Description

Compound preparation for preventing and killing off radix euphorbiae lantu and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of herbicides, and particularly relates to a compound preparation for preventing and removing radix euphorbiae lantu and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The natural grassland area of China is 3.6 hundred million hectares. The existence of the grassland supports the development of animal husbandry in national regions on one hand, and is also a main component of western ecological construction in China on the other hand. According to the relevant research data, toxic plants such as Chinese Stellera chamaeejasme are widely distributed on the vast natural grassland in China, and Chinese Stellera chamaejasme occupies 16 percent of the total grassland area in alpine grassland and tends to be gradually expanded.
The radix euphorbiae lantu belongs to Thymelaeaceae, has developed root system, is cold-resistant, drought-resistant, early-turning, strong in vitality and strong in stress resistance, and is a main toxic weed for fighting for nutrients and water with excellent pasture in alpine grassland. Due to the large-area spreading and breeding of the radix euphorbiae lantu, the scene of toxic weed cluster is formed in grassland areas, the yield of excellent pasture is greatly reduced, and the livestock is easy to be poisoned due to the fact that the livestock eats the radix euphorbiae lantu by mistake, so that the production value of the animal husbandry taking the excellent pasture as a main feed is seriously affected, and the development of the grassland husbandry is severely restricted. Therefore, killing the radix euphorbiae lantu is a primary technical measure in grassland improvement.
In recent years, intensive research on the aspect of a compound herbicide for targeted prevention and control of radix euphorbiae lantu has been carried out in China, for example, Chinese patent document CN101019534A discloses a compound herbicide for prevention and control of radix euphorbiae lantu, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-94% of 2,4-D butyl ester, 5-50% of 3, 5, 6-trichloro-2-pyridyloxyacetic acid, 0.5-2% of gelatin and 0.5-2% of sodium octadecyl sulfonate; the preparation process comprises the following steps: adding 2,4-D butyl ester into a container, slowly adding 3, 5, 6-trichloro-2-pyridyloxyacetic acid while stirring, adding adjuvant gelatin and sodium octadecyl sulfonate, mixing, bottling, and sealing to obtain the final product. Chinese patent document CN103918655B discloses a compound herbicide for preventing and killing radix euphorbiae lantu, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight, 15-35% of 2,4-D butyl ester; 5-25% of 3, 5, 6-trichloro-2-pyridyloxyacetic acid; 1-4% of chitosan; 0.5 to 2 percent of polyethylene glycol; 0.5-2% of sodium octadecyl sulfonate; 1-4% of butyl hydroxy anisole; the balance of absolute ethyl alcohol.
The compound herbicide has strong targeting property, can reduce the toxic action on excellent pasture while preventing and removing the radix euphorbiae lantu, and has the preventing and removing efficiency of preventing and removing the radix euphorbiae lantu of over 95 percent; however, the active ingredient 2,4-D butyl ester of the compound herbicide is listed as a limited herbicide by the Ministry of agriculture in China; in addition, the 2,4-D butyl ester is low in degradation speed and long in residual time in soil and plants, and after the ester is used, pasturing needs to be prohibited for a long time, so that normal production and life of herdsmen are influenced.
Disclosure of Invention

The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
1. the invention provides a compound preparation for preventing and killing radix euphorbiae lantu, which comprises the following components, by weight, 30-50 parts of 2,4-D octyl ester; 5-25 parts of triclopyr; 0.5-2 parts of gelatin; 0.5-2 parts of sodium octadecyl sulfonate. The herbicide has the characteristics of small dosage, high selectivity, high efficiency, safety and the like, has a prevention and removal effect of over 95 percent, has a good prevention and removal effect on the radix euphorbiae lantu, is safe for other excellent pasture and protects the biological diversity of grasslands.
The invention provides a radix euphorbiae lantu prevention and control compound preparation, which also comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of starch; 2-4 parts of stannous octoate; 1-3 parts of propylene glycol alginate; 1-2 parts of an emulsifier; 0.3-0.8 part of epoxy chloropropane. The degradation of each component in the preparation, especially 2,4-D octyl ester, can be promoted by adding a proper amount of stannous octoate, and the residual time in soil and plants is greatly shortened. Meanwhile, the starch is adopted to wrap the two, so that the 2,4-D octyl ester is prevented from being degraded too fast and losing the drug effect, and the problems of the drug effect and drug residue are solved. In addition, the propylene glycol alginate can further improve the control effect of preventing and killing the radix euphorbiae lantu and reduce the dosage of 2,4-D octyl ester.
2. According to the preparation method of the radix euphorbiae lantu prevention and control compound preparation, starch can be crosslinked in an emulsification system to form space network structure microspheres, stannous octoate and propylene glycol alginate are wrapped in the starch microspheres, and rapid degradation of 2,4-D octyl ester can be avoided. Starch is gelatinized in advance, hydrogen bonds combined among starch molecules are damaged, the molecular microcrystalline bundles are changed from the original tight combination state to the loose state, the situation that microspheres are too large and compact to influence the exertion of stannous octoate and propylene glycol alginate, the stannous octoate promotes degradation, the propylene glycol alginate promotes the improvement of the control effect, the two are balanced, effective control of radix euphorbiae lantu can be guaranteed, and the problem of reduction of the control effect caused by degradation of 2,4-D octyl ester is solved.
The preparation method of the radix euphorbiae lantu prevention and control compound preparation provided by the invention can ensure that all components of the prepared preparation can reasonably play a role by further optimizing and selecting the conditions of the gelatinization reaction and the stirring reaction.
