供一种如上所述的用于增强畜禽免疫力的固态发酵中药饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)分别制备组分为黄芪、益母草、当归、茯苓、陈皮、甘草的中药混合料以及组分为蚕沙、麸皮、豆粕、米糠的载体混合料,取磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢二钾、葡萄糖,混合均匀,加入中药混合料、载体混合料,混合均匀,得到固态组分;
(2)分别制备枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌的发酵种子液,将枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌的发酵种子液加入到固态组分中,再加入纯化水,充分混合均匀,得到预发酵混合物,将预发酵混合物放入发酵池内发酵,即得。
作为一种优选的技术方案,步骤(1)中,制备组分为黄芪、益母草、当归、茯苓、陈皮、甘草的中药混合料包括:将黄芪、益母草、当归、茯苓、陈皮、甘草进行前处理,包括洗、切、烘干,然后分别粉碎至粒径为20~30目,混合均匀,得到中药混合料;
制备组分为蚕沙、麸皮、豆粕、米糠的载体混合料包括:将蚕沙、麸皮、豆粕、米糠粉碎至粒径为20~30目,得到载体混合料;
步骤(2)中,制备枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌的发酵种子液包括:将枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌分别接种到对应的液体培养基中,在恒温摇床上震荡培养,控制温度为35~37℃、转速为120~150r/min,培养12~24h,控制各个培养基中的活菌数达到108cfu/ml以上,依次得到枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌的发酵种子液。
作为一种优选的技术方案,步骤(2)中,将枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌的发酵种子液按照体积比为1:1:1的比例混合,称取混合后的发酵种子液加入到固态组分中,再按照中药混合料、载体混合料总含水量的30~40%加入纯化水,充分混合均匀,得到预发酵混合物,将预发酵混合物放入发酵池内,控制温度为35~37℃、相对湿度为45~50%,发酵72~84h,即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、中药发酵后,其有效成分由大分子变成小分子,从而使得畜禽的吸收率得以提高;
2、发酵中药中含有丰富的益生菌,并产生新的有效活性物质,可提高动物体内的抗体水平;
3、改善动物胃肠道***,增加肠道有益菌群;
4、可促进动物健胃消食,提升采食量,提高饲料的转化率,节约饲料成本;
5、具有成本低、发酵速度快、操作简单、效果稳定的特点,在畜禽预防治疗方面的应用开发前景广阔。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。在未作特别说明的情况下,本发明所采用的试剂、设备和方法均为本技术领域常规市购的试剂、设备和常规使用的方法。
实施例1
一种用于增强畜禽免疫力的固态发酵中药饲料,以重量百分比计,包括以下组分:黄芪2~5%、益母草2~5%、当归1~3%、茯苓1~3%、陈皮1~3%、甘草0.5~1%、复合菌2~5%、蚕沙0.5~1%、麸皮25~30%、豆粕30~35%、米糠25~30%、磷酸二氢钾0.05~0.1%、磷酸氢二钾0.1~0.2%、葡萄糖0.05~0.1%。
制备方法如下:
i、发酵种子液的制备
分别把枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌接种到对应的液体培养基中,在温度35~37℃,转速为120~150r/min的恒温摇床上震荡培养,培养12~24h,调整活菌数达到108cfu/ml,即依次得到枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌的种子液。
ii、固态发酵中药的制备
先把黄芪、益母草、当归、茯苓、陈皮、甘草六种中药按照传统炮制工艺进行洗、切、烘等前置处理,然后分别粉碎至粒径为20~30目,混合均匀,得到中药混合料;
然后把载体蚕沙、麸皮、豆粕、米糠粉碎至粒径为20~30目,混合均匀,得到载体混合料;
按照质量百分比往载体混合料中加入磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢二钾、葡萄糖,预混合均匀,再加入中药混合料进行总混合,得到固态组分。
将步骤i得到的枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸卷、酵母菌种子液按照体积比1:1:1的比例量取,根据总质量百分比2~5%的接种量称取混合后的种子液,再按照中药混合料、载体混合料总含水量30~40%计算,加入纯化水,充分均匀混合,得到预发酵混合物,然后将预发酵混合物料放入发酵池内,控制温度为35~37℃,相对湿度为45~50%,开始进行固态发酵72~84h,得到所述固态发酵中药饲料。
质量控制:
控制所述固态发酵中药饲料的pH值为4.0~5.0,总菌落≥3.0×109cfu/g,乳酸菌的浓度c1≥3.0×108cfu/g,枯草芽孢杆菌的浓度c2≥2.0×106cfu/g,酵母菌的浓度c3≥4.0×105cfu/g。
试验例
产品临床应用效果
试验1:验证固态发酵中药饲料对蛋鸡改善胃肠道功能、辅助预防肠炎腹泻、过料等常见胃肠道疾病的效果,以及对鸡蛋品质的影响。
(1)试验动物及分组:湖北某蛋鸡养殖户,对饲养环境条件一致的一栋260日龄的笼养蛋鸡,总共5100只,随机分为2组,每组2550只,一组为试验组,一组为对照组。
(2)试验方法:试验组按10kg/吨料添加固态发酵中药饲料,拌料饲喂,连用10天;对照组按同批饲料,正常饲喂,连用10天。
(3)试验观察指标:粪便成型度、料蛋比、蛋品状况等。
(4)实验结果:分别记录对照组、试验组使用前与连续使用10天后鸡群的各项观测指标,结果如下表。
根据上述试验数据可得:试验组蛋鸡在粪便成型度、料蛋比、蛋品状况等方面改善比较明显。长期添加固态发酵中药饲料,能够减少畜禽胃肠道疾病,降低治疗药物用量,提高饲料的转化率,节约饲料成本。
试验2:验证对蛋鸡进行免疫预防时,同时饲喂固态发酵中药饲料对蛋鸡体内抗体水平的影响。
(1)试验动物及分组:某公司养殖基地,选择一栋饲养环境条件一致的280日龄的笼养蛋鸡,总共2100只,随机分为2组,每组1050只,一组为试验组,一组为对照组。
(2)试验方法:两组同时采用新城疫卵黄抗体可溶性粉饮水给药,按照药品使用方法,连续免疫三周。试验组在免疫同时,按照10Kg/吨料加入固态发酵中药饲料,拌料饲喂。
样品收集:分别在免疫前、免疫第1周、免疫第2周、免疫第3周,对每组随机取样40枚鸡蛋,进行抗体检测。
(3)试验观察指标:检测新城疫卵黄抗体水平变化。
(4)检测结果:
根据两组检测结果可得:随着饲喂固态发酵中药饲料的时间延长,试验组的抗体增长水平要比对照组增长快,并且从第1周开始一直维持较高水平。因此,固态发酵中药饲料对提高畜禽体内抗体水平,增强免疫能力具有一定效果。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于增强畜禽免疫力的固态发酵中药饲料,其特征在于,包括以下组分:复合中草药、复合菌、载体、培养剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于增强畜禽免疫力的固态发酵中药饲料,其特征在于,所述复合中草药包括黄芪、益母草、当归、茯苓、陈皮、甘草。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于增强畜禽免疫力的固态发酵中药饲料,其特征在于,所述载体包括蚕沙、麸皮、豆粕、米糠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于增强畜禽免疫力的固态发酵中药饲料,其特征在于,所述培养剂包括磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢二钾、葡萄糖。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于增强畜禽免疫力的固态发酵中药饲料,其特征在于,包括以下组分:黄芪、益母草、当归、茯苓、陈皮、甘草、复合菌、蚕沙、麸皮、豆粕、米糠、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢二钾、葡萄糖。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于增强畜禽免疫力的固态发酵中药饲料,其特征在于,各组分的重量百分比为:黄芪2~5%、益母草2~5%、当归1~3%、茯苓1~3%、陈皮1~3%、甘草0.5~1%、复合菌2~5%、蚕沙0.5~1%、麸皮25~30%、豆粕30~35%、米糠25~30%、磷酸二氢钾0.05~0.1%、磷酸氢二钾0.1~0.2%、葡萄糖0.05~0.1%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的用于增强畜禽免疫力的固态发酵中药饲料,其特征在于,所述复合菌包括枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌,枯草芽孢杆菌的浓度c1≥2.0×106cfu/g,乳酸菌的浓度c2≥3.0×108cfu/g,酵母菌的浓度c3≥4.0×105cfu/g。
8.一种如权利要求1~7任一项所述的用于增强畜禽免疫力的固态发酵中药饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)分别制备组分为黄芪、益母草、当归、茯苓、陈皮、甘草的中药混合料以及组分为蚕沙、麸皮、豆粕、米糠的载体混合料,取磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢二钾、葡萄糖,混合均匀,加入中药混合料、载体混合料,混合均匀,得到固态组分;
(2)分别制备枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌的发酵种子液,将枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌的发酵种子液加入到固态组分中,再加入纯化水,充分混合均匀,得到预发酵混合物,将预发酵混合物放入发酵池内发酵,即得。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用于增强畜禽免疫力的固态发酵中药饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,制备组分为黄芪、益母草、当归、茯苓、陈皮、甘草的中药混合料包括:将黄芪、益母草、当归、茯苓、陈皮、甘草进行前处理,包括洗、切、烘干,然后分别粉碎至粒径为20~30目,混合均匀,得到中药混合料;
制备组分为蚕沙、麸皮、豆粕、米糠的载体混合料包括:将蚕沙、麸皮、豆粕、米糠粉碎至粒径为20~30目,得到载体混合料;
步骤(2)中,制备枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌的发酵种子液包括:将枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌分别接种到对应的液体培养基中,在恒温摇床上震荡培养,控制温度为35~37℃、转速为120~150r/min,培养12~24h,控制各个培养基中的活菌数达到108cfu/ml以上,依次得到枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌的发酵种子液。
10.根据权利要求8所述的用于增强畜禽免疫力的固态发酵中药饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,将枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌的发酵种子液按照体积比为1:1:1的比例混合,称取混合后的发酵种子液加入到固态组分中,再按照中药混合料、载体混合料总含水量的30~40%加入纯化水,充分混合均匀,得到预发酵混合物,将预发酵混合物放入发酵池内,控制温度为35~37℃、相对湿度为45~50%,发酵72~84h,即得。
